Fantastic experience: Josh Pertzborn of Raleigh Realty was the best Realtor we could have asked for. Our journey started out with us contacting Josh when we were in Arizona, looking for a house in Raleigh, NC. We flew to NC in September and Josh took us to the various areas to show us house options. We came back in January, ready to settle down in Raleigh. Josh took us to see various options and we found our dream home. Josh helped us by negotiating with our homebuilder and helping us keep track of all the papers to sign and appointments to have. Josh is very organized and never missed a beat with us. Fantastic experience: I would rate Stephanie DiGilio and Raleigh Realty 10 stars if I could! Stephanie is everything one would want in a real estate agent: she is knowledgeable about real estate in general and has valuable information about the area specifically, has an incredible work ethic, is a clear and prompt communicator, is honest, and demonstrated genuine care for us as people. When we started our search we were living 4 hours away. Stephanie was easy to reach and would FaceTime if there was a house we were interested in but couldn't get to immediately (so helpful). Once we relocated to a temporary place while doing an in person search, Stephanie was generous with her time and great at arranging tours quickly. She provided invaluable insight into a few houses that we were interested in but had red flags that we didn't see and are happy to have avoided. Another "shout-out" goes to Hannah Hutchinson, the Director of Operations, who began assisting us once we went to contract. She too is a knowledgeable contributor to the process. She was lightening fast responding to our questions and did a great job acting as liaison with the other entities involved in the purchase process (attorney, inspector, surveyor). My wife and I feel truly lucky to have had Stephanie as our partner in our search for our new home.

She is very knowledgable about what to look for in a house, including what could pose issues versus what would create value in the long-term, which helped us make the most informed decision. She is also well-connected in the community and referred us to many great resources to help with applying for a loan and a variety of services to prepare us for the home buying process. Fantastic experience: I connected with Josh Pertzborn via a Facebook page for those looking to relocate to NC. It was completely random - he reached out for a phone call immediately and from that very first conversation, I knew he was the perfect realtor for me. Turns out he grew up near where I lived, halfway across the country, and he asked all of the right questions about my housing objectives and thoroughly answered every question I had for him. We made a plan for Josh to select homes for me to filter through online with a trip to NC to look at the homes I was interested in.
