We applied for a rental property and had significant difficulty reaching anyone for updates. Calls and emails went unanswered, and it took considerable effort just to schedule a viewing. Eventually, we were informed we were second in line for the home. A few days later, we were told the first applicant had withdrawn, and our application was being processed. Haley mentioned the process would take 3–5 days. Assuming she meant business days, I followed up after five days with no response via email or text. I called the office multiple times—each time being told she was either out or unavailable, and that no one else could assist. On the third attempt, I was told she was in the office, yet still received no response until I sent a message to the main company email. Only then did she reply via text, saying she had spoken with the background check team and that a denial was likely. This came as a surprise, considering I have never been denied housing, have strong rental history, and maintain a good relationship with current landlords—none of whom had even been contacted. It felt as though the company was simply going to keep my application fee without conducting a proper review. Fortunately, I did receive a refund, but the experience was unacceptable. I’m sharing this to make others aware of what I view as unprofessional and questionable business practices. Based on this experience, I would not trust this company to manage any property—especially considering the home in question has remained vacant since at least June 1, 2025, resulting in unnecessary lost revenue for the property owner. Also when looking at all there 5 star reviews I was unable to see any of their other reviews. Makes me think they are fake. Just my two cents. .
