All our conversations were on the phone or via text and email, because my wife and I are out of state and the house is in California. We found Lane online and from the first phone conversation, we were confident he was the right guy. We talked to three other reps before we went with him, and there was absolutely no comparison. In fact, one was so clueless that she talked about listing an all-cash, as-is sale on MLS!! From the very start, Lane understood completely what we wanted to do, and we relied on his expertise and guidance throughout the process.
