As the Buyers they were completely transparent and gave us their word that the job would get done with no hiccups and they definitely delivered. Wasn’t sure when the closing dates were. One person backed out so that made it longer but that wasn’t their fault. But very long story-short, i got to sell it and made a bit of a profit. You gotta know what you’re selling. Don’t expect them to self a crap house and give you gold. I luckily had a decent place, i just didn’t want it anymore. And they helped. Everyone was cool. Even when i was becoming anxious. Would recommend if you’re in a bind and have no way of finding better help

After an initial offer in May that was too low, we agreed to sell under the condition that they would market the home and close in 120 days, plus 30 days to move out due to the fact we'd be away for the month of July. We were assured multiple times that Leverage Homes would buy the house regardless of whether they found a buyer. Despite being led to believe there would be a private open house, our home was publicly listed on Zillow without our clear knowledge. The open house was poorly managed — the agent arrived late and was unfamiliar with the property. While we were away, they asked for an extension, claiming they hadn’t had time for inspections, even though they knew we would be away. We agreed only if they guaranteed to buy at the original price, which they refused. They pulled out of the contract.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my doubts about this Company as anyone would in this day and age. Scammers are rampant and I've been the victim twice already, but not with this Company. We needed enough money to keep us safe and secure for the future. Leverage has lovely people working for them and they were so patient and understanding with our situation. We had to sell and we're semi-retired, so we needed to be sure it was a good company. They put a woman named Renée in contact with me and she is wonderful. She went above and beyond to educate me about the process and she became one of my angels on this earth. They are highly recommended by us. Thank you for everything, Leverage! Normally cold calls are annoying at best. MATTHEW was absolutely a professional and a gentleman. His ability to explain his product in a short period to actually listening to the prospective client started our journey. We transitioned to Joey Szal, who was a delight to speak with. Once again, a professional in listening to the customer and explaining your business advantages are second to none. He was able to navigate my concerns as well as impress me his services are legitimate and worthy of further interest. Once we contracted, we were handed over to Renee, who may be the hardest working saleswoman I know.she was able to find the right buyer for our property. There obviously were challenges for the team. They worked through them and we got to the goal in time to close. I walked away with what we agreed to, what I expected. I am extremely happy with the end result. I whole heartedly would recommend Leverage as a handler of a private home sale. Great people make great teams. This team is excellent.

When we told them that we were not interested we are not selling they called from a different number to a different number and kind of made the round robin. Scammy, scummy people. And the people on the phone when you ask who they work for The only line they give you is "we work for a group of private investors". Then they say they'll put you on their do not call list and then they move to the next phone number on the record we were all sitting in the house They called my phone number about my brother's house They called my mother's landline about my brother's house They called my landline about my brother's house and they called my husband's cell phone number about my brother's house.

Honestly, Evelyn and David's communication, professionalism and hands on approach is unbelievable to witness first hand. The selling process was extremely smooth and they were able to get my property sold within the agreed specified time frame. Unfortunately, there were some hiccups during the transaction which was beyond LVG control. However, the LVG team was able to rectify and resolve the time sensitive issues immediately. By far, this was one of my smoothest RE transactions I've encountered. I highly recommend this company for homewners looking to part ways with their home or investment property. Big shout out again to Evelyn and David!!

Experiencia negativa: Purchased a home from a seller who had signed a contract with these idiots last fall. Leverage were some of the most disorganized and unprofessional people I've ever done business with. They didn't even realize that they were subject to a standard NJ business tax which ended up holding up our closing. If you aren't aware, these guys are "wholesalers", which, from my albeit limited understanding, means that they guarantee a certain amount of cash to a seller for their home and then turn around, upcharge, and sell that home to a buyer. Generally, I think the sellers (who as far as I can tell are also the people giving 5 star reviews) are people in desperate or unfortunate situations. My wife and I ended up getting a lot of concessions out of them in a "tight" market once I realized what their general business model was. If you are a buyer, I would steer clear. Hope this helps!

I can't say I like the company too much as I think the company overall doesn't care much for people and their situation(nothing personal, business i guess) but she showed that she cared. I would recommend using Leverage company to sell your property anytime. Just make sure that you are very sure you want to sell your home before signing any contracts and do your homework to see what numbers work best for your situation so that you don't run into any legal issues down the line. I'm giving 4 stars for how Mel did her thing and made me feel good about the sell... if the company showed more remorse for my situation I would've given them 5 stars‍♂️. Thank you Mel. You Rock!

Experiencia negativa: UPDATE they are liars through and through- even when they try to fix things BEWARE- learn from my mistake. this is a totally fraudulent he said she said silo based company who has no idea what one part of their company says and agrees to. Signed contracts, finished attorney review and then completely went back on essentially everything. Will be filing charges, reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and Real Estate Commission. PS half of these reviews are people who work for the company- ive personally talked to some of them .

They own their own mortgage company so they can pull out of any deal that they decide they no longer want to pursue, even if they have signed contracts. My wife and I have reported to Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, and the Real Estate Commission. They promise a lot, but their word is no good. You are much better off using a realtor if you dont want to become their next victim.
