Experiencia negativa: Please read this if you are thinking of using this brokerage service to find an apartment/condo. They are NOT worth your time. Tried to use this broker to find an apartment and gave them 2 months ahead of the anticipated move in date. In that time we received only 3 potential apartments (after one month of waiting and having to chase our broker), 1 of which was for only a 2 month rental period (when we made it clear we were looking for a 12 month period). On top of this, our broker simply refused to be proactive, respond to emails in a timely manner or provide any helpful information/tips to help us find a location. The extent of their help was to plug a list of wants we came up with into a computer program. If you can do that yourself, don't waste your time with this provider. You are not a priority, they will not help you.

I flew to Boston to interview six Realtors carefully vetted in advance of my trip as candidates for listing agent. A one-time Realtor myself, I knew what I was after. Steven Cohen, the last, was so undeniably head and shoulders above the others that I agreed to listing with him on the spot. The Steven Cohen Team jumped into action, producing first class promotional materials. They immediately brought on board a contractor to paint and make repairs (and later to haul away “stuff”). They answered every call and every email (there were many). They recommended a closing attorney. And they delivered a timely sale that more than met our needs. Steve is so honest that in one consult he made it clear I was better off keep my current property for the time being. I'm glad I listed because 5 years later when I did need to move the property sold for 40% higher. Also his team took care of everything, from installing new CO meters and smoke alarms. One stop shop with a smile! Also, my sister and I had to finalize my moms estate and sell our childhood home in a close suburb of Boston. Naturally it was an emotional time. We had one foreign buyer make an offer over the asking price before the open house so long as we cancel the open house. Steve, with his sage advice let us know these buyers want to offer above the asking price, contract with them only. This way, they can nickel and dime the price down during the inspection as well as greatly delay the sale. We listened to Steve. We sold way over the asking price and the transaction went smoothly.
