Experiencia fantástica: I had just gone through a divorce and needed to buy my own home, the first one on my own! I met Anna-Sirenko when I called Zillow to inquire about buying a condo. I told her the divorce wasn't final so I needed to wait until it was done to know what my assets would be. I asked her in the meantime to send me listings of condos within my price range with my specific requests. Anna was very patient and did just that. She only showed me condos with the specific needs I requested within my price range. That gave me an opportunity to see what was on the market so I could prepare for what to expect when the divorce was final. WhenI I received my divorce settlement Anna was ready to take me to any condo I requested to see. She knew what I was looking for and only took me to properties within my expectations. She was also kind and considerate and only thought about my needs and my dogs! I brought my 7 lb chihuahua with me and she always accepted him as part of my family. There was a glitch on the first condo due to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s change in policy so I lost that condo. I only had 2 weeks to find something and settle in 2 weeks.! She quickly took me to look st 10 or more properties in 1 weekend and we were able to find one of my liking and we were able to settle on time . What I can say about Anna is that she is not only an amazing real estate agent but an amazing person! She is right on top of things, Is efficient and caring in quickly finding properties exactly with the requirements requested by the buyer . They sold me a house where the floor was painted, I was about to send them to Court because the Broker (Diana Glassman & Makenna) lied to me on following up with the seller after months went by and me reaching out to the seller broker and finding out My broker never called them.
