It sold in 1 day! ONE DAY!!! We were not ready for that either! It was listed at a fair price with the minor issues that were present taken into account! Gave a few allowances and BAM! Experiencia negativa: Austin, with Accent Realtors, hung my family out to dry. Whether this was negligence or ignorance, it cause my family intense distress. My home went under contract with a client represented by Accent Realtors at the end of May. We opted to accept this offer 24 hours after listing the house because it was a solid offer, and seemed like a stable outcome. This deal was extended twice at the buyers request, due to the storm damage, no issues here. Things got interesting the day of our closing... We were supposed to close at 10 on Friday. We found out at 10:30 the buyer had not shown up yet and later found out they had a mishap in selling their home at 9 on that same Friday. THIS WAS NOT A CONTINGENT DEAL. So now we are stuck up a creek without a paddle because of no wrong doing of our own. We are supposed to close on our new house in about a week, and the proceeds from the house we were selling was supposed to be our down payment. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT accept an offer from someone represented by Accent or work with an Accent Realtor. In an effort to salvage the deal, Austin from Accent has suggested that we loan the buyers money from our proceeds to save the deal, that they broke. I could not write this story if i tried. Complete nightmare of a situation.

It seems they were showing us properties they wanted to sell rather than what we were looking to buy and they were only showing 2 or 3 properties a week. We thought this was totally unacceptable and set out to find a new realtor. I read the information about Accent on the internet. I liked what I read and went down to there office. When I walked in I was greeted by LaMiah Smith, who turned out to be my agent. She patiently listened to my story and gave me a thorough presentation of the home buying process. Then she made note of what we are looking for in a house. The very next day she had taken me to my first 3 houses, paying very close attention to my reaction to each property and give them a rating. She showed me about 6 additional houses within the next few days. Within 8 or 9 days, using LaMiahs'guidance we put a bid in on a house and won the bid. She has stayed with us guiding us through the closing process and we will be home owners within the week. Her advice was well thought out and she knew what questions to ask me to lead us in the right direction. Going to Accent was the best decision we made. Experiencia negativa: BUYER BEWARE-7254 S Quebec needs major work. Make sure you get all inspections done. We spent over $1000 on inspections and pulled out of the deal. Owner (Realtor?) asked to share our report. I offered that they pay half so my waste of time and money would not be as severe but they declined. I would have thought better of ACCENT to list a house with this many flaws. Don't be sorry that the inspection didn't go well for me......I dodged a bullet......it didn't go well for you.......it's your house, your integrity and reputation.

I had a horrible experience in trying to sell my house with another realtor. They didn't check his finances thoroughly and after three attempts to close, I asked to be released from that contract. From my very first contact with Accent, with Mr. Wheeler and Karen, I felt sincere concern and appreciation as a potential client. They were warm and understanding. They have mastered customer service. They are there to help in whatever way they can. My current home is the fifth home I have sold in my 70 years. Accent has the best realty business model I have seen. They start by educating you about the real estate market. I learned more about real estate in talking with Mr. Wheeler for 10 minutes than in many years of buying and selling houses. Mr. Wheeler then explained their excellent marketing plan, how they obtain and use feedback, the various departments at Accent and their areas of focus. He also explained the action plan for my situation. Very soon after that Karen sent me a contract, educational materials and she called to see if I had any questions. Both Mr. Wheeler and Karen have been so good about checking up with me It turns out my contract with the other realtor won't end until May and it appears I now have a viable buyer. We met with Paul about listing our home and he told us what we were truly looking at in terms of sale. We already knew there were a few costly items that would likely need to be done before sale. He recommended a pre-listing inspection and it paid off. Our house was listed on Friday and we had 36 offers by Sunday night and under contract by Monday. Could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Plus if you are moving local and plan ahead they have a truck available for use. I had also used them 10 years prior to purchase a home they were just as helpful and reliable then as they are now.

I only had to replace the gas. They were so kind as well and because of their amazing service, I was able to move into my new home.

Pushed us out of a contract that we had locked in on contingency and on the same day our house got a contract and contingency taken off, they put the house on pending with another offer. Would take lawyers to get it taken care of and we cannot afford this. My wife and I worked really hard to get this house and our kids were really excited. Now we have a contract on our house with no home to move into. Accent Realtors must lose their credibility as a legit company in Tulsa.

We had a nice offer almost immediately, and sold the home within a week for more than our asking price. Paul and Susan called us regularly to keep us up to speed as things progressed on the sale of our home - and they made themselves available for questions which we had during the process. People say "You get what you pay for." That nicely sums up our positive feelings about doing business with Accent Realtors. They had several pricing options that provided us with choices of services. We went with the more expensive choice, but it was "Darn well worth it!"

Experiencia fantástica: Accent does so much to help! The buyer specialist, Roger Dunham, was a huge benefit when it came to finding the right home for us. Accent also provided a moving van at no cost to help us get moved into our new home! I absolutely recommend their services to anyone buying or selling. I can’t thank them enough.

Experiencia negativa: I used Accent to buy my first home. The one good thing I can say is that I successfully completed the purchase. Otherwise, I can't recommend this company. They would not let me work directly with selling agent on the house I was interested in but funneled me to a buying agent. This was ostensibly to provide me with someone to look out for my own interests, but he repeatedly gave me wrong information. I was also funneled by them to Currington Mortgage for my loan, a shady company which apparently no longer exists. That's a whole other story but fortunately my loan fell through with them and I was able to find a better loan on my own. One positive from Accent was their back office contract administrator, who was very helpful with the details of the closing process. Overall, the only reason I had a successful purchase was due to my own research and by choosing not to trust my Realtor. This is not the kind of relationship I would suggest to others. P.S. The final negative experience I had was in trying to use the moving van they advertise as a perk to customers, but it was never available.

He was always readily available to answer my questions and guide me handily through the process. Roger also caught the mortgage company about to make a mistake which would have cost me many thousands of dollars. He helped me stay within the perimeters I had set, so I would remain within my budget. The professionalism of all concerned at Accent Realtors was outstanding. I highly recommend Accent Realtors, and, should it come time to purchase or sell, I will use their services again. That is the highest form of a rating — that a former customer would use their services in repeat business.
