Experiencia negativa: He estado tratando de contactarlos respecto a un problema que tuve con el dueño de la propiedad que alquilé, ahora he dejado la propiedad por problemas de salud, se niegan a contestar el teléfono y los mensajes que he enviado en numerosas ocasiones, todavía tengo problemas con esta propiedad aunque me fui hace meses. No te acerques a ellos.

Experiencia negativa: The greatest bandits ever. An appointment to rent long term and the property was for sale so they could possibly buy. Want to make a contract that I have to buy at € 299,000.00 less 3 months rent. The day the contract is concluded, the rent increases by € 50, must provide a 2-month guarantee and the broker must pay commission! Please note that they also present themselves under the name of a Barcelona broker Don casa Inmo. I contacted my lawyer and immediately told me not to cooperate with them because I would have been scammed otherwise !!! Everyone watch out with this company !!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very helpful family run business. If you want to rent or buy property in Alienate area you will not be disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: Verkade bra men inte när det gäller.. Hyr man från dem kan man inte ens bli padron för kontrakten är felaktiga. Kan inte ens få zip kort fast man har företag för att lägenhetskontraktet bedöms som temporärt men är ett långtidskontrakt.... De på townhall skakar på huvudet och säger nej det är semesterkontrakt.. Men det roliga här är att de vägrar ändra i kontraktet och är ju egentligen olagligt att bo mer än 3 månader på semester i Spanien. Men som sagt... Med kontraktet nu går det inte att bli padron så.... Och lägenheten är under all kritik.. Kontraktet säger att lägenheten lämnas över i gott beboeligt skick men vi fick bo på hotell 2 nätter och köpa skur medel för flera hundra och sanera...

Experiencia negativa: Dom var bra i början och allt lät så bra men så fort det gällde deras ansvar så höll dom inte och dom skriver till och med ut olagliga kontrakt,dom så kallade long term,Dom skriver på 11 månader temporärt/ holliday hyres kontrakt men enligt lag får du inte vara i Spanien på semester mer än 3 månader och holliday homes kontrakt är upprättat så att du kan inte söka och bli residensia eller ens padron så tänk noga innan ni hyr från dessa icke spanska agencys, gå till en spansk agentur och kolla upp för dom vet hur det funkar här och ta med en tolk som då kan lagen och reglerna för då blir allt lagligt men inte med många brittiska agenturer,och jag pratar från erfarenhet från just denna och en annan brittisk agentur.
