Experiencia fantástica: I give Farmington Hills my highest recommendation. I moved here a few months ago from another state, and the entire process was seamless. The property manager, Maricela, was informative, kind, and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. There was nothing hidden in the application process, and the qualifications were reasonable and clearly communicated. In the three months I’ve lived here, it has been quiet, peaceful, and truly a wonderful place to call home. The property is well maintained, and it’s clear that the owner genuinely cares about the condition and quality of the homes they provide. I would confidently recommend Farmington Hills to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

Experiencia negativa: I just got an letter threatening eviction. Saying I have a unauthorized guest in my home. I confronted the manager on the lie. He said because I got married it means she is there too. My wife has never spent one night at my place. In fact I tried to get her approved to move on and he refused because she is only 47 years old and not 55. I told him I would like mediations for this. Instead he started an eviction knowing he is living.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had nothing but great interaction with the employees here at candlewood Park. They have gone out of their way to make access for me because of me being in a wheelchair.

Experiencia negativa: Since 2011. Please tell us how Brandy at Rose Lake Tampa has a job? She was not in office 3weeks! 2026 $800 lot Rent is shameful at 78! Assisted living prices No lawn, no maintenance, no notices, no meetings. Arizona WE need updates! I pay rent by bank check, no internet or computer. I should not be forced to pay on computer. When will new Manager come? Trees, gray water Mosquitoes stream, cigarettes, teens, five cars at every house. She say move if not happy.

Experiencia negativa: Rose Lake Tampa unacceptable living conditions! NOT An Over 55 Community!!! Children riding bikes thru streets! Dark murky stream water filled with TRASH. Half of the homes are EMPTY or for Sale if that shows U. Community Manager is never here seldom and gives 2 Sheets about you! Lot Rent is a Steep $800 for garbage removel ONCE a week! NO lawn service for a tiny piece of Grass. Maintenance is non existent if there is a problem. Yipping 5 dogs per house, is not allowed. Felons and zero quality of peace. This place has a news crew ready to film for the mess WE elders cannot tolerate. DO BETTER Sincere.

Experiencia negativa: This company will try to squeeze and rob you of every penny they can get from you. They constantly raise lot rent, without explanation. They removed our actual street lights and put led lights that don’t work and leave the park dangerously dark at night time. They charge you for a stormwater fee and you already pay your own water and sewer bill. They force you now to pay online and charge a fee to do so. They do absolutely nothing and demand more and more money. Do not consider doing business with them. Greedy crooks that take advantage of their tenants because they know how expensive it is to move a mobile home so they think they can do whatever they want to you. They have a rating of F with the BBB so that should say enough.

Experiencia negativa: Quite place to live but they are getting outrageous with their lot rent. Nearly 600 dollars for a piece of dirt, a swimming pool and a playground. You have to take care of everything else. 1 bedroom apartments are going for 750. In nicer areas then this industrial area. Where you live between a refinery and a sewage plant. So when the wind blows for the north or south, you can smell which way its coming from. And they fix any issues. And you don't have to mow.

Experiencia negativa: I've been calling corporate office for almost 3 days now left numerous messages no one has called me back it's so crazy how y'all want to rent but don't want to answer the phones and return the phone calls I just don't understand it this is just ridiculous and not professional at all

She has gone above and beyond to make the entire process much easier and more straightforward for them. My grandmother, who is 84, doesn’t always fully understand the steps involved, and it can be challenging for her. However, Tammie has been able to simplify everything and provide clear guidance. Her support has been truly amazing and has relieved so much stress for our family. Thank you Tammie.

Ryan young was on the spot for every question or concern before, during and after our new home purchase. We have been here two years now, and like every new home there can be problems. Ryan is a VERY busy man, but never too busy to stop and discuss what can be done to resolve our problems. We have received 100% followup to make sure any issues have been addressed and corrected. I met his manager one day while they were talking, I had to stop and tell him PLEASE don’t let Ryan ever leave here!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm a 15-year owner and resident of (Plantation Acres, Bossier City) I purchased my home in May 2009. I've seen many changes here good and bad (during the time in which Tower owned the park). Five managers in all. The final year under Tower's ownership, the manager was really effective on some important issues. She stopped all the trespassing into other residents' yards, which had been going on for a while She also evicted a few different convicted felons which were living here against the rules. She organized and got approved some major tree limb cutting. During the first year of the new Inspire ownership, word is the new manager had some (under the table deal) with the maintenance man she had working here. Virtually zero maintenance or groundskeeping work was getting done here. Very little trash was being picked up off the road. Virtually no Inspire -owned yards were being mowed. He was consistently seen joy-riding (four different teenagers) on the company's John Deere ATV. This was happening on every road in the park almost daily. In addition; he was also letting them drive this ATV and there was some seriously reckless speeding and hot rodding going on. The manager and management duties were no better. Convicted felons were emboldened to start coming back into the park, not just to visit, but as live-ins. More than two new residents moved in with pit bulls and they were often roaming free and not on leashes. Speeding in excess was common. The dumpster was always overfilled and always past due to be emptied. Curfew and other rules at the Bayou were being broken and not enforced. Complaints and problems about all the above issues from multiple residents were never addressed. The manager was seldom in the office and calls were rarely answered. At the end of almost a year, she was fired and word is, that her "so called" hired maintenance imposter wasn't even on the payroll.....or legally hired here. The maintenance yard had become a hazardous and trashy area when visiting the dumpsters. Enter Lydia, the new park manager. Enter Bobby, the new maintenance tech / groundskeeper. Bobby had the entire maintenence yard area cleaned up and organized in a few short weeks. He's a caring and dedicated workaholic for this community. Bobby runs a tight ship on both maintenance and groundskeeping. The entire park community looks so much better now! Lydia is extremely kind and personable. She is genuinely caring about the park and its residents, with no managerial ego. She seems firm and effective when necessary on major rules......lenient and accommodating time-wise for lesser rules. Speeding has been quickly addressed and stopped here. The rule on banning certain dog breeds as well as loose dogs not being on leashes, is now enforced. Burning trash has been stopped as well. Major potholes have recently been repaired. There are now two dumpsters at the maintenance yard and they are emptied on a regular basis. Trash left on roadside is picked up regularly (for those who have no way to get it to the dumpsters). I think there are plans are in the making for more tree trimming to be done soon. All in all, this review is to give acknowledgment....thanks.... and appreciation to both Lydia and Bobby, who have flat turned this community around for the better!

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately I can't give this Company a 0 stars. Stay away from them! Read carefully the 1 star reviews that's exactly true. Read the leases carefully before renting they do not make any minor repairs to your rental home, not even minor leaks. You are on your own and will need to mow your grass, pressure wash your home and fix leaks. They will charge you for breathing if they could.

Experiencia negativa: This company has poor reviews across the many communities they run. They are evicting people for no reason( one known 2 time veteran who has done much to help keep the residents safe and informed) so they can cram in their new homes and make twice the money. Its not safe yet nothing is done to address most of the crime which happens when the sun goes down. In addition they have contracted with a towing company with shady practices. If you are looking for a safe clean place to live continue your search.

Experiencia fantástica: I moved to Pine Shadows in Cottonwood, Arizona about a year and a half ago. I just love it here! The community is beautiful and well cared for by the park crew. We have a fabulous office team, Lorraine and McKenzie, both are approachable, visible throughout the community, and eager to help which shows how much they care. I wasn't sure about desert life, but at a place like Pine Shadows where there's everything from pickle ball, bocci, a lovely swimming pool, to so many games to play and delicious pot luck dinners, desert life is definitely agreeing with me. Thanks so much to Inspire Communities and the whole staff at Pine Shadows for making me feel right at home in my new home.

Experiencia fantástica: I live in Plantation Acres, a community in Bossier City, Louisiana. This park is clean and safe, which helps my property value continue to increase. And there is a Bayou that runs through the park that has great fishing! What a beautiful place this is! Lydia, the park manager, does a phenomenal job. She is quick to respond to any communications, and is extremely knowledgeable on Park operations. I am very pleased with the management and crew here. It is so nice to have people that care in the leadership and management of my neighborhood! I highly recommend this subdivision!

Her and her staff/maintenance personnel are just awesome . We now have been through 5 different rv parks now and by far Circle L has been the best. Great Job.

Experiencia negativa: Rose lake in Tampa Florida has the WORST manager ever given to this park she refused to take our rent and is now trying to take possession of our elderly mothers home and had put a defective water meter on her home that had costed my mother in law over 500 a month for water and says it's her responsibility to fix it yet won't give ANY plumber that's asked to replace it permission to do so. And countless times we have tried to speak to management and get no one above her to contact us. Extremely sad situation to put my mother in law who is disabled had emotional distressfrom this and now is in fear of losing her home never seen something so sad and mind you had been paying over 500$ for water for more then a year and had never been late on her rent. They're aren't words to explain the sad emotional distress she's going threw from all of this and still can't get anyone above this park manager to help her this is our last resort to reach out b4 having to take legal action I hope someone can help her. She doesn't know what else to do and I can't see her go threw this anymore

Experiencia fantástica: I love my community Brook Valley. The management is very understanding and engaging with us. She does her best to keep the park clean and safe. I just wish there was more to do for the kids out here but overall love living here.

Experiencia fantástica: Great community and I would recommend it to others. I moved here about a year ago and I enjoyed it. No one bother you, no one still packages off the porch, very quiet atmosphere, and very clean community. Great location to shopping and only 10 mins from Rocky Mount mall and most restaurants. Food Lion, Subway, Dollar Tree, and Dollar General is in walking distance less than a 5 min walks. The staff is very helpful. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Overall it is a wonderful place to live. We have had some issues with neighbors but Camille and Monique were very fast to resolve the situation. Very quiet other than some boom boom music from time to time but other than that I enjoy living here.

Experiencia negativa: What happened to our community? Living in a mobile home community and renting the lot for your home may be an affordable living alternative, but it leaves your living conditions in the hands of the owners. Our community was a well-maintained community when I moved here. The roads, park and grounds were always in good shape. It is not the same now that Inspire purchased the property. Here are some things that have changed. Before Inspire- Our roads were maintained and kept in good condition. They were cleaned every quarter by professional street cleaners. The potholes were repaired as needed and some major maintenance was completed at least once a year to keep our streets well maintained. After Inspire – Our roads have never been professionally cleaned. Every time it rains the soil runs out of our lawns into our streets where it stays and accumulates. There have been 2 small areas that were repaired and repaved. Every other road in the park is full of potholes, some are quite deep and cannot be seen at night. Maintenance does its best to repair the worst of these, but it only lasts so long. Our streets look nothing like what Inspire advertises. Before Inspire- We had a well-maintained park where it was safe for children to play. After Inspire-The playground was supposed to be in the budget 3 years running. The playground structure deteriorated to the point where it was dangerous, and it was finally removed. The only thing new to the playground is a couple of swings, there is nothing for small children. This community has many small children who do not have the playground Inspire advertises. Before Inspire- The trees were maintained on a regular basis and checked and trimmed by professionals. If there was an emergency, it was immediately taken care of. After Inspire- The trees are not maintained on a regular basis. Management must call in professionals on a special vendor list. There may or may not be a vendor for tree care on that list and they may have to come from a great distance. Things are not taken care of immediately unless the maintenance team can do it. If it is a big job, you should expect to wait for approval from Inspire and hope a vendor is available. Before Inspire- Crime was curtailed by an off duty policeman hired by the previous owners to patrol our streets after dark. After Inspire- Crime is at an all time high with theft and several times this year, random shootings. Inspire put up a gate that hasn’t worked 99 percent of the time. The gate is useless and there is another entrance to the park that would benefit from a gate but does not have one. This is not the safe community advertised. Before Inspire. Previous management offered skirting at a reasonable price and had porch paint available for anyone who wanted it. After Inspire.-Inspire came in and sold/rented porches, sheds and carports. Many homeowners took advantage of this. The materials were shipped in and put in front of the homes where it stayed for several months before it was installed. The construction debris was left on the street where it still stays because our trash service does not pick up construction debris. This no longer looks like the neat and tidy community advertised. Where is the Hawthorne City Community that is advertised?

I've been living in my home for a year now and I'm very pleased with the community and the assistance that Ms Marisela has provided me and my family in regards to our home or just overall general question and concerns. If there is an issue regarding my home or the neighborhood Ms Marisela has always stepped in to make sure the issue is resolved. I wish my rent wasn't increased (lol) but hopefully if all goes well I'll be able to purchase my home in full ☺️

Experiencia negativa: Called about problem at WhisperCreek in LaBelle, Florida. Took 3 days to call back. Nothing was done about the problem. Very disappointed about how they responded.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve lived in rolling meadows mobile home park for 15 years and the changes that have occurred out here since this company has taken over has cost tenants so much yet they’re not doing anything to make the community better!! The lot rent keeps going up we have a gate out here that does not work but we’re paying for. They’ve moved the playground to the back by the office and it isn’t big enough for the mount of children in the neighborhood not to mention it’s to far away for the kids that live in the second phase!!we don’t have or rather can’t seem to keep a maintenance person and even in having one they’re not available to the ones of us that own our homes like it has always been!! Not to mention I have a hole in front of my home that I’ve complained about for months and nothing has been done!! I’ve always loved living out here and I’ve always recommended it to other people until recently this no longer feels like a community their isn’t anyone for us to speak to management changes so often until we never know who’s working in the office other than Ms Camille
