Fantastic experience: Talia was my realtor. She was great! Talia went above beyond what I would expect from a realtor. I was buying a property in Charleston from out of state and she listened carefully to what I was looking for. On my first visit we toured six properties, and Talia conducted virtual tours of three more. Long story short, I ended up buying the very first property we toured! We also had some interesting negotiations with the seller, which she navigated with professionalism.

Fantastic experience: We were so fortunate to have connected with Talia Shepard when we made a quick decision to consider Goose Creek and the surrounding area for a 1031 tax exchange purchase. The timing was challenging- over the Christmas holidays- but Talia consistently showed her positive and friendly attitude in meeting and anticipating all our needs. I’m a broker from Michigan, so perhaps knew what questions to ask, but we were totally unfamiliar with the area and leaned on Talia hard for so many related referrals. She came through with flying colors: professional, competent and super helpful! It’s obvious that Talia is in a field she both enjoys and is well suited for. Even after the closing, where she facilitated a remote signing, she continues to help with “on the ground” details. You could not find a better agent to guide you through an important purchase or sale.

Fantastic experience: So happy to have found Derek Banks in our search for a new home in Simpsonville, SC. He was very professional in every aspect. Nancy and I have come across many individuals, who do work for a living. Very few seem to like their jobs, but Dereck is one of those individuals that not only does he like what he does, but is also a carrying person. We started with a different realtor who up to today, still have never heard from him. Came to find out, we didn’t have enough money for the houses he wants to sell. Then sent one of his co-workers and they took us to some trash looking places. Dereck does not judge people, especially how much you can afford. He found exactly what we were looking for, plus more. If you get Dereck and his agency, you will not regret it. We were out looking on our own, when we came upon Derek. Meeting him and having him as our realtor was a true blessing from God.

Fantastic experience: I decided to move to Summerville, SC from NJ. I started working with RaQuan before I left NJ. When I arrived in SC I called him to see if he could show me a home I was interested in. I saw it the next day and loved it. Fortunately, my NJ home went under contract in 3 days. After seeing the home in SC I headed back to NJ. RaQuan took care of everything for me with the SC home purchase. He went to the termite and home inspection and took care of everything. He went above and beyond for me. Every time I called or texted him he responded back immediately and took care of my concerns just as quickly. He is very polite and knowledgeable. I had some pretty crazy requests and he still addressed them for me and got me the answers that I wanted.The next time I went back to SC was for the walk through for my purchased home in SC. We had a different agent that was trying to rush us into houses we didn’t want and lost us a deal because he wouldn’t keep us updated on anything. Brian was the COMPLETE opposite. He hunted down houses that were exactly what we wanted and was not pushy at all. He wasn’t acting like he didn’t care to sell a house quick, he truly believes that if he finds us the perfect one, we will continue to come back to him. The first time we met with him, he said “I think we should go tour a different house, this house will have issues with the foundation, they’re planning to build a roundabout here in a couple years and you won’t get a good ROI in this neighborhood.” My brother and I knew instantly we found the right person that cared about us instead of trying to make a commission. He fought tooth and nail to get a new roof covered and a large amount of closing costs. I will buy more properties in the near future and will always use him!!! Thank you Brian!
