Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin?! Cammy Dennis is simply a joy to work with and full of local knowledge. As an out of town and first-time home buyer, Cammy really worked with me through all of my many questions. I had a lot of decisions to make... home vs. condo vs. townhome AND needed to decide on a neighborhood in the Charleston area. She made what would have normally been a stressful process and lots of decision making so fun. I came down for a marathon home-viewing weekend where we looked at 16 properties in a day and a half(!) and we found the perfect fit. Fantastic experience: Giovanna Richards was our fantastic agent. Took excellent care of us and communicated frequently as we were doing the purchase remotely. She quickly adapted and took the time to learn what we wanted - then scoured the area to find it. Even when we changed our mind, she quickly figured it out and showed us what we needed. Great advice during offers/negotiations and linked us up to great people to support from painters to house inspectors to....... Can't say enough good about her as she was great. Even when she was out of town - we had Marjori Corbin as the 'back-up'. She was fantastic also - we did not skip a beat.
