Experiencia fantástica: The Temecula office had some troubles getting everything together, but I think they were in the middle of the transition at the time. Everyone was nice enough, including the lady whose name starts with M, Maria or Maribel. I will say, after we got settled, the maintenance requests have been responded to in a timely manner. Brenda Rodriguez is particularly good at following up and making sure things get done. It does give me peace of mind to know that if something goes wrong, there’s a competent team that can hire the right vendors to resolve it.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service. Had multiple emails that weren't responded to. Bills weren't paid for services that were done to house, to the point that a lien was placed on house and only found out because tenants reached out to me personally. Multiple repairs werent done that was said by tenant and repairman. Wrong keys were given when ended contract. Overall worst service of any property manager ever dealt with.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this company. This was the easiest move I have ever made and it started with Pure Management. Marabel has been awesome. She’s so patient, and I had questions, still do lol. But she took care of everything before I could remember that I had an issue. There was a couple of maintenance issues with the home and Brenda was on it. Oh and my husband loved James(I think that’s his name). I highly recommend renting from them because of them. Experiencia negativa: We've applied for one of their properties in Temecula last week. We never got a definitive answer! After submitting even more supporting documents, the leasing specialist I was assigned to confessed over the phone that if it were up to her she would give us the keys right away, but her boss Mike Sykes needs to approve it. After leaving several voice mails, and asking the specialist to leave one as well on our behalf, we were told that he would follow up once available. 3 Days and several voice mails later still no follow up, and the leasing specialist stopped responding too. Thr irony is that 1 day after we applied they even dropped the price on the rent, and still nothing! We must be living in a crazy world when $20,000 im monthly income is not sufficient to rent a $3700/month home. But that's the issue with all of these property management companies, and why their properties are empty on the market for many months. I guess they would rather collect application fees then actually rent properties. I wonder if the owners even know how poorly managed their properties are.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible customer service. Do not rent properties from this Managment company. They don’t take your calls, they don’t follow up and keep their word. I’ve met all conditions of the lease and they have not and I’ve been getting over charged the last 2 months. When you call you get transferred to a call center in India. I went to their office in temecula and was promised that my issues would be resolved and 2 months later still has not been resolved and they owe me money. Will be looking into taking legal action.

Experiencia negativa: We rented for one year, made all payments on time. I would say things fell apart when we inquired about a few extra months on a month to month basis due to a work move out of the area. It's like that type of request was never heard of before. Communication was poor and management was disorganized. Document everything very well. They nickel and dime you for everything, they got us for door stops that were in the same condition from move in but we didn't have photos of those. Glad to be done with them.

Experiencia negativa: We rented from pure property Management from 4 years. Their staff were not always easy to deal with. For repairs and the like they would constantly text me asking if the landlord had approved the repair when I did not have the landlord's phone number. My most recent gripe is we no longer rent from them and are constantly receiving emails that our rent is past due and that we owe them a late fee. My bigger gripe is that we moved out 31 days ago and have not received our rental deposit. We have called multiple times and we're told to respond to the email. The email is an automated one so you cannot reply to it. I have called them multiple times and they haven't fixed the email issue, responded to if this is going to impact our credit score, or when we're going to receive our security deposit back. Obviously we now have to go through the long recourse of taking them to small claims court to get our deposit back. If anyone else has this problem, let me remind you of California's civil code 1950.5 of "bad faith" and your landlord potentially paying you twice your deposit for not sending you your deposit on time. They also waive their right to charge you any damages after 21 days. Grossly incompetent nincompoops that have no idea what the left or right hand are doing. Four years of really bad migraines hopefully over soon! The only reason there are so many good reviews is because they offer their tenants raffle prizes for leaving reviews. Check out Yelp! Update: After 37 days we have received half of our rental deposit. We called Pure Property for weeks - finally got a response after leaving this review. I hate having to resort to 1 star reviews to receive service but you have to do what you have to do. Supposedly we will receive the rest soon.

I made a contract 6yrs ago with property managment only to find out 2 months after i moved out and been waiting for security deposit that they gave my deposit to the landlord and now i have to chase after the landlord!!

Experiencia negativa: I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication and questions answered from Pure Property Management Temecula. I have called several times yet every time I call it goes to voicemail. So, I leave a voicemail with my return number every time yet have never received a call back. Not once. One time I accidently called the Los Angeles branch and left a voicemail, and they returned my call by 7:30 am the next day. I am not going to leave details regarding the multiple situations that I need resolved by Pure Property Management, Temecula right now as they are still not resolved, and I am fearful of retaliation.

Experiencia negativa: I'm severely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, communication and transparency as a property owner who has been with PURE for over 6 years. After 3 weeks of follow up to discuss a renewal rate and babysitting to obtain a simple answer or call, I was strung along with the assumption my account was being managed appropriately and it was not. I had only found out that my tenant gave notice 1 week before their move out date. Despite my weekly inquiries, this was never mentioned that the tenant gave notice 20 days ago and I was never notified! Each time I spoke with someone, it was a finger pointing answer with absolutely no accountability. This level of service is a 1 star by far.
Nicolette we discussed these issues today and I know we are both aligned with the corrections we will produce. Excited to see this turn to a five star shortly.
Experiencia negativa: This is by far the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a property management company. We have called, emailed, and left multiple voicemails over the last year and often we don’t get responses. No one informed us when the person managing our property changed 3 times. There’s zero communication, zero accountability, and zero customer service. For the premium we’re paying, the level of service is downright unacceptable. If you’re thinking about using this company—don’t. They’re quick to take your money but l disappear. They mess up SOO much costing the owners money. They replaced a brand new garbage disposal that we had to fight the charge on since it was under warranty. They’ve tried to charge cleaning fees when it was just cleaned. Don’t do proper walk throughs. We’ve now asked for approval before any maintenance work and it’s not being done on their part. Still getting charged for ridiculous services. We feel as though we can maintain this home without them.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been using PURE Property Management (used to be Housematch CA) as our property manager for our rental property in Escondido for over 5 years now. Throughout the entire time, we never had any issues. Even during the pandemic, they worked with all the landlords and gave updates on how the rent situation is. We also had a pleasure to work with Kimberly. She was very proactive and even when we were taking possession of our property due to my son moving in as he goes to a university nearby, Kim made sure that our property was fully inspected quickly and all issues documented. Several time we had to contact Kim for some request we have and she responds right away and will even text/call you to let you know that she receives your message. It will be 2 more years before we will rent out our property again and we will definitely request Kim and Pure Property to manage our rental.

Experiencia positiva: I had been with PURE for over six years. The staff is friendly and helpful when you can get them, but I cannot recommend them now. It seems like they're understaffed, they're very difficult to get a hold of, and it took about a month and half for me to close my account with them. They've cycled through four different account reps in the last two years. I also previously had issues with their head of maintenance who would always quote any repairs needed at extremely high values - which led me to find my own handymen and repair companies who would quote significantly lower than PURE's. It sounds like they're attempting to turn their services around, and I wish them nothing but success in doing so.

Experiencia negativa: This property management is a total scam , they get peoples applications and makes you wait for weeks and then say you are not approved and they told me if you are not approved we will give back your application fees but they didn’t and I had to call my credit company to despute it. The guy name Mike is also horrible because he sounds busy doing fraud for people getting their information and vanishing for weeks.

Benefits package is required, but the company cannot explain how your ~$360 in annual charges will be distributed other than providing air filters 4 times a year and some silly points program Our gardener (included in rent) missed their appointment 2 times and PURE is charging us for the inconvenience. We're seeking legal counsel to prevent further unwarranted fees and charges from this corrupt company.

Experiencia negativa: This management company has screwed our lease since day 1. It takes multiple emails and calls before visiting the actual office to get a clear response from this team. It took over 2 weeks to get our gate keys for two residents. They avoid tenant calls/emails. Perla and Linda consistently ignore emails and calls while I was in the process of leaving my lease. They failed to inform I was removed from a lease that was a week too early from my lease termination date and failed to inform me in a timely manner. Leaving me to move at the drop of a hat. MEANWHILE I had submitted my lease termination notice WEEKS in advance waiting for confirmation, still have yet to receive it… if you do end up renting with this company, forget emails and calls, prepare to always be in their office waiting for a response
Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend PURE Property Management, they have done an excellent job managing my rental property. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Valerie and appreciate the regular updates she provides ensuring task are being processed and completed on time.
Experiencia negativa: This management company discrimanates against african american people. This company also stands for false advertisment when it come to using a housing choice voucher. I was treated so unfair by mariun as she mislead me about renting a home and denied me 3 times js beyond me when i meet all the requirements. I will never recommend this rental agency to anyone. Tina on the other hand very very helpful. I will continue to pursue discrimination againt this company moving forward my outcome after all i was finally blessed with a brand new build 5 bedroom. Thank you pure for you dissappointments i won in the end!!!
Experiencia negativa: We tried for several weeks to schedule a viewing of a property in Menifee and received zero communication. It was only after Zillow requested to know if we received any contact, we said no, and suddenly -- as if by magic! -- we were scheduled a viewing for June 18th, 2024. On the DAY OF the viewing, we received a personal phone call from "Tina" literally confirming the appointment time. We took time to discuss, plan, and then wasted gas, money, & more time to come down and make the appointment. Instead of calling us in the car (as she had just done earlier in the day to reiterate our appointment time), she/they instead elected to simply text a cancellation notice while we were unable to read any texts. We were using navigation to guide us so we walked to the correct house, and then we saw it had already been rented out. A fact they were apparently unable to call about despite having called us just a few hours prior. Taking all of that into account, I would guess they were either 90-100% certain they had already finished a rental agreement, but the lack of communication per Zillow would look bad, so they knowingly wasted our time so they could say "no, look we DID communicate with them!"
Experiencia negativa: If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I tried for a couple of weeks to schedule a viewing of one of their properties, and received no communication. When Zillow and the like asked if I had heard back I stated NO. Finally, after doing that a couple of times, I finally got a viewing scheduled for today, June 18. This morning I received a phone call confirming my appointment. After making arrangements to get to the property, I pulled up my text thread to get the code to get into the property. Lo and behold, it had been taken off the market. NO phone call informing me just a text. This is highly unprofessional and discourteous. I would never rent from a property "managed" by this company.

Experiencia negativa: Bad players in the Property Management business. We own parties and would not inflict PURE Property on them. Their main crime is charging a monthly fee of $27 for a “Residents Benefits Package”. This is of use to folks who have a hard time paying their bills on time, need a bump in their credit score, aren’t disciplined enough to change the air filter regularly, and so on. The issue is that it’s non-optional. Every tenant must pay the package each month, regardless if it benefits them. They’ve even removed it from their lease language as there is actually no longer any mention of it in their lease. It’s a devious practice that speaks to their character as business partners. I’m a consumer like everyone reading this. Go to Real Property Management for all your property management needs if you’re looking for straight up pricing and services that look after both owners and the tenants.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a tenant of Jennifer’s for 6 years and it was an absolute pleasure knowing and working with her. Jennifer came to know my family personally and she always treated us with compassion and respect. I spent some time as a landlord a long time ago and I understand the challenges she faces daily. But no matter the circumstances, Jennifer was always so kind and generous, and always available and responsive. It’s been three years since we were tenants, and yesterday, I contacted Jennifer for a favor. My teenage daughter had accidentally shipped a package to the previous address, and I was hoping she could contact the new tenants to help us recover the delivery. She responded immediately, remembered us in detail, and had already reached out to the new tenants on our behalf. Jennifer is amazing! And it is a great example of how the customer service provided by Pure has been and continues to be outstanding! It is also a great example of how a small act of kindness can have a huge impact. Thank you Jennifer!
