Experiencia fantástica: All our kids and relatives and their friends had Dan for their realtor, that says something… at least it did to us. We have moved only once, it was a first time selling the house and buying the house as older adults vs 20 something year olds. What I’m trying to say is that it was a time of uncertainty, especially in this crazy market. Dan had literally held my hand and very gently pointing us in a right direction. He knew what we wanted and needed and when we got too excited but it was not the house for us and we just were not able to see it clearly, he gently reminded us. With these multiple offers stuff it’s really hard to know what to offer or not but Dan knew! I know that he does market analyses but I still don’t get why he suggested to offer what he did over instead of much larger amount and it worked!!!! Then we had to sell our house and it was nerve racking because market started to cool off a little. Dan came through again. I don’t know if they have a “Secret Realtor society” or what but somehow it all worked out for our favor. Dan had ALWAYS had out interested first and we really appreciated it. We trusted him 100%

Experiencia fantástica: We loved working with Susan Bonne. We were in search of our first house during the crazy market of Covid. Ended up making a few offers but didn't get accepted. Feeling discouraged at our budget and current market, we decided to take a break. Susan was very understanding and didn't pressure us further or anything. She allowed us to stay in her MLS listing until we were ready to buy. We kept an eye on the listing for 2 whole years. When we were finally ready and contacted her it's as if no time has passed. She remembered us and knew exactly what we were looking for to give good recommendations. She made it feel like we weren't working with an employee trying to get commission but rather a friend giving good advice.

Ours was a lengthy process due to our home in ND sitting through a tough market in the fall and winter, yet Steve made us feel supported through a big move with some bumps in the road. He worked collaboratively with the realtor selling our first home, the seller’s agent, and with our lender. When the day came to close on our new home, everything went smoothly. Experiencia fantástica: Realtor Susan Bonne was wonderful. She was endlessly patient while we searched for the "right" house -- guiding us from one property to another across the Twin Cities. In addition to houses that she thought would fit, she honored my requests to see houses that I found on-line. She made tactful comments and listened carefully to our feedback about the homes we visited. When we found the house we decided to buy, she accompanied us through the process. We then asked her to assist with selling our home of 41 years. Once again, Susan patiently and tactfully advised us about how to stage the home for showing, deciding on an asking price, contacting the title company, and assisting throughout the sale process. They also produced a booklet of photos and descriptions of our house, hiring a professional photographer. We now have a keepsake of our formal home. Moving is never easy, but Susan Bonne and Vibe Realty made it worry-free. Definitely recommend! I should also mention that we asked Susan Bonne to work with us because we were impressed with the careful work she'd done with our adult daughter and then again with our son. Both found homes that fit their needs and their budgets and they continue to enjoy them.

Kyle came to me on a recommendation from a friend, and there is nothing I hold in higher regard when searching for a service than a personal referral. I knew I was going to be in good hands from the start. Kyle was quick to respond to questions I had, knowledgeable about the area I was looking in, and was filled with great ideas for how to utilize the spaces we looked at together. In addition to that, he was flexible and prompt in scheduling showings. I really appreciated how he worked to keep my lender "in the loop" throughout the process. Financing is the most stressful part of buying a home, and while my lender handled most of my anxieties there, I really appreciated his thoughtfulness to communicate with them directly (I was on copy!). We met Dan Schneider and Paul Sewald at our neighbor's open house. She told us to stop by just to meet them because she thought they were wonderful. She was so right. A few months later we needed to sell and buy and the only real estate contact we made was a call to Dan. We immediately found a place and had a very short close which was handled with calm, professional care, and so much kindness. I was under a lot of stress at the time, and they both handled me with so much grace. Not sure if you all know this, but buying a house is pretty is a big deal and emotions can run high. My wife and I entered into a fairly competitive situation on a house that we really wanted. With Steve's help, we were able to talk through a plan and make a sound offer without breaking the bank. He helped manage our expectations and even protected us from ourselves as we wrote the offer. Experiencia fantástica: I would love to give a HUGE shout out to Steve Anderson at VIBE Realty What are the odds of a giant baseball sized hail storm rolling into your neighborhood 6 days before closing on the sale of your house?? I’d say very rare and completely unlucky (this was the largest hail reported in Monticello history at 3.5”, the last largest was 2” in 2005, so that’s how rare and unlucky I am ) Steve was amazing walking me through the whole process of selling my house from start to finish! He set me up with the best companies and photographer to capture my homes true beauty.. which worked out well because I was able to receive multiple offers opening weekend and I am so thankful for his guidance to help me make the most of it. Not to mention him working extra hard at the very last minute due to the rarity of our situation Steve kept me up to date at all times on what was going on and even with a few bumps (or should I say many many roof and siding dents) along the way we were able to keep the closing to stay on time and as of this morning, I have officially sold my starter home!!
