Experiencia negativa: If I could rate them a 0 star I would! Absolutely terrible “company”, terrible communication. These people intentionally disregard all voicemails, emails, phone calls and maintenance requests! Beware , go with any other property company if you want to be respected and treated as a human. Two full months of waiting for a response about fixing our units drier! We moved in and there was black mold in the closets and bathrooms and they charged me to come fix it! Charged me for a dehumidifier and for every month we had it. Left over 20 voicemails and emails and never got a hold of a “employee”. If you are even considering this company heavily reconsider unless you like , no assistance, no maintenance, no management and a mold infested home.

Experiencia negativa: Me and my wife have been at the willow lake apartments managed by pure property. Since day one we have had issues. Between there being things broken, shower wall breaking and being not attached properly, draining issues, paint being in the drain when we moved in, then backlog of nasty water. Can never get ahold of anyone, no manager on site, there's a maintenance guy but seems he's rarely around. Now we have no water and didn't have any notice. Our water is included in rent so its definitely not due to non payment. We've been calling and can't get through to maintenance or the property management. So we are just without water with no idea why, or how long. My wife put in a maintenance request hopefully we hear something soon. But it took days without our issue with water being dealt with last time and then when it was scheduled for maintenancethe guy was hours late and my husband had to miss a day because i had appointments and couldnt wait at home. I don't recommend willow lake apartments or pure property management.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had a pleasant experience with Leasing Specialist, Rosette "Seth" Esguerra during the application process. Seth was professional, efficient, ethical and considerate regarding my circumstances taking initiative being solution oriented.

Experiencia negativa: I have called the emergency maintenance line three times now over the course of over 48 hours and still have not been helped. Water is back- flowing up through my kitchen sink drain and bathroom drain along with about 4 inches of water in the dishwasher. I called the emergency line Friday at 6pm and received a called from the property management two hours later asking if I put a bucket under the sink. Since that conversation, I have been completely left hanging with no communication and no help. I’ve called the emergency line back twice and still haven’t heard back from management. Disgusting brown water is now flowing out of my bathroom sink all over the bathroom counter and onto the floor. It’s now 8pm on Sunday and my last call to the emergency line was over an hour ago and I still haven’t heard from anyone. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live in a property managed by this company unless you plan on never having an after hours maintenance emergency.

Experiencia fantástica: Both Seth and Vel have been extremely helpful in setting up viewings and quickly processing my application. All the team members I've worked with have been very responsive and great aides in setting up the rental and any areas of confusion I've had along the way.

Experiencia negativa: I moved into my place at the beginning of July. From the beginning, the “team” of individuals assigned to my area sent one single email and followed up with “we are having a competition at the office and if you could leave a review with my name that would be great”. That was from Sean and Liz, who now have only become responsive because Christopher is out of office. Christopher is the one on my “team” assigned to me that is extremely responsive. *the following really could have a lot to do with the actual owner of the property* but! Maintenance is so so so so slow. For some reason the best way to reach anyone is via email. On the phone, I have spoken to Joel many times and our conversations go in circles and I have actually hung up before. I feel like a Karen but wowee this is NOT the place. I will definitely only be living in this property for this lease and will be moving after. They are very hands off and laid back, but that comes with its cons. I have attached photos from when I recently requested that they clean the outside of my unit. I requested this due to there being scrapes and black hand prints on the siding upon moving in. Whoever performed the maintenance 1) chose the wrong color and 2) didn’t even … finish? I will definitely be going back to individual landlords instead of a “management” company after this. Listen - I know this is “just their jobs” but I work “just my job” to help make my house a home and would appreciate if PURE would make that a more enjoyable experience. I obviously want to see this change and they obviously have done the bare minimum to make my move possible. But that’s really it

Experiencia negativa: PURE PROPERTY was managing my home here in Troutdale, and when the tenant moved out, the tenant left me with a water bill and PURE PROPERTY did not ensure that that water bill was paid prior to giving back the tenant their security and cleaning deposit so I got stuck with $151.30 bill. I have tried many times to get in contact with Amy leaving several messages asking to have a meeting with her to discuss how this can be resolved since they were the ones that should’ve done the due diligence to insure that this bill was paid before they returned the tenants money to them. I cannot get an appointment and Nobody respond to my messages, etc. etc. so if you’re using this company and you have a tenant moving out ensure that the water bill is paid prior to them giving back the tenant their security / cleaning deposit or you will be stuck with that bill And nobody will be responding back to you from PURE properties

Experiencia negativa: Lived at the unit on S meade street. They charged almost my entire deposit for items that I ended up fixing for these idiots. Was charged for the broken ring doorbelll that’s still in the drawer from when I moved in. Also charged for tac holes I NEVER MADE. I knew a week in I’d be moving out due to the bonfires and homeless outside my house shitting in my packages and we pay over $2k a month. What a joke.

Ive rented with them in the past and when I had a terrible leak in my ceiling they got it swifty taken care of and upon my request gave me carpet instead of the hard wood floor that was there previously for the sake of my comfort. And now, a few years later I reached out to them in a time of desperate need to get new housing secured, and they not only provided me with a swift approval, but they also provided me great sympathy, care, and showed me kindness during this time that I very much need it. They uphold their mission to providing quality services, as they could have easily turned me down like other property management companies did and who took no time to hear me out or understand my circumstances. But not with PURE, they are truly a great company who cares about the wellbeing of their tenants! I would like to explicitly thank Christine who was prompt in her responses and prioritized helping me complete all the necessary items on my rental application so we could expedite the move in process quickly. She walked me through everything I needed to do and answered all my questions, and even continued to check in when something was needing fixed to ensure my application was completed as promptly as possible. She showed me compassion and kindness even when I got a little flustered with some of it, she continued to provide empathy and assured me things would be okay. I would also like to thank the property manager Chris who worked with me during the leaky ceiling fiasco and showed me kindess, urgency of getting things fixed, and provided me accomodations to ensure i was comfortable while unable to stay in the unit. Now once again, in a time of desperate need, he not only answered my call for help, but he showed me great compassion and understanding for my circumstances and went to extra mile to aid me in securing a new home, but he did so with a true desire to ensure I had a path out of my current circumstances and into a home that I can be safe in again.
