Such patience and attention to the needs of my mom, he really connected with the family and I truly felt he had our best interest at heart. Eddie was available for my questions and helped me understand the process and was able to ease my mind during the process. Highly recommend Eddie for your next home purchases or sale. Update: unfortunately, I have to update with done concerning developments. Blake Cory Team gave us a list of home inspectors that they recommended to do our home inspection. We chose Walker and Son’s Home Inspection services and they missed a big red flag in the plumbing under the manufactured home we bought. The sewer pipe had broken support straps and was held up by a nylon rope under the house, in time the rope was not able to support holding the pipe up of the ground appropriately 3 feet above the ground. This resulted in the sewer pipe separating from the kitchen drain and falling to the ground exposing the open drain to the sewer, sewage was spilling out from the pipe and created a bio hazard under the house. This cost me just under $5000 to have a professional service to clean up the bio hazard. Plumbers refused to work on the plumbing until the bio hazard was cleaned up and area was safe to work in. The plumbers took pictures of the bracing and the rope that was attached to the sewer pipe. I bright this evidence to the home inspector and asked hire they missed this and they replied that they didn’t go under the house. This is not true because the home insurrection resort clearly shows pictures of the support braces throughout under the house. I did research on the home inspection business and found out that they are not certified or accredited by any professional services governing body. Walker and Sons used a certifícate number on their reports that doesn’t correspond to any type of certification. Walker and son’s home inspection services is not licensed to conduct business in the city, county or state of California. I approached Blake Cory Team with this information and they replied that they only provide names of home inspectors they do not vet the home inspectors. This is not in the best interests of the home buyer. Turns out that the home inspector business, Walker and Sons is owned by the father of one of the realty agents on their payroll! Home buyer’s beware! Make sure you have an accredited home inspector and get your own, do not use the recommended home inspectors provided by Blake Cory team!

In our search for a real estate agent, we filled out a form on Zillow and were quickly connected with Richard. After a friendly and informative phone call, he scheduled an in-person meeting to get to know our family and see our home. During that visit, we mentioned our interest in a new build, but the builder wasn’t accepting contingency offers. Richard didn’t hesitate to step in, reaching out directly to the builder, and to our surprise, he convinced them to accept their first-ever contingency offer. We were thrilled and immediately listed our home. Richard connected us with trusted professionals for touch-ups, deep cleaning, and interior design, and within six days we received and accepted an offer. Unfortunately, the buyers had a medical emergency and had to back out, but Richard kept us informed and supported us through every step. We re-listed the home, and within a week we received another offer. By that time, inventory had increased, and although we accepted a lower offer than the first, Richard continued to advocate for us and ensure our interests were protected. It was a stressful process at times, but Richard’s calm expertise and strong communication gave us confidence throughout. We’re so grateful to him and his team for guiding us from start to finish. Sadly, my daughter and I lost my husband, her Dad whom I was married to for 29 years back in January of 2024. I was hesitant to sell our place since we had been there for over 25 years. This was a very difficult and emotional time in my life. As soon as I met Richard I knew we could work together on the selling my home. We sold our unicorn house in earlyJuly, but prior to completing the escrow we needed to upgrade our 50yr old panel to a new 200amp. On top of that we needed to install heating.
