Negative experience: Poor communication, lack of transparency regarding fees and tenant details, and I ended up handling maintenance issues myself. The experience created more work instead of less. I ultimately canceled my management agreement.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! From the application process to the move in process it was an easy transition. Everyone was wonderful and communication was quick. Nothing bad to say.

My experience has been marked by unethical business practices, including unjustified rent hikes, invasive behavior, and sloppy, temporary repairs that never address the root issues. Communication is poor, accountability is nonexistent, and tenant well-being clearly isn't a priority. It feels more like a cash grab than a commitment to quality housing. Look elsewhere if you value transparency, respect, and a safe living environment.

Positive experience: staff was helpful and responded in a timely manner, my only issue would be the house itself, appliances broke, pipes kept bursting, even the water heater and ac needed to be swapped. PPG always responded to maintenance requests fast as possible though. i would tell the owner to next time make sure everything is working before people move in just to have everything fixed and replaced. thank you PPG

Positive experience: When PPG took over from the previous property management company, it was anything but smooth. It got to the point where I had to ask them if they had ever managed properties before. But then, Tatum came into the picture and smoothed things out. I gave 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. I do recommend PPG for those property owners looking for a solid company to manage. They may stumble but they will get it done.

I haven’t had to worry about anything. If something needed to be done they have the team or resources to get it done. In the midst of my move and renting out my property he stayed in contact and kept me informed.

Negative experience: Absolutely dismayed. Moved into a home at $3500 per month rent with. AC is just as old as the refrigerator and doesn’t keep my kid rooms cool after having AC techs out twice. Being shown with appliances told water and ice through the door of the fridge to figure out water wasn’t turned on to the fridge. After turning the water on it flooded the kitchen leaking from underneath. That gets fixed just to find out the ice machine doesn’t work and neither does the dispenser through the door. Property manager tells me the homeowner doesn’t want to pay to fix it so I’m just out of luck. Then I’m told maintenance is technically my responsibility so I could fix it if I really want it to work. Dishwasher broke after first week and it’s been 3 months before a replacement is finally coming to where I am having to install it myself unless I want to wait an additional week or so to have someone come out. The team refuses to do the right thing and just fix the issue. “ Sorry, the homeowner just doesn’t think it’s necessary. Ice is not a necessity, just a convenience. If it keeps your food cold that’s all that matters” if you are considering renting from this company I was told to make sure to test everything! Bring a cup to to test for water and make sure the is ice in the fridge to test or else it’s your issue. Unbelievable.

Negative experience: This is one the worst property Management Service in America. They are a Property Management from Hell. Rented one of the properties the manage, hired a professional cleaner to clean the carpet only for them to say that it wasn't good enough. The property was infested with roaches and termites. They kept most of the deposit for no reason.

Negative experience: Absolutely ridiculous application process. Three adults in my household. All three were given different reasons for denial. Ad says pets ok with approval then was immediately denied after paying the application fee for “cats not allowed” Taking hard working people’s money…..class act.

We have moved across the country multiple times due to being military, and I have never been so pleased, and so taken care of by this company. Mike the maintenance guy is top-notch, as well as Rob. Both are super professional, and have helped us out quite a bit over the last year. To the staff and maintenance workers at PPG, please keep it up!

Fantastic experience: Jason and his Rental Management team and his Construction & Maintenance team were awesome. Once prior tenant vacated the property PPG quickly changed locks, initiated Owner requested repairs and major renovations all in a timely basis to restore my rental to beautiful move in condition for the next tenant. PPG accomplished all of these work items including replacing all of the rental carpeting flooring with new hybrid vinyl wood like planking within 30 days ! All renovations and repairs were performed in a craftsmanship like manner & were very reasonable cost wise. In addition PPG’s responsive back office team were able to secure a new tenant lease for move within the 30 days of renovations. Therefore am very pleased with Jason’s overall PPG Management team of professionals & highly recommend PPG Mgmnt for anyone looking to have a top tier Rental Management team rent & manage their rental property

Negative experience: As of right now I have to give PPG 0-1 Star. This move to AZ was a stressful and sad one. We moved to AZ to help family. We have a few properties back home and would never leave our tenants feeling so upset. We request a refrigerator maintenance on 11/25 the day after we arrived. Still to this day 12/13 we are without a refrigerator. We have no idea when we will be getting one they haven’t gotten back to us with a date. They’ve close the request on their end but nothing has been done on our end. I read the reviews and they are great with the owners of the home but what about the renters. Feeling forgotten and like Crap.

Negative experience: This company is nothing but bad service, I rented a house for 2 years and the first summer the A/C would not shut off and would not keep the place below 80 degrees. They sent out a tech and he said nothing is broken the a/c is just old. Meanwhile I couldn't cool my place off in the summer. The second summer the A/C blew up outside and I went for over a week with no A/C and it wasn't until I complained after 4 days with no A/C and it was over 92 degrees inside that they sent over a couple portable A/C units. They did not help one bit because they were insufficient for the square footage. Both summers my electric bill was over $400 almost $500. every month. Then I paid to have the carpet replaced in one room and when I moved out, they charged me for it again. When I first moved in the drip system out front was leaking into the street and instead of repairing it, they just shut it off. Which in turn made all the landscaping almost die. When the guy came out to check on it and shut it off, I also showed him that the faucet in the back yard was leaking, and he said that's not on my work order. He could care less. That leaked over a 5 gallon bucket a day for months before they fixed it. In my opinion they charge premium rent for a very subpar rental. I will tell everyone I know to stay far away from PPG. Glad to be out and far away from PPG. Never again.

They are professional, and on top of the nuances of property management. We just went through a difficult situation with a tenant, and we are so glad to report that PPG had everything taken care of and processed before we were even needing to be involved. The whole point of a property manager is to alleviate the stress and work involved with rent collection, tenant qualification, property maintenance, tenant relations, etc. PPG has been so great for us for the 6 years they’ve managed our properties!

I purchased a house through the Phoenix Property Group real estate agency and immediately signed a contract for PPG Property Management to place the house up for rent and manage the property. In the ensuing fourteen years I have added multiple properties that I purchased through Phoenix Property Group and made available for rent. I have PPG Property Management managing all of my properties and in all that time I have had nothing but the best service from PPG. I would not begin to consider having my houses managed by anybody else. I have never had anything but professional and honest treatment by PPG and have always been treated like a valued customer.
