Experiencia negativa: From my own personal experience, I would stay far away from this company. Moved into a home that was infested with German roaches. We realized it soon after we moved in. Not only that but the drop ceiling tiles were COVERED in feces and we only found that out our first full day in the house because there was a leak causing one of them to fall. Their maintenance guys were nice but only halfway fixed problems. We asked to move out only a few days after moving in. We went back and forth with the person in the office where the initially agreed to give us all of our money back, then switched to only the deposit back, then finally got them to agree to at least the deposit plus the remainder of the month’s rent. Of course they took money out for “damages and cleaning” even though it was left in the same condition we received it in. I even cleaned it before moving out and I’m a professional cleaner of over 10 years. They had that house back up for rent not even a week after we moved out. German roaches aren’t easily gotten rid of. It can take months for them to be gone. I posted in our local group warning people not to rent it as it was unsafe due to the infestation. We were told we would receive our money once the keys were handed over. A week or so went by and we hadn’t heard anything, so my husband went into the office to ask about our refund. The owner of the company told him “we have 60 days to refund you and because of the post your wife made it will probably be sent at 59 1/2 days.” Because how dare I try to save someone else the trouble we went through having to move all of our belongings twice in one week. They don’t care about their tenants well being, only the money coming in.

Experiencia negativa: I HAVE BEEN RENTING WITH THEM FOR 3 YEARS NO PROBLEM. MS. TRUDY AND MS. FELECIA AND DANI WERE THE BEST... THESE LAST 5 MONTHS THEY GOT NEW OWNERS AND THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY LACK COMMUNICATION SKILLS, THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS AND THEY HAVE BEEN ADDING FEES I DIDNT SIGN FOR IN MY LEASE. I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT WITH BBB ONCE MY LEASE IS UP IM OUT OF HERE.

I have been trying to rent a unit and Ms Trudy is nice, but the red tape people take you to a house, but the private items that they all request for, should not have anything to do with my BANK!!! Fraud & breeches have costed me thousands in the last year. I didn't experience this with last 2 places I lived in a 10 yr spand

Experiencia negativa: This house is too beautiful to be in the shape that it is currently in. Whoever the previous tenants were, they obviously had pets and they allowed them to urinate all over the house. The den area on the first floor is FULL with urine and is unsafe to walk on.. I called the office today and they told me the house was finished and was being cleaned . When I got to the house today, it still reeks of ammonia Urine from pets. Once I told the rental company what was wrong with the house they told me they would not fix the floors and we would have to deal with the soiled hardwood floors that are spongy like a wet cardboard box . This house is big with plenty of room. if this is any idea of how the rental company is going to treat me as a new and potential client no thanks.

Experiencia negativa: ⭐ 1 Star Review I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this rental office. They never answer the phone and rarely respond to emails, even about important matters. The staff often take their time handling issues that really need quick attention. Their communication is unprofessional and makes it hard to get anything resolved. What’s even more upsetting is how they treat residents on Section 8 — with little respect or urgency. Everyone deserves to be treated equally and with professionalism, no matter their situation. This office needs serious improvement in how they manage communication and treat tenants.

Experiencia negativa: Put application in for a house, yesterday, at 3 pm. ... Was told it was rented at 9 am today. she never said she had a prospective tenant already in mind, or processing. If she had I would have never paid 50.00 for the application for that house. So in my opinion, IT IS A SCAM.

Experiencia negativa: I rented a unit from them for 6 months, from October 17, 2024 - April 17, 2025. They charged me for the full month of April instead of prorating it. I moved out at the end of my lease. After 6 weeks, I finally got the security deposit back, but they didn't refund the prorated balance for April which is about $540. They charged me $150 cleaning fee which the place was not cleaned when I moved in. I called them and told them it had trash left on the unit and nothing was cleaned. They sent a young woman to come clean it, but when she got there she said her child was asleep in the car and couldn't clean it. They're trying to steal money from me. It's been almost 4 months since I moved out. I've called over 50 times since the middle of May and left messages and even spoke to one of the owners, Collin, on July 14th and told me weeks ago he would mail my refund out STAT. I have filed a complaint against them with the BBB.

Experiencia negativa: Not so much of the rental company but the owner of the home. The home was unlivable with a bad rodent problem. They only did patch work because the owner didn’t want to fix anything. Then I was asked was on section 8 and I said no. That’s an odd thing to say to a resident when the Maintenance man told me they only send him to the section 8 homes. I have videos of all this and not only that I have copies of correspondence for these. Them I was told that the air didn’t even work when I moved in so only by the grace of My God that I didn’t feel anything wrong. Truthfully i don’t recommend anyone moving into the home I rented . You will have to worry about snakes as well. It’s so much of this !! Don’t recommend at all.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been living in a rat infested house since I moved in. The first maintenance request for this problem is literally dated a couple of days after move in. Cullen Crow says it’s nothing more they can do but bring rat traps for gofer rats that are too big for the rat traps. He and Felicia is extremely rude and unhelpful. I begged for more help and I got nothing but attitude and a phone hung up in my face as if my livelihood don’t matter. To express my concerns to a manager and get the results I did is sickening. I’m uncomfortable in a home I’m paying rent monthly in to be comfortable. My home don’t feel like home. My health has been affected by this, mentally and physically. This has been a very traumatic experience.

Experiencia negativa: I think this is a good company but hard to get in contact with, based off my experiences I called up there a few time trying off the course of a month and the person so spoke to about my application seemed to have a headache with me when I’m trying to get my homing situated. I called before applying for a home and was told is was available so I payed 100$ in application fees when someone had already rented the home. It would help if she let me know someone already was about to get the home how am going to keep paying for applications with no feedback.

Trudy, move in specialist, AMAZING she gets right on to anything help you may need when it comes to your move in process and your stay in their properties. When it comes to maintenance needed I've never waited over a day no longer than two days for a response and for the work to be accomplish. I've recommended multiple friends and family members to consider residing with this company. I've been with them 2 years and have zero complaints on how things are handled throughout this management.
