Experiencia fantástica: Habiendo tratado con muchos agentes inmobiliarios a lo largo de los años, puedo decir sinceramente que Michelle en My Costa Blanca Home es de lejos la mejor. Nada es demasiado complicado, y Michelle realmente hace lo mejor por sus clientes, superando con creces lo que se esperaría de ella. Un servicio fantástico.

Experiencia positiva: Después de 6 meses buscando casa con Michelle y Leon, quienes fueron muy útiles y pacientes, finalmente conseguimos nuestra casa. La única pega es que los 5 electrodomésticos no fueron dejados como prometieron, así que aviso a cualquiera que esté comprando: hagan un inventario, ya que no se ofrece compensación.

Experiencia fantástica: Excelente servicio, muy buen agente, escuchó nuestros deseos y gracias a ella encontramos nuestra finca. Siempre somos bienvenidos en la oficina. En una palabra 'Topservice'.

Experiencia negativa: Se nos pidió que elimináramos nuestra opinión negativa (no recibíamos como se prometió los bienes disponibles según nuestros criterios), lo que hicimos. Después de intercambios de correos electrónicos, nada ha cambiado. Agencia que no se debe recomendar en absoluto.

Habiendo vendido una serie de propiedades en el Reino Unido a lo largo de los años, nunca me he sentido motivado a escribir una reseña para las agencias inmobiliarias en cuestión (la mayoría han sido bastante inútiles). Michelle en MCBH ciertamente rompió el molde. Realizar una transacción de un bien inmueble a 1,000 millas de distancia no era algo que esperáramos con ansias, pero gracias a los consejos, orientación y apoyo totalmente profesionales que recibimos, fue notablemente indoloro. Realmente no puedo recomendar a Michelle y MCBH lo suficiente, ¡y desearía poder darles 6 estrellas! Un enorme agradecimiento.

We had a few false starts with other agents/properties, as we were nervous about buying in a semi-rural area - and couldn't make up our minds. But at all times Michelle was thoroughly professional, helpful and responsive. She and Leon have been an invaluable source of information and help about the local area, and could not have done more for us.
