My mother-in-law passed suddenly and my wife and I was left with her house and alot of stuff inside. Seth is a total service realtor which means he takes care of literally everything. Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional agency. Terminated my listing agreement with them immediately. When I interviewed them, they promised me all sorts of things but never delivered. Their communication skills are horrible, spoke to them maybe 1 more time after the interview and they disappeared and I had to cancel the open house because none of them answered the phone. When I did get a hold of somebody, they were very rude and nasty and told me they have other higher priced clients to prioritize. Safe to say I'm never hiring them again, nor recommend.
