He was incredibly patient with us and took the time to show us a ton of different properties until we found the right fit. Since he has lived in Orange County forever, his knowledge of the area is unmatched. What we really appreciated was that he didn't just try to sell us a house. He actually pointed out potential issues with properties that we would have completely missed on our own. Once we found the house we wanted, Sean worked with us every single day to make sure the deal went through, and his advice helped us get it at the price we wanted. She was always accessible and very responsive to our texts, answering any questions we had and accommodating our schedule to view homes. She coordinated with showing agents and scheduled multiple visits in one day to maximize and be respectful of our time. Once we found a home, she was a great liaison with our selling agents and escrow with her communication across parties and making sure paperwork and documents were delivered and completed. 8 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Phone Lisa through a Google search for Vista top residential realtors she’s there but the three very top affiliated with agencies all didn’t answer their phone. A very bad sign. Don’t wanna work with them. She’s the next coming out and was very helpful asking breaking news on national numbers for a four unit purchase $5000 down. About $100,000 value living in one and can make $200,000 selling it within one year, maybe rent free. But in California have to live for two years before you sell for capital gains. She could tell you more very good. Good to know she’s in Oceanside, Temecula, and Laguna Beach.

9 months ago Experiencia fantástica: We have high regards for the Team Forss team, especially Lisa Forss and Wendy Rosser, the agent. We base this on a recent true experience. After living in Southern California for ten years, We decided to move NJ, close to our son. We had a purchase contract on our in Winchester, Ca and meanwhile had deposited 10% of value of a house in NJ. The house was perfect for us close to our son. On the planned closing day of property in Winchester, the prospective buyer withdrew the offer due to lack of promised down payment funds and left us at the brink of losing the house in NJ as well as our deposit. Thanks to Lisa, who forwarded a bridge loan to us to help us close the house in NJ and move into house of our choice. This was a surprise and unusual act that is rare. Thanks to Wendy, our realtor agent, who stayed on to help us to find a new buyer and close the house in Ca couple of months later. What else can one expect from a Realty Company? We found Wendy to be very helpful and east to work with. Her experience in marketing helped us to invite many prospective buyers to visit the property. Wendy went out of the way to make sure that the property was in tact and final sale was fair and just. She helped us to make it easy for us to close the property in Ca while living in NJ, nearly 3000 miles away!!

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: They say lightning never strikes twice in the same place…I disagree! In 2017, we were retiring and needed a realtor. Someone who knew the area, was familiar with the market, and had the drive to get top dollar. Enter Jennypher Moore. 8 days later we were in a 30 day escrow! Fast forward to 2025…Dad was ready for the move to senior living and I instantly knew who we would ask to help sell his home. In less than 3 weeks, Jennypher was able to sell Dad’s house…and for top dollar! It was a win all around! The entire process was done in an absolute professional manner . 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Bronson Layton at Team Forss did an incredible job helping us purchase our townhouse. We were first-time home buyers and knew practically nothing about the process. Bronson helped guide us and made sure we were informed as we went through this. Buying a home for the first time was stressful, but Bronson helped make the process as smooth as possible. He would answer our questions at any time of day and was on top of everything. He even helped get us extra money back during the inspection phase that I wouldn't have even known to ask for. He was friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him as a buyer’s agent.

Kim Young was professional, attentive, caring and communicative throughout the entire process and an agent I highly recommend! I have known of her for several years, and when I needed a realtor, I was referred to her by a friend. Karol knows Southern California - and much about many states, but she really knows & loves Temecula. She knows her business and comes from an excellent Real Estate organization, Team Forss Realty Group. But what is most amazing about Karol is that she listens to what her customers want and need, and helps us to find what we want, not what would be a good or easy sale for her. She cares about people and the community and tries to match what she knows to what her customers are wanting. She goes to unknown links to find out answers to questions, put me in touch with vendors I might need, and all around gives helpful & trustworthy help and advice. She helped me find the right house, in the right area, right price range, and in an amazing time. She is a great person and I would love to have her not just as a realtor but as a friend.
