Experiencia negativa: We purchased a home that was flipped by Brendan, who was listed as the seller. It wasn’t disclosed to us that he was also the owner until attorney review—which we accepted. When we first toured the home, we noticed some minor cosmetic and construction flaws, but we chose to overlook them because we loved the layout and location. However, these recent photos show the current state of our basement, which was sold to us as “finished.” It's now clear that the space was not properly sealed. During the inspection, mold was found in the basement. We had to fight to get it remediated, but since inspectors are limited in what they can do—they can’t open walls or floors—we had no way of knowing the work underneath was not properly done. We incorrectly felt the mold must be from prior leaks. We’ve only lived here a few months, and now we’re seriously questioning the quality, safety, and code compliance of all the work that was done on this home. These are two seperate rooms, the washer is not leaking we've checked that.

And he never rushed me to make a decision comparing to other agents I work with. At certain points I wanted to give up but he didn’t let me down. He was more than an agent, from finding the house til the closing he was there. I really appreciate working with you God bless.

Experiencia negativa: I hope you read this before signing your contract. It started well enough. Scott seemed genuine & caring about very unique concerns about proceeding with a traditional sale. The words Scott said at that time to convince me to sign the agreement to list with them wound up being very different than the actions taken after the ink dried. I made it very clear to Scott that I had a # that in no way I could go under do to the circumstances surrounding the sale. I understood that could cause a sale to not happen, but this was not a "need to sell situation" so I had no interest in going below that number. Even after this I had to "correct the listing" as it was showing for less than the #. I wrote this off as an honest mistake and the process continued. He did 1 open house in late Winter and received 1 offer. I know they didn't even bother taking calls as people started knocking on my door to ask about my house since nobody would call them back. Even after addressing this with Scott did it ever change. I was already locked into a 6 month listing agreement with them, so I continued the process with this 1 offer. As we get close to summertime, the process is finally moving along to the point where contracts are being drawn up and plans can start to be finalized about moving. Nicolle never completed sending the request to the city for the inspections in April. We are now in June, about a week away from the "close date" and I had to rush around the city at my own time and expense to get this done to prevent any closing delays on my side. This next part is the most disappointing by Scott. Everything up to this part could be written off as just mistakes, or laziness, or incompetence. He was the only one I actually met during the process. He was aware of the need for the closing date to be correct due to the unique health situation surrounding this move. 10 days prior to the at the time closing date. I called Scott to confirm if everything on the buyer's side was complete and if that closing date was confirmed. We had already moved it twice, and moving it again would not be a big deal as long as we did not start the process of moving cross country prior to the date being 100% locked in. After getting past the rush of correcting their mistakes with the city, everything is moving along as I thought it should. Scott was aware of all these moves and still let me proceed. I was never given an explanation on to why I was advised to do this when there was info available to them that the sale would need to be pushed back again. The day before the "closing". I get the call that it will need to be pushed back. At this point stuff is already in transit, I have family up to assist me in transporting my disabled mother, and no way to stop this process. I am given no real answer by Nicolle or Scott as to how or why this happened. I feel they let this happen to ensure I completed the sale with them. They misread the market by sticking with this 1 offer & enough time had passed where I could have waited out the rest of the contract & tried again with someone else. From this point on, I felt abandoned. Scott & Nicolle seemed to be working more for then buyer than me. Nicolle spent the next month blaming me and trying to gaslight me. Every time I asked for an example of what I or my lawyer did so I can correct them or me, I never got one. Did they help me try to find new insurance since now the house was uninsured due to them being "wrong" about the closing date after I told them my old insurer wouldn't reinstate? NOPE. Eventually, Brendan joined in. His main contribution was to offer me money on the side to circumvent my lawyer and sign differing paperwork. He also said he would give money if the close didn't happen in mid July. It didn't & he never did. The closing finally happened in late July. The delays were all on the buyer's bank side. The approval didn't even happen until mid July. All I got after the fact was a "pat myself on the back" text from Scott & email from Brendan. Feel free to reach out to read all the emails & texts

I’ve been window shopping for a house but I quickly realized that I had very little knowledge of the process of buying a house. It was very daunting at first but I called in and had a chat with these 3 amazing people. I had a lot of questions about how much I can spend, what houses are the best options for me, etc. Let me start off with Milton and Eunice. Knowledgeable, responsive, welcoming, patient, kind, easy to talk to, funny, down to earth people. I came in with my guard up but they made it easy to trust them. Milton and Eunice are home run heavy hitters. I thought I had tough questions to ask thinking “ain’t no way these 2 are going to answer these.” but these 2 knocked these questions out of 3 baseball parks. They were very easy to understand and they carefully guided me through the questions and made sure that I understood exactly what needed to be understood. Shoot if they wrote a real estate dictionary, I’d buy 3 copies. Words I didn’t know, they knew. They patiently showed me red flags of houses that I was looking at as well and gave me some recommendations. I’m glad my zero experience was left in their hands. Another thing to is their quick response and their confidence. Not once did they give me an answer with any hesitation or doubt. I highly recommend Milton and Eunice if you have experience with real estate or none like me. Last BUT not least, the amazing, the graceful, the wonderful Nicole! After I was done talking to Milton and Eunice I went up to Nicole and said “so like how many body parts am I going to sacrifice for this.” I had a lot of doubt and anxiety in this stage because of the big question mark of how much. Nicole graciously explained the transaction process of getting a home and quickly put me at ease. She meticulously and graciously explained my buying power, loans, literally anything and everything that had to do with a dollar sign and numbers she broke down. I was thinking I needed to pull up with a Ford F-150 with bags of money in the back to get secure a home but Nicole assured me that there are other methods. Nicole made it so easy that I can confidently close my eyes and just sign whatever I needed to sign knowing I’m in good hands.
