Experiencia fantástica: I moved in about a month ago and my experience with Revid Property Management has been excellent so far. The move-in process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. I especially want to give a big shout out to the maintenance team! They’ve been quick to respond, professional, and efficient in handling any requests. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the residents. Experiencia negativa: The safety of properties are always at risk, gates always broke Common area door has a broke knob(so door doesn’t close or lock! Winter time is horrible; no treatment on walk way or parking lot!!! Rude customer service. Emailed for months about a balance with no communication until 6 months later!

Experiencia negativa: A staff member denied me a walk through of my apartment on moveout and submited a false walkthrough report; the company used this opportunity to charge me $400 for removal of personal items that the staff member watched me remove and $150 for a broken towel rack that was already broken upon move in. I did not renew my lease because I was left without electricity for almost two months and it was only fixed once I got the Memphis Housing Authority involved. In addition they repeatedly deleted my maintenance requests about the mold growth in my bedroom. Single women be warned that their maintence men can be EXTREMELY unproffesional and invase (will not knock before entry, asks questions about martial status, does not show up at the specified time). My friend warned me about them and I should have listened.

Experiencia fantástica: I rented with Revid from 2020 through 2025 and had a very positive experience. Maintenance was taken care of immediately, and when I moved recently, it was such an easy process to move out and have everything buttoned up nicely. Would highly recommend.

Experiencia positiva: I moved in from out of state, the apartment I rented I signed site-unseen The agent himself was professional and answered all my questions and concerns but the unit had multiple issues. Update 2: Maintenance was rescheduled to the following Monday and took care of all addressable issues. Update 1: Maintenance was scheduled to address the issues, the team was a no-call no-show The dryer was not operable Neither AC/Heater worked The gas stove did not run The light in the laundry room worked once and broke The front door did not latch without the deadbolt being used Heavy draft on the side door A hole in one of the outdoor concrete steps Broken shower head Dirty underwear in the bathroom closet No fan or ventilation upstairs or bathroom Multiple cracked windows Paint on the windows Warping and poorly patched holes in the walls throughout the unit Poorly done paint in general

Experiencia negativa: I strongly advise prospective tenants to avoid renting from this company. Although my application was approved, the actual property did not match the photos presented online. I attempted to contact management multiple times regarding these discrepancies, but received no response. When I was finally able to reach someone, the WHITE GUY in the office abruptly ended the call and displayed behavior that was unprofessional, disrespectful, and deeply concerning. He wanted me to pay another app fee, although there was a LACK OF COMMUNICATION on their part… I didn’t have transportation @ the time to speak face to face. However, he wouldn’t even allow the previous application fee to be applied to a different unit… FRAUD‼️ No tenant/potential tenant should be subjected to this level of disregard or mistreatment. If he showed this level of neglect, IMAGE what the tenant must go through to get things done when issues arise❓ The pic below is of the WHITE GUY… BEWARE… BEWARE…

Experiencia negativa: Rude. Called to schedule a move out. They told me to use online portal. Call them back and told them I was unable to schedule the move out because it would not let me submit. Not really weird talk about well that's what we need you to do... But prior to them taking over from my landlord I gave my landlord noticed that I was moving all the way back in August. will hang up the phone in your have instead of listening and figuring out an alternative means. They will be the reason why a lot of landlords lose a lot of money on their units. Because basically what they are telling me is I cannot move out if I cannot schedule the move on the portal Edit. Actually the male hung up on me and I called back and cursed you out I didn't curse you out until that man hug up the phone on me be honest love I got everything recorded.

We take all feedback seriously, even when the conversation starts off on the wrong foot. When a resident calls to schedule a move-out, the law requires written notice to the landlord, and that’s the guidance we gave. It’s the only way to ensure the timeline and documentation hold up if there’s ever a dispute.

In this case, our staff was met with profanity and then a threat of violence. At that point, the call had to be ended. We always strive to keep things professional and are open to resetting the conversation if the resident wants to approach it constructively.

For our property owners and investors: our job is to protect NOI by making sure rent is either paid regularly or, if it’s not, moving through the legal process to transition the home to a paying tenant. At the same time, we maintain properties as habitable homes residents can be proud of. That’s the balance — protecting your investment while keeping the standard of housing where it needs to be.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give them 0 stars because they maintenance requests will take months before they come out seem like it. My friend has been without power for 2 weeks now and they still haven't fixed it or even contacted her at all. So what do you expect people to do without power? It's a nice apartment but they won't come out and fix it. The breaker box was even smoking one day and they still didn't come. I thought about renting a house from them but that's change of mind due to a situation like this.

Experiencia negativa: The people that work for this company are rude, thieves, and lack of management to help you solve problems. They will run you to the last straw until you feel as if you’re going crazy. They stole my deposit money that I now will be going to court about . Don’t fix maintenance requests on time when I rented an apartment through them my refrigerator was out for weeks until I moved out. Homeless people living rent free in apartments. I was also attacked by a previous tenant that got kicked out of the apartments and I couldn’t get to my apartment quick enough because of the gates not being fixed it’s only one way in and no way out . This company will be seeing more from me and my legal team soon. As they could’ve just paid me my money back now I am going with further precautions . Do not rent through this company.

Experiencia negativa: When you call the main line and ask to speak to Leasing whoever the guy is, I believe his name is Gus, is SO RUDE, Condescending, and overall tone is so unprofessional. He made such a snarky remark to me, I had to get quiet on the phone because I was so taken back that this is Revid’s front line guy. I feel uncomfortable even renting from them anymore knowing someone like that is who I have to go through. Will not renew. Update: I have put in a request to end the lease. Currently have no air, in an upstairs apartment, and a minor child with health conditions. went in to leasing office and tried to get assistance. Talked to Jessica who was also snarky and stated there was nothing that they could do, today happens to be a Friday, maintenance doesn’t work over the weekend. I was also told by Jessica Gus, is the manager. However, the previous review I left was in regard to Gus, and how rude he was to me on the phone, which helped me make the final decision to find somewhere else to live. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW TO HELP PEOPLE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN RENTING FROM REVID. PLEASE TAKE HEED TO THE REVIEWS LEFT FROM PREVIOUS AND CURRENT TENANTS. Whoever the CEO/owner of Revid is, please be aware that the people you have working in office is causing people to turn away from your business.

Experiencia fantástica: Husband and I just signed for an 2yr and can personally say they have Always handled maintenance requests promptly and follow up. Also tenant portal app is convenient. Gus is all business respectfully saying. I can’t remember any associate’s names but when I’ve had to personally speak with someone they were kind and helpful.

Experiencia negativa: If only we had read reviews before we signed our lease. We are not typically people who leave nasty reviews but this is well deserved. Only getting one star because it is the lowest the rating system goes and because the people that they send to fix the issues in the home (when they finally send someone) are too notch and very kind. The crew that works at the main office are extremely rude, patronizing and they tell lies. If I owned this company- I’d pay close attention to Gus and the way he treats customers (pretends he doesn’t hear you speaking on the phone, puts you on hold and never comes back, and cusses) We rented a very nice home in East Memphis for 2700 a month- so this was not some dumpy home. When we called to have issues fixed- their hot water tank burst, the dryer wasn’t ducted outside, there was mold in the bathrooms, the sinks all leaked and were causing significant damage to bathroom vanities, when it rained water came in under the doors, the electric gate never worked, one of the main doors wouldn’t lock…I could go on- it was always a huge deal and took days to get help. Their online request system doesn’t work and their “emergency line” lead to a disconnected line or someone who did not speak English- no, I mean AT ALL! Just truly some of the worst customer service we have ever encountered in our lives!!! Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! Which stinks because when they finally got the home all fixed up we would have stayed! RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!

They made efforts to assist me in finding a suitable place, but nothing was on offer. Once my lease expires, I plan to return to them. Experiencia negativa: I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AND I WOULDN’T ADVISE YOU TO EITHER !!! They’re very rude ! Unprofessional ! The house i got approved for FAILED inspection several of times and they failed to do their part . I waited on his house for 3 months and left with nothing . I paid a $1200 deposit and never received my money back . Them two white girls in the front are very disrespectful ! Hung up in my face numerous of times . Experiencia fantástica: I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but I feel like this deserves one. I’ve rented from Revid going on 3 years now and I honestly can’t say one negative thing in the 3 years I’ve been here. They’re prompt on maintenance calls and they follow up as well. I had gone through a rough patch while renting from Revid and they handled the situation with so much grace and patience. I have an immense amount of gratitude for their willingness to find a solution with me. Definitely 5 stars and that’s a first for me!

Experiencia positiva: It has pluses and minuses. Great part of town if you are social. The billing is a little, random. If anything, it’s getting better. Everyone keeps to themselves and rent (hopefully stays this way) is affordable. Older building but I like it that way. Car break in’s happen but it’s midtown. I like my apartment. Office does reply when contacted.

Experiencia negativa: Was not going to leave a request, but I just received a request and felt it was a sign to. I NEVER leave reviews but I have some time today. I lived in one of their apartments about 1.5- 2 years ago. Very surprised to receive a review request. Where to start. The apartment I signed a lease for (signed before actually seeing it) was not great to say the least. I arrived and 75% of the windows on the bottom floor were boarded up. I initially chose the location due to a decent rate and the presence of community washer/dryer. To my surprise upon arrival, there was a single washer/dryer, both in several pieces around the laundry room. They claimed they were waiting on parts (I lived there for a year and those parts never came). So I spent a portion of every Saturday for the next year at a local laundromat (in Memphis) doing laundry. Trying to get anyone from the office to answer a phone call, email, etc., is pretty much impossible. I put in a maintenance request the day I arrived due to the apartment containing rat poop in various locations, piles of unswept debris, the central air not working (it was July in the south) and an uninstalled ceiling fan. I cleaned up the mess, the ceiling fan was never installed, and it took multiple days for the air to get fixed. Once the ac was fixed, the technician forgot to “turn it back on” prior to leaving, therefore I spent 2 more days without ac until a technician returned to cut the system on. Did I mention they don’t answer the phone? When they finally do decide to pick up, you are met with quite possibly the RUDEST people on the face of the planet. The back entrance to the “lobby” was boarded up for approximately three months(majority of parking is back there) an unable to be used. To top it all off, I put in multiple maintenance request to have my bathroom sink replaced as it was continuously growing black mold. MULTIPLE! I continuously cleaned the sink but the mold would always come back. When I moved out, I cleaned the apartment (minus the sink), fixed any holes in the walls from pictures, and removed all my belongings. I was never late on rent and paid what I owed in full. I expected to see a full return of my deposit back, but they kept it for guess what? To replace the sink….. This company is a joke, ran by unprofessional, incompetent, THIEFS.

Experiencia fantástica: I love my apartment. Upon move in I noticed a few cosmetic issues that I expect to see in a cheaper apartment, no big deal . Stay on them for repairs…if you need to - although my window unit broke and they replaced it in two days: Maintenance people are nice too. and remember, Revid is a good company I hope to stay here and when I move rent from them again. ‍♀️

Experiencia positiva: Update: September 4th 2024 Alright so my year with Revid was not as bad as I expected (based on reviews). They responded quickly to service requests (I used the app because documentation/but also I don’t like calling people anyway). It really wasn’t that bad. I’m just a drop in the bucket of “don’t do its “ but my experience was positive. Except….they didn’t give me my full security deposit back because they charged me to clean the house and carpet. Nowwwwww if you see my review below, I had to clean this house and carpet by myself when I moved in. It was filthy and I definitely let them know that and sent pictures. But I cleaned the house before I left way better than how I got it. The carpets….I vacuumed but ya know I wasn’t about to clean them but also they weren’t that dirty because I don’t wear outside shoes on my carpet soooooo. Anywho. Imma let them have that. Hopefully the next tenant gets a cleaner house than what I got. But besides that it wasn’t a bad experience. Well except the trains but that’s not their fault. It was just the location. Review October 2023 Alright ok so I'm only 2 months in, but it hasn't been a bad experience thus far. Yall reviews had me shooketh BUT they've been responsive to my repair requests. My only issue is that the place was not clean clean when I moved in. Now I'll admit I'm probably more bougie than most when it comes to what's clean/move in ready, so it might've been the "broom swept" mid clean. But I just expect a housekeeper/maintenance person with the property management company to clean the place and repaint. Clean the carpets/replace them. That didn't happen. The baseboards were so gotdang dirty yall. I felt like Cinderella cleaning in there. BUT BESIDES that it's been cool. Also I don't like that you don't get a 10 day grace period to pay your rent because sometimes my paycheck doesn't come in on the 1st exactly to pay on the 1st. So you get charged a late fee if you don't pay on the 1st. That sucks. It hasn't affected me yet BUT WHAT IF? SO at this point just fix that. Or just fix it for me. Give me special treatment

Experiencia negativa: HORRIBLE COMPANY ran by HORRIBLE PEOPLE!..0/10 I don’t recommend this company to any human being, please don’t ever in your life rent from Revid!..These people are money hungry scam artist and will bleed you dry for all your money, Revid has nasty attitudes and very very poor customer service, they refuse to identify themselves over the phone and they will just try to send you to a voicemail to avoid having a conversation. They don’t value you as a tenant, Revid creates fake charges on your account to collect money from you. Revid will basically bully you into saying that you owe them money after a move out inspection via made up charges so you don’t get your security deposit back and so that you have to pay them some additional fees, they will then threaten to send it to collections to further compound the problem they falsely created. They will ruin your credit because they think they can do whatever they want and get away with it. The house I was renting was cheaply made and overpriced, the maintenance department never came and fixed any issues, this was an experience from hell. I don’t know how Revid is still up and operating…Please run for your life, On GOD it’s not worth renting from these low lifers. Heed this warning!

FYI Sir part of your job is customer service and if you don't want to service the customer FIND ANOTHER JOB. Why is he so miserable with his life? I don't care but don't take it out on other people, it's not right. The homes are nice but the leasing agency who contracts these types of people are to be held responsible. Most all renters under REVID have something HORRIBLE to say about GUS. Do us all a favor and QUIT your JOB, you suck at it anyways.

Experiencia negativa: Revid is the worst rental company ever! Rented for 7 yrs, and year after year their customer service and maintenance care for their properties gets exceedingly worse. My central AC went out over the weekend and it’s been 4 days since I put in for the work order on it. You can call to speak with someone regarding your maint req, but they are actually just an outsourced dispatch company and can only attach messages and updates to orders. They have no real contact with anyone at Revid. And if you call the leasing office the moment you utter maintenance they hang up on you. This is how they handle what they have classified as “An Emergency Maintenance” issue. Not a word from a tech. No one has been by or called. No idea when anyone will. It’s the middle of summer yall!!! Just awful! Never sign a lease with them. It’s sad too, bc they actually own some really great properties in and around town. Running them all to hell.

Experiencia negativa: Lived with Revid for 5 years. Constantly unable to talk to a human being regarding anything that required actually helping their tenants. Most questions redirected to a voicemail that produces no updates. Only repair (fallen ceiling) that occurred, the repair technician was too scared to let me know what to expect in terms of repair timeline, or even if my ceiling was secure from rain after the damaged parts were removed. Living room remained unusable for days with no communication. Thankfully they did finish the repair but not with any clarity. Recommend avoiding them if you want any proper communication when issues arise.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid renting from this company if you can. Unfortunately, they took over our lease from another company so we didn’t have a choice. We told them about a slow leak in our shower that was affecting the wood trim. Someone started working on it & then didn’t return to finish the job for a few weeks, so we couldn’t use our shower. Then, when he fixed it, he said it wasn’t really fixed but redirected. So, it was still leaking. We reported it again & it was never fixed. Then, black mold started showing up on the wood trim a few weeks before we moved out. When we moved out, we were hit with fees like $100 to replace a broken toilet seat that just had some loose screws - definitely not broken. We called and tried to get in touch with someone for weeks to dispute the charges. We even visited the office & they assured us that someone would call us back. Never could get a person on the phone. So thankful to be done dealing with them.

Experiencia negativa: I have never been so ready for a lease to end. I leased at 1626 Monroe Ave in June 2023, and I had several bad experiences. When I first moved in, there was black mold all over the bedroom windows and there was a crack in one of the windows. Within one month of my lease, my AC stopped working. I put in a maintenance request, and it took 6 days for them to come out and fix it. My apartment went up to 87 degrees, and it became uninhabitable. I had to call the emergency maintenance line 3 times to get them to finally come out and fix it. There is trash all over the property, and the tenants just throw trash on the ground. For most of my lease, one side of the driveway was undriveable due to corrosion. Tenants could only enter and drive out of one side of the driveway for most of my lease. They finally came to fix the other side of the driveway after about 10 months of me living there. I was so happy when I paid my last month of rent with this property, and I will never lease from this awful property management group again. They should be ashamed with how unkept the property of 1626 Monroe Ave is. It could really be a nice property if someone bought it out, and completely renovated it.

Experiencia negativa: Called office to inform them that something happened when someone came to do a horrible paint job and replace outlet in bathroom with one that would reset. It caused my kitchen and 2 back bedroom outlets not to work. After putting in maintenance requests with no response or since of urgency, I called the office. The man that answered the phone kept cutting me off and saying “Ma’am, Ma’am, Ma’am”, was extremely rude and boisterous, and told me I have the wrong number. When I asked if I needed to come to Revid to discuss the issue, he said I cannot come up to Revid to speak to him about the problem I am experiencing because it’s by appointment only and not open to the public. Then he transferred me to maintenance. Never felt so helpless. I have a heart monitor that has to be plugged up in the room I sleep in and that outlet is one of the ones that are out. It’s hot. There is no central heat or air so I rely on window air conditioning units that have to be plugged up. Just Horrible. But they want that rent though. I will let my credit drop to 0 before giving them another dime until they fix this mess that they themselves created.

Will not answer my calls when I am trying to get an answer even though their general maintenance line never answers & the other maintenance line is outsourced and they aren't equipped to provide an answer. Super slow getting to stuff. Maintenance team will come into unit without warning when you submit a request even though they have an email & phone number option on the request. Overall the team is very rude when I try to inquire about basic things. Will not be renting from Revid again.

Experiencia negativa: I can count on one hand how many times it took me time to make a bad review, but this company deserves a bad review and a legal complaint. Having to deal with these people triggers all the worst feelings you can have plus the feeling of injustice and being robbed. Never in my life have I dealt with such an unprofessional, incompetent, and petulant group. First of all, I only realized that I was going through a nightmare after I moved into the house where I already had signed contract. From the first to the last day that I lived on one of their property, every single month I had problems in the house and with maintenance requests (I’m not even talking about the maintenance crew because is not their fault), but the staff couldn't care less about their customers that are paying for it! About maintenance: Be aware that you have to beg and feel miserable for asking for months to get something fixed, if you are lucky enough, of course. They didn’t fix basic things in the house even worse for leaking, mold, and structural problems. They are tearing up the properties and if you are a property owner and have business with this company, please, be aware they do not take care of the properties. They leave properties unmaintained for months and your property will depreciate in value and they will blame the tenants not their poorly/lack of service. Security deposit: Last and most important they also will find a way to keep your security deposit. After the end of my lease, we did the walk-through, everything was perfect in the house and I had all the pictures/videos of before and after I returned the house to keep everything on legal proceeds in case they requested it. Since they couldn’t claim misuse of the house, they came up with “charges” and took more than half of my security deposit, “creating late fees” that were never on their payment system. If you have a late fee you will be notified, and they will call you insistently, also on your next payment it is supposed to be shown in your next bill, but it NEVER happened as I have prints of it. Of course, they have your money and they will do whatever they want, charge what is convenient for them. They know that people don’t have the time or energy to go through a legal process and also the state of TN has one of the worst tenant laws in the country, so they just keep doing it. Any decent company that has been open for a while has more than two reviews. All these negative reviews have a good reason for being here and on other pages.

Before I paid my money the lady who works at the leasing office assured me that this property was ready to move in. So I paid $900.00, picked up my key and I walked into a nightmare. The front and back doors had been kicked in, The bathroom floor looked like someone poured Ajax all over the bathroom floor. The ceilings are dirty, trash is all in the hallway, Large holes in the wall. I left and went back to the leasing office to speak with management the lady who works at the front door refused to let me in, she sat there in didn't even at knowledge me. I ask for a refund. All I want is my money back. This is false advertising I have a video and picture. Do not rent from this Company, My next stop is action news 5. I won't stop until I get my refund. This don't look nothing like the ad.

We didn’t have the best service but the issue is that the upstairs neighbor flushed the toilet a lot and it started getting moldy. The ceiling broke and semen came flooding into the room where my WiFi box is. They never fixed it. I requested the visit and they never came. Only the guy upstairs did.

Experiencia negativa: The maintenance department is apparently non existent and the leasing office just cuts you off when you try to get help. I have put in multiple requests for my refrigerator without any assistance. A maintenance tech told me to "unplug" my fridge and put my groceries in a cooler. How absurd. I also work in property management, so I am very aware of the laws and how these issues should be handled. I'm unsure why I signed a lease agreement stating I'd have working appliances yet my main appliance isn't working and no one seems to care. The defrost timer is very clearly bad in my fridge; however, they will not replace it. They will mark your maintenance request as "complete" without ever doing a thing to resolve your issue. You'll call the main office just to get cut off or hung up on. Maybe a google review will get a response. Edited to add - I have never had an issue with Gus before when I'm actually able to speak with him. He did my original tour of the property I'm at and he was incredibly kind. I see a few reviews about how rude he is; however, in the past he was always friendly and helpful to me. Yet somehow now when I ask to speak to him or whoever the property manager is, I get cut off or hung up on. The leasing agent is usually very friendly as well, but I assume that's just because I've never had an issue. It's wild to me how little they seem to care.

Experiencia negativa: I’m a service provider. I don’t give bad reviews much, because I know how it is. I know it effects things. But something has to be said. If I could give this company a ZERO STAR I would! Rented from them for two years. They have terrible attitudes, terrible communication, customer service is AWFUL, the list goes on. My hallway flooded completely three times due to the water heater, ruining my carpet, mold growing everywhere. I put in 7 service requests, I believe? over WEEKS before they came out to actually fix the problem. The maintenance man was extremely unprofessional flirting with me over text while in my home. Now I’ve had a rodent in my home and after 14 days of texting back and forth with them and trying to get it solved I call up there extremely frustrated after no answers and they let me know it’s my problem to handle. If I would’ve gotten that answer 2 weeks ago when I first reached out I wouldn’t have a ruined kitchen table, so much wasted food to be thrown away, ruined carpet, ruined door. Yet I’m also made aware all these damages are also mine to handle! If I was a single mother and didn’t have my boyfriend to fix things I would be living in a completely broken home. This is the biggest SLUMLORD rental company in Memphis. Save yourself and DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Experiencia negativa: These people are either wildly incompetent or insanely unprofessional. They authorized a technician to enter my apartment without my permission when my address was incorrectly added to a maintenance ticket. I saw the entire encounter play out on my doorbell camera. The maintenance tech entered my apartment twice when no one was home, and my dog was clearly distressed. After he saw we did not need anything fixed, he left, then entered again even after stating to someone over the phone that nothing needed fixing. I called every Revid phone number available to try and get this man out of my house, but my numerous phone calls, voicemails and emails have gone unanswered. Frankly I would give them zero stars if I could. I’m still waiting for a supervisor to reach out to me to rectify the situation and ensure that this doesn’t happen again moving forward. Truly awful company.

Experiencia negativa: My husband rents from this company. The town home we are in is horrible. We keep putting in maintenance request but no one comes. They got a call from our neighbor when our sink flooded and came to “ ensure that the house was accessible.” After they came and saw all the things that were never fixed they did lower our rent but now that our lease it up, the rent is even higher after not coming back to fix anything including the sink that flooded. When the gentleman came out to check the home, he asked if we were renewing our lease which we said no. He advised he would add them to the notes. My husband advised that we would be leaving again last month and no response. We have been trying to rent from someone else and they refuse to respond to the property manger with our ledger to leave. They ensure to reach out to you when they want their rent but ghost when you need something from them. We have also had an issue with our rent being lost and no one wanted to look for it or check the cameras until we spoke with someone else. Renters BEWARE ! We just want the ledger to move. Would be nice if they responded to the texts or emails being sent!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT RENT FROM REVID. Absolute nightmare of a rental company. Had to call the city inspectors out TWICE to get them to do basic maintenance. Mold growing, floors separating from walls. Rat problems due to unsealed doors and windows. Had to threaten them with court just to break our lease and they wouldnt give our deposit back. EDIT*** we have full documentation that they did not respond to our requests in a timely manner, and we actually got along very well with the maintenance people. GUS PLACENTA, the property manager is an overall terrible person. He tried to tell us “well the house is pretty old” like that is an excuse for the terrible condition! Luckily the city inspectors came out and found a full page worth of illegal and unsafe conditions with the house and made Revid do necessary repairs. What a joke of a business, and what an embarrassment of a response they gave to this review. If i could give them 0 stars I absolutely would.

If you rent there and are moving out just go ahead and leave the place a mess because you wont get your deposit back anyway. Incredibly rude staff especially however the guy that works there, extremely slow maintenance requests and slow response time to anything other than reminding you of up coming rent date. But when you need something good luck getting any response in a timely manner. Blind move ins. Was warned about them by other tenants before I moved in and I didn't listen now I regret it. Had leaky ceiling even though I lived on the bottom floor, and several other problems. The property I rented was cheaper than most places the midtown area for sure but if you can afford someplace other than them I'd highly suggest it. And imagine they treat other tenants the same way at the other properties as well.

Experiencia negativa: This property management company is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had renting. The entire roof caved in on the apartment and they insisted that apartment was still habitable. They also gave me a walk thru time for the move out, and then went in ahead of schedule taking pictures and changed the locks. Took nearly half of my deposit. They charged me $350 for one bag of my clothing that they considered trash. (I have the bag they are referring to.) How I get charged for a bag that they didn’t even have to remove? They also charged me $250 cleaning fee for refrigerator cleared of everything. Probably didn’t wipe it out but that does not merit $250 fine to wipe out a refrigerator. I will be seeking legal DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS!!!!!!! They response faster to reviews on Google than to actual complaints in person. I did not receive a call back. $600 of $1500 deposit is 60% (closer to half than to 75%)

Experiencia negativa: I’ve had the hardest time getting maintenance to respond to work orders during regular hours and after hours. It’s currently 2:18 AM and I’ve been waiting since 11:30 PM for a maintenance technician to come and unlock my door. I’ve called and texted the after hours number and get told they’ll have someone reach out with an eta but it never happens. This is ridiculous and I can’t imagine if I had some kind of burst pipe how long it would take for them to come. It doesn’t make sense to me that I pay my rent as required on my end of the lease agreement but I can’t get maintenance to respond as is their end of the lease agreement.

I am a good tenant. I pay my rent on time and even early. I don’t cause problems. I am quiet and take care of the property. I just need answers and help sometimes. Experiencia negativa: First Rate SCAM artists! They saw I was interested in applying for a rental house in the suburbs so they reached out and pushed me to apply. Then I apply and never hear back from them. I go online two days later and see the house isn't for rent anymore. So that's 40 bucks and 45 minutes wasted. If only this app would allow half a star.

Experiencia negativa: Paid application fees, signed holding contract and paid $ 400 security deposit, two weeks later get email my account has been deleted, no call. I called to find out why account deleted, and told current resident has decided to stay. They refunded my $400 with handwritten check on bank that no longer exist, and 2 weeks later list property for sale. Very dubious slippery operation. My app fees should have been refunded too, but they just stole that money.

Run down, water leaks, damages and horrible neighbors during our lease tenure. Wouldn't recommend you letting your dog live in one of their properties. No seriously. They don't fix anything. Experiencia negativa: They want you to fill out a complete application and process your paperwork for move in and never see the property before hand. Don't bother. They just want your NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE. And all of this just to view the property. Per response to my review. They want you give ALL your info just for a viewing. ALL your info for a viewing. I just wanted to see the house and they needed every bit of who I am and who will be living with you for a viewing. I couldn't see the first too decide if I want the house without giving up all my info just to see a house I might not want. Make it make sense. REVID are the @$$holes of property management.
