Schmidt kept us updated with showings and feedback and helped us maintain a realistic perspective on what buyers were willing to pay for. He also did a great job of ensuring my ex and I remained on the same page and communicated with him and each other clearly about the transaction. We received a couple of offers and Rob helped us weed out the questionable ones and looked out for our best interests throughout the negotiations.
