Experiencia negativa: I would give ZERO Star. They got my property under contract quickly, however, completely a nightmare afterwards ! They showed that they knew nothing about property sales negotiations. I only found out that the buyer wanted to ask for credits at the last day of the contingency period. Pretty much everything is last minutes. They don’t really know what they are doing except faked marketing and dishonesty. They don’t let you cancel the listing agreement either.

Experiencia negativa: We were buyers, and (Lesa Wolf with Brenkus Network) was an absolute nightmare. After closing, our realtor could not reach or get ahold of Lesa because she was ignoring us. Lesa was supposed to remove the lockbox and give us the keys for the home that night after closing and deed was recorded. Well, after waiting 2 days of no responses from Lesa, and not being able to get ahold of her, we ended up drilling out the lock on our new house and installing new locks. It took several days for Lesa to come grab the Brenkus Team lock box and for sale sign. She didn't even knock on the door and sped right off in her car. This is what I extremely dislike about sales, they are there and great one minute to get that money and ghosted after the deal is closed and they secured their cash. This was a prime example of a real estate vulture. If you are buying a home, do your research.

They advertise the way they want to ignoring things you want added because they feel the truth about the house is gonna hurt. Which what’s hurts is finding out that who was buying your house didn’t know anything about it that they were supposed to know and then back out of the deal. My home is still on the market and I absolutely regret going with this company for to many reasons to mention!! I would absolutely go with a smaller company that appreciates the sell rather than a big one that doesn’t if I could go back..

I asked him to call at a more convenient time. (He did) We set a time for Bri Brenkus - listing specialist - to visit and assess my home. I thought it was going to be a cash offer. I also wasn’t really thinking of selling the house until Gavin called. As it turned out, we did not list the home at that time, but I was very impressed with Bri. I told her I was gonna keep her card and she would be the first to know when we were ready to sell. A month later, we decided to sell. I gave Bri a call and she got back with me right away. She had updated comps and suggestions about how to present the home in the best light. She had a game plan about the number of showings per week and the timeline for offers. Letty - listing manager - took over after Bri got us started. She kept us updated on showings so the house was ready for buyers. Lesa Wolf - escrow manager - kept things moving with paperwork and inspections. Ava - listing assistant- followed up with agents to encourage them to write an offer or offer feedback to improve the listing. Liz - director of first impressions- scheduled showings and also coordinated with us. I wasn’t sure I would like having to work with so many people but having bought and sold property both ways i.e. team of one versus team of 6, I would for sure go with the Brenkus team again!

Experiencia negativa: Did not return my agents phone calls to view a specific property. Stalled the offer 3 times when our offer was the only one on the table. Now supposedly there are other offers which we countered. Still no response which was due today. Never experienced anything like this with the 5 other times I have bought and sold properties. Smells fishy to me. Just closed on my second choice house. Night and day with the ease of normal flow and response, meeting deadlines. Much like I experienced when buying properties in Palm Springs, Los Angeles, Lakeland Florida, and West Palm Beach , FL. I wasn’t used as a second offer to up the ante for whoever wound up with the Shelia Ave. property. Seller delight, buyers beware.

Experiencia negativa: Let me spare you the trouble and issues we had while selling our home in Summerlin near Las Vegas. First, they assigned a child to us, a million dollar custom home, professionally decorated. Besides all the errors in scheduling showings with people arriving unannounced after 8:30pm, return calls were terrible, assigning different people to do different things: one you have for scheduling who doesn’t know anything about the house and another who calls back for that person. There were so many different people, we never talked with the listing agent again. To say they are inept is an understatement!! They insisted on listing way below value and were unable to take advantage of the up pricing with bids and we missed a huge opportunity there. Then at the last minute, told us we had to remove every nail in the walls and touch up. 3 days before close of escrow, they demanded we get a cleaning crew to professionally clean for closing. I had to scramble after movers did their thing. I so regret signing with them.
