Negative experience: Would give zero stars if I could. Only have had to reach out about 2 issues and took over a week to get a reply. Having to drive to their offices just to talk to someone.

Negative experience: I was sent a notice about pressure washing my house and the picture that was included was not even my house. It’s the next doors house. So I’ve been trying to email, call and leave messages and of course no reply from Luke. I even included a picture of my house along with the picture of the next door neighbors house. I have tried to email Luke previously before about an issue and never received any replied via email or phone call. Now they are quick to send a notice or statement but can’t respond to emails or voicemails.

You would have received your monthly homeowner's account statement, as always(sent monthly). This statement reflects your account with your association, as IMCC is a third-party management company contracted by your association's elected directors to assist them in managing the association. We work at their direction and on their behalf.
For any future concerns or issues, you can always reach us via email (directly to managers or [email protected]), through your owner's portal, by phone (directly to managers or the front office at 843-297-8590), or by visiting our office during walk-in hours, as appointments are not required.

Fantastic experience: I met with Brian on some issues regarding our HOA and some rather petty issues that a small-minded neighbor with too much time on their hands and, apparently, too much coffee and too little of other needed meds... LOL haha. I'll stop there. No, but seriously, he was great at gentle conflict resolution!! He should have been a diplomat.
Negative experience: IMC is horrible. Have maintenance requests open since April, including a roof leak. Not sure why it’s so hard to even to respond to emails. Ridiculous.
Fantastic experience: I am terrible navigating anything on the computer and must have called and emailed Staci Chronister a thousand times. She was so kind, patient and helpful and walked me through what I needed to do. She went above and beyond what was needed and I’m so appreciative to her. I’m so glad she is part of the team

Fantastic experience: I had many questions about a roofing project in my neighborhood managed by imc. Called and talked to Staci Chronister, she was efficient, cheerful and very helpful, mainly because she is like that but also because I was respectful and cheerful. Most people will react the same way they are treated and almost all will be nice, even if they disagree with what you are saying, if you are treat them with civility and patience. She did a fine job of answering my questions and I hope if I have any more issues in the future, she will be the one I deal with.

Fantastic experience: So far I've only lived in one of IMC's HOAs for one month, but thus far, it has been one of the best HOAs I've lived in. My community manager, Tyler H. and his team with Holly W. have been more than kind - not to mention responsive! We've unfortunately run into a series of new home difficulties, but they've helped ease the moving process so much. I look forward to working with them in the future!

Fantastic experience: We recently got a new property manager, Dillon, and he has been incredibly helpful and understanding. He helped clearing our confusions about the rules of the community and take care of unprovoked violations. I have heard horror stories about HOA and management companies, but Dillon makes sure that those are just far distant stories while we enjoy our community as a home owner.
Negative experience: Morally bankrupt company, should be closed for questionable business practices and unprofessionalism.
Fantastic experience: We LOVE IMC Charleston - after years of being mis-managed they are doing a wonderful job with our properties. We love Staci and her knowledge!!
Positive experience: This HOA Property Management Co. [IMC] contractal agreement has had problems in the past. However, the new associate with IMC Dillon seems to have a better concern for the property. It's concerning that the up coming HOA meeting for the property owners is for as so sated the year 2024 public meeting by IMC as there was no meeting publicized 2024 as is a requirement of the By-laws/Covenants. Interesting to say the least. Dillon has my upmost respect in addressing this concern. As the Former President of the HOA For which I resigned from due to the fact that IMC stated they would pull out of the contract for issues. I addressed that where not contractaly being meet. I look forward to avoid continuing relationship with IMC.

IMC Charleston is not a homeowners association. IMCC is a third party management company contracted to work with your elected directors that manage the community. We work with at their discretion and on their behalf. IMCC does not take any actions without the approval and direction of the associations board of directors to do so. Your review does not seem to pertain to IMCC and is directed at the HOA you bought into.
Fantastic experience: Recently, our HOA transitioned to IMC, and compared to our previous management company, the process has been incredibly smooth. We were assigned Dillon as our Community Manager, and he has been a breath of fresh air on a spring day. He is knowledgeable, professional, and provides outstanding customer service. Dillon has been responsive, helpful, and made setting everything up a seamless experience. We have truly been enjoying our switch to IMC!

Fantastic experience: Dillon is great! He will answer your emails and phone calls and is always a great help when sorting out things that come up when being part of an HOA. He is also very kind while doing it. At other proper management companies they would never answer my phone calls or get back to me when I left a voice mail.
Fantastic experience: John Wong has been our primary manager at Liberty Hall Plantation for a number of years and is without a doubt the best we’ve ever had. I can say this because I’ve been a member of the Board of Directors for our HOA since before IMC became our management company!

Fantastic experience: As the president of the Greystone Homeowners Association, our prior IMC property manager was not responsive to our community's needs. After conversations with Tyler, the general manager, we were assigned Dillon Furtick. Within a 6-week period, Dillon has been able to get us organized and quickly completing a rather lengthy "to do" list. He exhibits a high level of motivation, clear communication style and true commitment to outstanding customer service. On behalf of the board, I would like to commend IMC for this new hire. Dillon exemplifies a true property manager professional.

Fantastic experience: Our large community has been managed by IMC for 9 years and we have watched them grow professionally and in size. Our current community manager, John Wong, and his assistant Tanya are exceptional partners with our Board of Directors. We have completed dozens of improvement projects and community events with IMC assistance. Our property is well maintained and our neighbors treated fair and equally, but held to a standard. The office staff is always welcoming and helpful when I call or go to the office. I couldn’t imagine better service.

Good Afternoon Erin, you do not seem be a current owner showing in our system. That being said an associations elected Board of Directors create and set the assessment's not the management company. Your communities governing documents dictate how past due accounts are to be handled and again not the decision of IMC Charleston.

Fantastic experience: We have been a self-managed HOA and are in the process of moving that responsibly to IMC Charleston effective January 1st. Currently IMC handles just our financial services with LaTonya, Olaitan and T’Asia being our main point of contact. They have been terrific handling all our requests quickly and efficiently. By adding other services, Tawana has helped immensely with the transition. She has been our main point of contact and has been so knowledgeable answering our questions and routing all necessary information to us. Fantastic experience: Denise Infingrer is the best on site manager we have ever had here at Mariner's Cay. We are lucky to have her.
Negative experience: people that manage the hoa in the gardens. Of the bridges of summerville are completely unprofessional. They will tack on fees, not return email or calls. Harasse, you about every little thing. They do not send out paper statements like they say they do and then get their lawyer to suck money out of you. They have ran people out of the neighborhood because of these issues.
Negative experience: I haven't had many times I have needed to interact with the HOA, but every one of them has been a hassle. They do not return calls or emails in a timely manner, if they respond at all. They are completely unwilling to compromise or work with you if you have extenuating circumstances and need an exception to policy. I will not be recommending any development run by them to any of my friends or family.
