Experiencia fantástica: Wow!!!! I just closed on my home today! I’d like to say the process was smooth and easy but I can’t! However through the professional efforts of “the best realtor I’ve ever worked with”, I.e. Christian Kelly, we made it to the finish line!!! We started the sale in October 2023; received a contingent offer very quickly; and then another offer soon after (w/o contingency) which we accepted with closing in early December. Two days before the closing the potential buyers backed out and also wanted their earnest money back!!! The tragedy their decision created had extraordinary tax implications for me because I borrowed money from my retirement account, to purchase another home, that had to be paid back appropriately a week after closing. I was headed to pay Uncle Sam a hefty sum in taxes!! Christian stepped in and found Joel Elliott of 1st Alabama Bank, Talladega, AL to process a HELOC in less than a week. Thankfully I was approved in time to repay my retirement account back. This was truly a miracle! Christian had a plan to sell my home by end of January because I found myself paying bills for both homes. He cared about my hardships. So he continued marketing my home and we received an offer in January and was able to close early February!!! There were also so many other issues that he helped me resolve throughout this process. He was there for me and I am so grateful that God sent him my way because I don’t think any other realtor would have done the things he did for me to sell my home! If you want a realtor who will work for you not just for the check but for everything you’re going through please consider Christian Kelly!!!
