Experiencia negativa: One Star - An Absolute Disaster: Avoid at All Costs! My experience with Ashlee Eagle - was nothing short of a complete and utter nightmare. From the initial consultation to the bitter end (which thankfully, finally arrived), every step of the process was marked by incompetence, negligence, and a shocking lack of professionalism. Communication was virtually non-existent. My calls and emails went unanswered for days, leaving me constantly in the dark and riddled with anxiety. Important updates were either delayed until I relentlessly chased them down or simply never provided. I felt like I was pulling teeth just to get basic information about the progress (or lack thereof) on selling my property. Their market knowledge seemed to be pulled from thin air. The initial listing price they suggested was clearly inflated just to secure my business, as evidenced by the complete lack of interest and subsequent drastic price reductions we were forced to make. When I questioned their strategy, I was met with vague assurances and a dismissive attitude. It became painfully obvious they were more interested in getting the listing than actually selling my house at a fair price. Attention to detail? Forget about it. There were multiple errors in the listing description, scheduling conflicts that were never communicated to me, and a general sense that my transaction was the least of their priorities. I even discovered a crucial disclosure document hadn't been properly filed, which could have had serious legal ramifications down the line. Their carelessness was astounding and frankly, irresponsible. Negotiation was a joke. When an offer finally came in (after what felt like an eternity), their handling of it was inept. They offered little to no strategic advice and seemed more concerned with pushing me to accept the first offer, regardless of whether it was in my best interest. I felt completely unsupported and like they were simply trying to close the deal as quickly as possible, regardless of the outcome for me. The marketing of my property was abysmal. The photos were poorly lit and unflattering, the online listing was riddled with typos and grammatical errors, and there was virtually no proactive outreach to potential buyers. It felt like they were doing the bare minimum, relying solely on the property being listed on the MLS and hoping for the best. Beyond the professional failings, their general demeanor was unprofessional and often rude. They were consistently late for appointments, unprepared, and at times, outright dismissive of my concerns. I felt belittled and ignored throughout the entire process. In conclusion, Ashlee Eagle, Mogul Realty was the single worst decision I made during this entire real estate process. They cost me time, money, and an unbelievable amount of stress. If you value your sanity and your financial well-being, steer clear of this individual. They are a disservice to the profession and should not be trusted with something as important as your home. I would give zero stars if it were an option. The name of this company has been spread around to the community to make aware of how unprofessional they are. This company would never get another listing. In this area, or in the vicinity to that matter.

This is the worst company I’ve ever worked with, be careful and proceed with caution. And they have a five star, what a joke. I will be pursuing this further.
