Experiencia negativa: The realtor we used two years ago was outstanding! She is no longer with this group thankfully so when we used her again we were not subjected to the spam that this office sends to their clients. It’s been two years and I received more spam from them and I’m not even using them. I had to block the number they sent texts from because the solicitation texts didn’t stop within a reasonable amount of time after buying our house and our business together ended. Unfortunately, I find this so incredibly invasive and rude that is the reason for the 1 star. It is bad enough we deal with corporations doing this, our local businesses shouldn’t be spamming us as well. I will be mailing their junk back to them today.

The house had an offer after the first showing, I believe it was only on the market for 1 day before that showing. Additional showings were scheduled, had another showing a day or two later and then accepted the first offer. I would highly recommend this group when selling a higher dollar home.

Experiencia fantástica: As a Realtor in the Edmond area, I was not able to help some friends of mine find and purchase a home near Tulsa. But, the team at Wolek Group was! They took great care of them for me!

Experiencia negativa: Not a great home selling experience. The Wolek group suggested we sell for less than we wanted. We had offers immediately because it was under priced, then were basically forced to take a low offer. (Three offers came in a week, but they only showed us two) The Title company they used sent out closing funds to the incorrect bank account causing a delay we weren't accounting for in the close of our new home. This experience caused us to loose thousands of dollars. I do not recommend.

Experiencia negativa: We had a terrible experience with this group. Brittany is very kind and sweet, but she misrepresented the square footage of our home by including an unfinished basement and garage apartment, therefore inflating the home price by over $150,000. They insisted their pricing was correct, even with multiple push-backs and potential buyers stating that the price was way too high. After several month in 2022, we fired the group. We then had the home appraised and it was confirmed that they'd included 1300 sf of space that is illegal to include in livable square footage. When we tried to reconcile this with Jennie, she refused meetings and FaceTime and then recorded our phone calls without my knowledge or consent. While I know this is not illegal, it's certainly very questionable ethically. They never apologized. I would not recommend this group to anyone. It seems clear that they simply got lazy, and saw the possibility for a bigger-than-fair commission and didn't care that that meant our home would sit for months and months unsold, even during a hot seller's market. Their lack of transparency, and then refusal to do anything to make it right (even say they're sorry!) speaks volumes to me. (It should also be noted that we used them to purchase our home. We met the agent at the first home she showed us and we bought that home. For that one meeting, she made $24,000 because the seller didn't want to pay full fees so she asked us to.)
