Market told me we should list at $$$k. Rae pointed out that the homes selling at that price were giving large credits to buyers bringing cost down to the $$$K mark or so. We trusted her to list in that range and let her work her magic. We got $$$K with very minimum credits. 15k over asking in all We had the best possible outcome using Rae this time around. Note: Open door had what we thought was a a good deal but with Rae we got almost 30k more in our pocket

This was our first home and we had lots of questions. We had tried buying in 2008 and had a terrible experience with all the Agents we engaged with. Raejean was patient and answered any questions we had, even ones that had nothing to do with home buying. She lead us thru the process and was there at each step helping and answering questions and doing work on our behalf. She wrote letters for extending our rental lease to month to month, and gave us tips for our move out process for getting our security deposit back. She was there for multiple walkthroughs and helping with documenting issues for the builder to fix. She was there as we got our keys and final sign off and kept in touch and checked in on us ever since. I have recommended her to several friends and co-workers without hesitation and have had only glowing praise in return. I tell people she will be as hands on or off as you are comfortable with. If you just want someone to guide and answer questions she’ll do that. Or you can hand over all the heavy work and she will do it all and hand you the keys or bill of sale at the end. I can go on.
