Experiencia negativa: Gusty presented himself well in original conversations, when it came time to take action, there was serious delays in marketing efforts, of which is wife is responsible. His partner has a significant background in marketing, but it didn't show up AT ALL during the listing of my house. Not only was marketing delayed and lacking I had to fire Gusty for the lack of follow through. As a past real estate agent, and marketing professional I should not have to raise concerns just to be met with attitude.

Experiencia negativa: The 3 qualities Ashley Carlson, with the Gusty Gulas group, defines in herself are Honesty, integrity, and respect. My experience was complete opposite of all three. I attempted to purchase her home. From the initial contact she never identified herself as the owner, only the listing agent. She was given multiple opportunities to do so and did only when she was directly asked. After inspection of her home, we respectfully declined to move forward with contract. She then reached back out to my agent 3 days later offering less money! After a couple of weeks of renegotiation that she agreed to, when it came to rewriting the contract she turned the tables and went back to original price! Due to length of time taken for negotiations, we were unable to close on original date due to VA process. We asked to extend date by 6 days. She then stated she would charge $5,000 to extend 6 days! She withheld issues that were present in the home, and became defensive when they were brought to light. Dishonesty is a better word to describe her business method. We were so excited about her home and the next chapter in our family's lives. She turned that time into migraines and nightmares.
