Experiencia negativa: Ok first off Jaz and George are clowns. I informed them the stipulations of our contract, I'm not sharing them and if they do there will be legal consequences. But I wanted to sell a property and I explained to them the issues and they offered me a price around 78% of the asking price so they can make a profit. Fair is fair, I'm paying for speed. But we signed and shook hands with George. Great right. Then two hours later they asked for inspections I told George I couldn't provide. Then he tells me if that's the case then the offer is 50k less. I mean why? It's a greedy company, dm me and I'll give you more details.

Experiencia fantástica: Cathy Perkins showed us a beautiful home in Anaheim yesterday. Meeting her was like running into an old friend and we loved her! She was on time, professional and knowledgeable about the home she showed us. She wanted to know what we were looking for in a home so she could make sure she only showed us homes that met our hopes and needs and we appreciated that. Also we did not feel any pressure from her to hurry up and buy so as not to lose out on a home we liked but did let us know how interested others were. We will continue to work with her and trust her to always show us homes within our hopes, needs and budget. I intend to recommend her to my friends and family when they are in search of a new home.
