Fantastic experience: On a Sunday my toilet burst and I had to call the 24 hour emergency number. They hooked me up with the on-call guy and told me they were sending out Jimmy. He was there within an hour and fixed my leak around the toilet. I highly recommend Beverly Hills apartments.

Negative experience: Maintenance guys drive however they want. On January 5, 2026 one of the drivers was out driving down the street in the midst of me getting out of a car and trying to get my child out of the car instead of pulling over to the side to let my child and myself to clear the side of the street for him to continue to drive safely he decided to push through and give me your face as what’s the problem. If this is how maintenance people drive company vehicles this is definitely not away for me to want to rent. .

Positive experience: I know others haven't always had the best experience, and I can't speak on renting an apartment from them because I haven't done it, but I have had a great experience renting my house for a few years now. There were times maintenance was a bit slow, but the office has always been very flexible, understanding, and communicative. I don't want to invalidate anyone else's experience, but this has genuinely been one of my best renting experiences of my adult life. Times are hard for everyone right now, including the staff. Grace goes a long way!

Negative experience: DO NOT APPLY with them , they will take try to take out your deposit without you knowing . I paid my application fee and later they tried to take $600 deposit from my account using the card I paid the application fee with. I had someone email 3 times in one day pressuring me to sign the lease . I took a look at the lease and it had fees that weren’t disclosed , they will find anyway to trap you and steal your money . When I called to I was treated very poorly and the PM Greg was even laughing when I told him I needed my money back . I am a mother of two kids I can’t afford to lose $600 . Money hungry companies like this are so disgusting . DO BETTER !

Negative experience: I’m probably about to move out So I don’t care, but we have been here about two years When we first moved in, we were told that it was cleaned new carpet, etc but we were unable to look at the place before signing the lease The apartments are in a very nice neighborhood but for it being in a nice neighborhood It has had Downfalls since moving in Something I’m constantly fixing myself or requesting maintenance or pest control and we are very clean people but we have had these problems since the day we stepped foot in this apartment and they are charging anywhere from $890-$1000 for apartments in this building that isn’t worth it. We first got here and the carpets looked like it had bleach stains in four different spots Dead bugs in the bathroom Cracks from windowsill down to the middle of the wall in the living room, Accent walls look like they are painted over cracks and small holes, Trim in closets With nails sticking out of it, not even really attached to the wall Especially in the bathroom closet, trim under cupboards including the boards to the cupboards underneath were constantly falling off, floor in the kitchen was either sinking in or bumping up in some areas Turns out it’s because there was a lot of water damage from this apartment previously with things that were just covered up and we were unaware of that so any water mess by us was causing more water damage and the apartment below us That was just covered up by the tile. after six months or so Of asking for it to be fixed, finally had a flooring company come in here replaced the tile and it’s actually properly sealed up to the cupboards and into the closet and the only problem I have had bug wise would be earwigs because there’s improper sealing improper insulation and cracks,(and the water damage) that we have had to put caulk over. They also say that they do Inspections every certain amount of time, but I’ve only had two inspections and one of them was very short noticed The only thing they came in here to do is make sure alarms water heater and filter was all good. When calling for a maintenance request or to make a payment plan for rent or any question at all I would say, all but one worker Through Century Always had an attitude problem Or was super fake smug looks on their face etc Some of their maintenance team/ their pest control people are very careless with your items when coming in and One time I allowed them to come in when I wasn’t home Someone used my toilet and left the toilet seats up That’s some weird shit

Negative experience: Apartment was infested with cockroaches upon move in. Landlord at first acted quickly to get the exterminator out to spray the premises, but did not listen to me weeks afterwards when I let them know that it needed to be treated again because the problem wasn't solved. Was told just to give it time and was instructed to personally call the exterminator with any questions I had. I am extremely disappointed in this company's disregard for the situation that I had to live in on their premises. By allowing me to move my personal belongings into a unit that had an ongoing infestation, with signs such as cockroach droppings in cupboards and clear activity at night, I now must inspect every single thing I brought into the unit before I move it out again for the sake of not bringing the pests along. The entire time I stayed at this apartment I could not even bring myself to eat inside of it, instead having to eat meals in my car, for fear of bringing crumbs inside. The mental anguish, combined with the time and my own personal money spent on pest control products, are cost enough; that doesn't even include the rent I have to pay for a unit that is unlivable. Save time, energy, and money, and STAY AWAY from Century. Editing my review to reflect further disappointment with how unresponsive this company is. Trying to speak to anyone who is not an operator feels closer to pulling teeth than it does to making a simple phone call.

Fantastic experience: Strong review here — i’ve lived in apartments for almost a decade now and Century has had the fastest response to any maintenance requests i’ve put in. Even the “low” priority ones get responded to in about 48 hours at the latest. I had a smoke detector issue in my apartment, put in a request, and Justin showed up within 24 hours to fix the problem. He was great, knocked every time before coming in (he had to run outside to get a new smoke detector), and made sure that the incessant beeping stopped before leaving. Fantastic service from him.

Negative experience: Smug incompetence, arrogant dismissiveneas, egregiously poor communication (including property managers and other departments NEVER answering a phone call, as EVERY call transferred from the front desk goes to voice mail) resulting in extremely slow response time to tenants' needs, complete lack of preventative & proactive measures with respect to the maintenance & upkeep of properties. As to Maintenance, that is the only saving grace with respect to Century. The Maintenance team is usually responsive in a quick manner, and they are to be commended. Quite often the repairs needed are above their heads and require issue-specific professionals. More often than not, a band-aid temporary 'fix' leads to further complications until Century finally gets around to summoning a professional company to actually resolve the problems, typically at the 11th hour. This is no fault of the good people on the Maintenance team, and remains a Century management issue. If only it were possible to leave a 'zero' rating.

Fantastic experience: Darren from maintenance went above and beyond! I contacted them about a suspected water heater leak, and Darren was there the very next day. I wasn't home for the repair, but I'd left a towel to absorb any potential water. When I returned, I found a helpful note explaining that it was just a quick fix for a clogged line. Even more impressive, Darren had taken the towel I'd left on the floor and thoughtfully hung it up in my bathroom. Negative experience: Our experience with Century Sales & Management has been frustrating from the start and ended in a complete breakdown of communication and accountability. Throughout our tenancy, we encountered ongoing problems: • Inspections labeled “Annual” were conducted every few months, often with vague notices providing less than 24 hours’ notice • We were wrongly charged for lawn care, despite the lease not clearly assigning that responsibility and were only refunded after disputing it and pointing out their listing. • There was a serious delay replacing damaged patio stairs, creating a safety hazard that should have been a priority before we even moved in. • The company repeatedly charged us for renters insurance we already had, and it took constant effort on our end to have it removed. • When it came time to renew, we were told we needed to give 53 days’ notice, even though the lease only required 30. A misleading tactic that felt like an attempt to trap tenants But the final straw was how our security deposit was mishandled after we moved out in May. We were charged for general cleaning, carpet cleaning, and even items like drip pans and a cracked refrigerator door all without documentation or proof of damage. For context: the fridge crack existed at move-in, and the drip pans needed replaced, which we did ourselves (approx. $10). We didn’t report these issues at the time because we didn’t want to nitpick. Yet they used them against us. We followed their move-out checklist and thoroughly cleaned the unit. Nebraska law only allows cleaning deductions if a unit is left in an excessively dirty condition, which was not the case. Still, they failed to provide any invoices, receipts, or photos to justify the charges. All of which are legally required. The manager, Brian, even told us they aren’t required to provide anything more than a generic letter that says “Cleaning (Damage).” This isn’t just dismissive, it blatantly disregards Nebraska law, which mandates a detailed, itemized statement for any deductions from a security deposit. All we asked for was transparency and accuracy. After weeks of vague, inconsistent communication, errors on our move-out statement, and being completely ignored, we filed formal complaints with the BBB and the Nebraska Attorney General. Only after those complaints were submitted and the full email chain was forwarded to the company’s CEO did they suddenly change course, stating they will issue what they framed as a “courtesy” refund of the full deposit. This company has shown a consistent pattern of poor communication, legal missteps, and disregard for tenant rights. We would not rent from them again and strongly advise others to stay away. Update (as of July 7, 2025): The company has publicly responded to this review, implying they’ve made things right, but interestingly, they prioritized damage control on Google before even finalizing the remainder of our deposit. As of this update, our account has not been corrected to reflect the remainder of the refund. It feels disingenuous for them to publicly imply the matter is resolved when, privately, it remains incomplete. Brian states that they showed “consistent willingness to listen, make things right, and improve.” However, this was not our lived experience. Brian frequently ignored full sections of our emails, only selectively responding to the parts he chose to acknowledge while leaving major concerns completely unaddressed. That is not a consistent willingness to listen, that’s avoidance. Not to mention, Brian only agreed to speak with me on the phone after I left multiple voicemails and sent several emails requesting a conversation. And when we finally did speak, he repeatedly interrupted and talked over me. That kind of conduct isn’t just unprofessional, it’s dismissive, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate from someone in a leadership position. Final Update: (as of July 8, 2025): As of today, our account has finally been updated to reflect the remaining refund from our deposit.

Negative experience: [Updated] This company stole our entire security deposit and made us fight in our final month of our lease to get a good explanation for their charges plus late fees although we paid everything days in advance. It took months to resolve the fees that they tried to add on and make us pay plus they wouldn’t believe us or look up our payments themselves because they were lazy. It took hours of our own time to prove that they were incorrect on several fees (such as the water bill) which wasted our personal time trying to prove they were incorrect and made us pay significantly more than we should have. After months of fighting this issue, they finally resolved it and believed us after the proof we shared, but it was not worth the constant stress and frustration they put us through. This company is a fraudulent group that only wants to steal your money. They refused to respond to our emails once or twice until we threatened to bring in city officials. Do NOT trust this company.

Negative experience: I've had a terrible experience with them, especially with the person who manages the storage unit at Spare Room on 27th Street. The manager's name is Leanette, and she has been unresponsive. Even when I was initially renting the storage unit, she didn't respond to any of my calls or text messages. Now, as I am surrendering my storage unit, I still haven't received any response, and it's been two weeks. Despite my efforts, I continue to see rent charges added to my account. I've called the Century Lincoln office several times, and they've assured me they would communicate with the manager about the issue, but it seems even the main management doesn't care at all. It's been a very poor experience so far! Highly suggest the main management to reach out to the manager and let her know that she needs to do a better job in managing the storage unit.

Negative experience: Saw one of their employees driving a van Wednesday Dec 11th around 8:40 AM heading southbound on 42nd near Grover st. going close to 60 mph (I know for a fact 55mph) in a 35 mph zone.. Negative experience: Never tell your customers if they’re being too upset or rude. I wasn’t raising my tone I was simply cussing at an object and your staff took it personally when it wasn’t even at her. Your staff needs to not take it personally and needs to hear the situation out without getting hurt. It’s customer service and you’re going to have people screaming and cussing unlike my calm attitude I just had with you guys. To add onto this, I’ve been reporting problems with the trash container being placed in my parking spot on multiple occasions. We never received the front door code entry to our building even. And no one listens to the assigned parking rule for their friends or family. It’s really frustrating when we first got the apartment to find that the old stove was still there and wouldn’t be picked up til a well. Then my bathtub which was supposed to be fixed, hasn’t been, I’ve been dealing with showering over being able to soak in the bath tub when my partner has been needing a functional bathtub for a while now due to medical conditions. And yet it takes forever to hear anything back from them. My sink couldn’t get fix and I quote “we have to wait until it breaks completely” the garbage disposal doesn’t work at all and will spit up WOOD CHIPS and water, I don’t have any idea where these chips are coming from but it’s baffling that even upon seeing how bad the sink was they couldn’t fix it. The floors were cleaned so poorly that they were still STICKY, until I cleaned them myself. Leaving me to wonder if the unit had been cleaned at all. I will not be renting from Century again and if I get roaches I’m suing considering I’ve been seeing them on and off and the pest control clearly isn’t doing anything.

Negative experience: Do not ever live in a Century property. They have been nothing but horrible people to work with and could not possibly care less about their tenants. Their properties are built terribly and you will be billed quite a bit for basic maintenance of your unit. I have had great experiences with several other management companies around town and Century is the only one I will never, ever live in again. Negative experience: As you can probably sense a pattern of in these reviews with Century, we’ve had numerous problems since moving in around a month ago. Unfortunately we also neglected to read the reviews before renting. To start, on our move-in day we came in to check the place out before we moved our stuff in. We came in to a bit of a mess with stuff left behind from the previous renters, a disgusting oven, dishwasher, bathroom, stains on the carpet, and just clearly a not cleaned place, not to mention we were given the wrong code to get into the building. A few minutes behind us a guy walked in and explained they had a scheduling mishap with the cleaning crew. No problem, we’ll just come back in a few hours after they clean the place up. The crew did a very poor job, they took the remaining items out but the cleaning portion was not done well at all… The dishwasher, bathroom, doors/windows, carpets, etc were still disgusting and they also broke or oven. Which is okay, accidents happen but the cleaning portion is unacceptable. We called our property manager, Colton numerous times just to get sent to voicemail and have gone into the office a few times as well just to get told we can only get our problems solved through him. We finally got into contact two weeks later in order for the crew to come out and clean the place again just for them to do another subpar job. Here we are a month in still without our oven and a carpet that leaves our feet black walking on it all day. The place itself is nice, the management and communication has been the worst part of it all.

Negative experience: I would quite literally prefer having my toenails ripped off one by one than ever rent from Century again. Our downstairs neighbor vandalized our vehicles, requiring a tow for one, out of pure hatred due to my wife and I being a gay couple, and Century literally did nothing. They harass you if you complain, and then ignore any efforts you make to contact them to solve issues. Congrats to Century on being the worst rental company out there, what an achievement!

Negative experience: I recently rented a property from Century. Weeks after moving in they listed the property for sale and we had people weekly coming in and out of our home for tours throughout the whole duration of my lease. On top of that, when I put in my 30- day notice we had people doing tours for potential buyers as well as potential renters. Overall many people coming in our home sometimes 4 days out of the week. I was more than understanding and patient with them throughout that time. In the winter our pipes froze and I contacted them about it and they were in no rush to get it fixed. After nearly a week I fixed it myself. I kept the property very clean and I had no pets however there was previous damage to the property from previous renters before me that had a dog. The blinds were chewed up in two of the upstairs bedrooms and scratched on the doors and light stains on the carpet. I wrote it down on the move in check list when I first moved in and now I’m being told it was not written down. I kept the property so clean that was in shock when I found out that we lost nearly 50% of a $1,500.00 deposit. I’ve been renting for years now and have never lost not even $1 on a deposit until I rented from Century. I moved out nearly a week in advance and came every single day and deep cleaned the property. I even rented a carpet cleaner. When I contacted century about this I called everyday for a week. After a week I told them I need to talk to someone that day and I was not taking no as an answer. I talked with Kaitlyn who was very little to no help at all. After talking with her to about my concerns she pretty much told me unless I have proof for what she charged me for I would not be getting a refund. She did tell me, that the property was in fact left very clean but that she still had to charge me a cleaning fee and that she actually originally didn’t charge me enough and that the cleaning fee now went from $37 to now in the $70 range. I did not read the reviews before renting from century and now there is nothing I can do to get the deposit back. I read the reviews after finding out about my security deposit and it seems many people have been through the same occurrence where you will be getting nothing to very little of a security deposit back. After talking to Kaitlyn the one time after calling for a week straight I had a couple more questions. It’s been another week of calling and I have not been able to get ahold of her again after even leaving a voicemail. Century is the worst rental company I have rented from this far. The whole point of a security deposit is if anything is beyond wear and tear it will be coming out of your security deposit yet I was charged for two set of new blinds from the previous dogs and some more things. I left that property so clean and returned it how it was given if not better. Yet, I lost nearly 50% of my security deposit.

Finally reached Genevieve, who is a senior manager she said. While I understand she has to follow rules with disclosing information, she was short, rude, and snappy. Negative experience: I am thoroughly disappointed with the management of this property. Since moving in just a month ago, we have faced numerous issues that have been completely disregarded by our landlord. Firstly, our neighbor has been keying our vehicles, putting nails in my tire, and violating the smoking policy by smoking both inside and outside the building. Despite multiple complaints, the landlord has done absolutely nothing to address these serious concerns. Moreover, attempts to contact the management are futile, as our calls are sent straight to voicemail and emails go unanswered. Yet, they have no problem posting random inspection notices on our door. If an inspection was necessary, why wasn't it done when we moved in a month ago? To add insult to injury, we took an entire day off work to be present for the inspection (to ensure our easily frightened emotional support animals were safe), only for the landlord to not show up. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. I highly recommend reconsidering if you're thinking about renting from this management. They are unresponsive, neglectful, and seem to have no regard for their tenants' well-being or concerns.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place at all. I have been living at 814 S 18th St, and the living conditions are very poor. Upon move in, an entire window was cloudy, and no one has done anything to fix it. There was also a terrible smell when I first moved in (I suspect smoking inside), which I have tried my hardest to get out, but it has lingered regardless of what I do. However, the big concern was the vents throughout the place. They were filthy from the get go, and I have struggled to get a semblence of cleanliness. I suspect mold in areas, especially considering the water leak I had earlier in the year (I will give that they were very quick to fix that). Despite contacting management multiple times about neighbor issues, they do nothing. This may be understandable with some complaints, but with the case of smoke, it is not. I care about my lungs quite a bit, so I would prefer not to be sleeping with second hand smoke going throughout my apartment. Update: I just moved, and it has been a major struggle to clean out the stench of smoke from everything I own. Not only that, but during the moving process, my dad and sister experienced racism from my neighbor.

Negative experience: It’s ironic that a management company can be this poorly managed. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone for any issues that occur. My roommates and I have been trying to get ahold of someone who can help us for weeks now and they keep saying they’re looking into it. I will not be renting through them again and would advise against it

Negative experience: Century has the worst communication and customer service I’ve ever received from a business. Maintenance would arrive months after you filled a request. Our mail key broke and for 5 months we called regularly to have it replaced, it never was. Neighbors in our complex weren’t picking up their dog waste, and Century sent eviction notices to EVERYONE in the complex and told us it wasn’t serious when we called in about it. At 2 separate points, we had nextdoor neighbors moved in and evicted within months due to constant police visits for noise and criminal activity - at one point our neighbor was threatening people with a rifle. When we decided not to renew our lease and moved out, Century told us so many conflicting things about where our security deposit was going that we had no idea what was happening to it. I called on a Thursday because they were sending it to the completely wrong place/person, and received a call back on the following Friday at 3:30 PM *after* their accounting team left for the day. Their rep told me it would be sent the following week, only for it to arrive that same day because it was actually sent out the week prior. When the check did arrive, they took $600 out of it to repair the garage door that ripped itself apart under normal use due to improper installation by Century. At that time, we immediately notified maintenance and when they sent a repairman, he did a hack job on it instead of repairing/replacing it properly so it continued to damage the door more with normal use. Do not rent from Century if you can help it, they are not reliable or trustworthy whatsoever. Edit: they also sent us an eviction notice for our dogs after we had been told they were grandfathered in by the lease we signed under the previous owner of our complex. They refused to honor their word, so my roommate had to get them registered as ESAs to avoid a $250 fine per pet or eviction. Almost forgot about that

Negative experience: DO NOT RENT FROM CENTURY. They will charge you over any little thing they can find. And the apartments are dirty with roaches and black mold growing in the toilet bowl. And the neighborhood is terrible. A quarter of the building is on drugs one even overdosed right outside our apartment. Our online packages get opened and left there because someone didn’t want it. Random people walking around the complex and they knock on doors all the time. Random kids tried walking into our apartment TWICE. Safe to say I make sure to lock my car every night. Even after everything they refuse to put up cameras or do anything about it because they don’t care about tenants they just want your money. When you call them and ask for a manager they say they will “send you to someone higher up” but it goes to voicemail. Then you call right back but the person you were just speaking with sends you to voicemail too. Communication is insanely bad you can’t get ahold of anybody so we have to go into their office just to talk to them. We have four more months of our lease and I’m honestly really worried for what entails.

Negative experience: This company is incredibly shady. They have no idea what they are doing and there is so much confusion. I applied and was approved for an apartment. They messed around and blamed the holidays as their reason for it taking so long. When I finally received the lease for the unit I was approved to rent, the lease listed the rent at a higher price than what they had advertised. When I called them on this, they took responsibility, failed to honor the original price and left me with no choice but to request a refund of my deposit. I wasted weeks dealing with this company and in the end, I'm left without a place for my kids and I to live. Fingers crossed they actually return the deposit in full.

Negative experience: We lived at Village Square and the apartment itself was fine, but the experience with the management team has been horrific. They will hike your rent up $200 and not offer any incentives to make up for it. It took me 7 months to get a new dishwasher, 5 months (over the summer) to get a new ceiling fan, and despite multiple requests for a new W/D we never received one. They even tried to charge us when maintenance came to fix the washer, saying it “wasn’t broken” even though repairs were made at the time. Good luck getting any maintenance requests in a timely manner, or at all. A few months ago our bathroom doorknob was broken. They sent maintenance to the wrong building to fix it, resulting in me getting locked in the bathroom for over an hour the next morning until rescue. Then they tried to gaslight me into believing I gave the wrong apartment number, instead of admitting their own mistake. Century Management only cares about exploiting you for every possible cent rather than actually attempting to improve their properties or customer service. I advise you rent elsewhere if possible.

Negative experience: If I could rate this company it would be a negative. They really live up to their reviews. Not only did my family catch bed bugs after living in a unit for almost 2 years but they weren’t considerate about the situation at all. They took their time getting exterminators out and not only did my unit have them 2 other confirmed units had them. I had to get rid of all my furniture and after they told me “no further action was needed” I kept finding multiple bed bugs. Once I moved out bc I wasn’t going to have my family living like that they charged me for the extermination and extra 2,000 for “fixes” in the apartment that I know didn’t need fixed! I am taking this company to court. This company really needs to be investigated and they need a whole new management team! Everytime I called about the issue the front desk people had nasty attitudes and even management loved to get smart! I would like to know who wants to live with bed bugs for months bc I know they wouldn’t!

Negative experience: My boyfriend was threatened by the property manager at your 1210 F street property, because I’ve been sleeping over the past few nights. This is incredibly inappropriate and unacceptable because I live in my own apartment and I’m a guest visiting. I do not live with him. The property manager threatened eviction and said my boyfriend needed to sign a new lease. If I could give a 0 I would because this is an over reach and is completely inappropriate behavior by a property manager. To be monitoring the cameras and saying who is allowed to visit.

Negative experience: More of a parasite than a business. After buying out the property we lived in, the first thing they was raise our rent. You'd think that'd mean better service, but it actually meant no service. Despite inspecting our apartment twice, our maintenance issues were never addressed. It always took several days and multiple emails to get ahold of anyone. And now that we've moved out, they're trying to charge us for repairs we'd tried to request. Avoid them before they own all of Lincoln.

Negative experience: I'd give a half star or lower if it were possible for this company. There's been several major issues with the unit I'm currently renting, two of which have been outright ignored when I requested assistance and the others required daily calls to the office for anything to be done. The most recent issue has been the HVAC system. It triggered the fire alarm within seconds of turning on, and when the maintenance request marked EMERGENCY was acknowledged, I was told that it's not considered an emergency since I didn't report seeing smoke. It's now being pushed back another day after a weekend without heat in near-freezing temperature because the technician decided a fire hazard wasn't worthwhile. They overcharge with fine print fees, hire condescending, improperly trained customer service representatives, and neglect to maintain their properties to a liveable standard.

Positive experience: been renting with Century for around two years now and overall great service! first apartment that we had smelled completely like smoke and they did nothing about it. not only that they left us an air freshener thinking it could take it away like we didn’t have eight of them already, we cleaned the walls down and the smell was still reeking. Heard gunshots every other week from North 27th and fair .Second apartment was good. It was in a decent neighborhood and needed no maintenance when we moved in . All the blinds fell off very fast. Soon to move to another location with them! update just moved into the new apartment ! A couple things already went down. Our balcony door was not closing, the laundry had a string in it! but thanks to Brooke our landlord, she took care of everything. We also had the neighbors upstairs be very loud, told Brooke and she got to it. can’t say anything else yet. This is a beautiful place! I feel safer than ever!

Unfortunately, when property taxes, cost of parts, cost of labor, and cost of utilities increase substantially as they did, we do need to increase rates to keep up as we are a business as well. The benefits to the property that were added were a dedicated manager, an onsite maintenance technician, new cleaners for the hallways, new landscaping crew, etc. The transition of management companies takes some time to see the changes. Negative experience: when I first moved into my apartment the landlord didn’t bother to clean anything it was disgusting and smelled bad and I tried everything to get the smell out of the carpet and the stains and nothing worked, it still smells disgusting landlords do absolutely nothing about disruptive neighbors. Cockroaches and mice everywhere but still a very expensive rent. exterminators aren’t much help but they like to come banging on your door like the FBI and be extremely rude. maintenance likes to come in while I don’t have clothes on and not bother to give me the privacy to cover myself up after barging in unexpectedly

Negative experience: Wish I could give 0 stars. Would not recommend signing a lease with this company. Andrew was our property manager and he was terrible. We notified him of a roommate breaking our lease agreement by moving in her boyfriend and his dog without anyone's permission and he allowed them to stay without being added on the lease against our wishes. When this same roommate asked him to stay another week after our lease was over, he let her and her boyfriend stay without signing a new lease and then charged her rent for that week to our security deposit. We got about $50 back from our $600 security deposit. Andrew is very unhelpful and seems annoyed to have to do his job!

Negative experience: Have no communication. Have woken up multiple times to them pounding on the door or standing in our living room to do maintenance. With not being informed of their plans. Plus I just had someone around 5:30 pm just walked into the property with no warning or knocking. Thankfully I had company over. Makes me wonder how many times theyve just walked in while no one was home. Our lease is up at the end of the month and I can't wait. I'm tired of worrying about someone just walking in with no warning.

Negative experience: Everybody with a brain should avoid renting with this company at all costs. Rent increases every year, you cannot do anything about it. Who gets a pay raise just for the raise to go towards MORE rent money? You would think that raising rent obnoxiously they would keep the amenities as well, they don't. Lawn care used to be done by them, now its entirely on the renter EVEN THOUGH RENT HAS GONE UP OVER 10% IN JUST 2 YRS. Hidden fees everywhere, you also cannot avoid that as well. They own a lot of property in Lincoln, I am really sad for those that have to rent with them because of no other option.

Negative experience: We were victims of one of their building fires because none of their fire alarms went off. I had a pretty big injury as a result. No inspections, no safety escapes. I wouldn't be surprised if they did it themselves, stay away.

Negative experience: I would never rent from them again. They would raise your rent every time you renewed your lease, so after a few years you're paying almost double what the original lease was. Inconsistent response times for repairs. One repair was just cutting a hole in the wall to get to pipes, they taped over the hole, painted the tape.
