Fantastic experience: Bailey Calhoun made the process of finding our first home extremely stress free, easy, and simple. I strongly recommend working with Bailey if you are in the search for a new home. We reached out to Bailey, and before we knew it the process began. In our first meeting she explained all of the loan types, recommended mortgage advisors, and the overall steps of the home buying process. From there the search was on. Bailey communicated with us everyday, from houses on the market down to how interest rates are changing. If we found a house we wanted to tour, Bailey was able to get us in the door within an hour. We spent a solid month searching for the right house, made many offers, and Bailey was there communicating every step of the way. Bailey was there to answer all of our questions and keep us encouraged when houses didn’t go our way. When our offer was accepted, Bailey was just as excited as we were when she told us we are the new owners. After that she helped us with the paperwork explaining every detail leaving us question less. Overall, working with Bailey was an absolute blast. We hesitated to get our hopes up regarding finding a home that met our needs, and was on our price range; it just didn’t seem possible. We had essentially come to terms with the reality we would be forever renters after having zero luck with previous realtors. But Casey persisted and found us the best home we could’ve dreamed of. Casey made it possible for us to move on to the next stage in our lives, we are forever grateful for the impact he’s had. It’s not just a house, it’s a home we plan to start and grow our family in, walls that will hold many memories of the years to come. When we closed on our home Casey also gave us the best gift ever! Anytime we would view a house my husband and I would respond on the ability to have, or not have chickens. And Casey promised, that if he found us a home, he would buy us chicks himself. Fantastic experience: We started the arduous process in the February of 2024. But we didn't list until August because we were building new. Mandy Stark was very resourceful in getting our listing out. She explained the selling process as we went, which was extremely helpful as we had never sold a house before. After a failed contingency offer, she went right back to work and we sold it to an out of state couple who weren't the easiest to work with. Her knowledge of real estate selling rules far surpassed the other agents showing our property for their clients. We feel after a year working on this project, we've found a new friend in Mandy!

My agent, JR Knopp, was the best and I've sold several homes in my lifetime! My home not only sold quickly, but JR went the extra mile with making the process great. He explained the entire process from start to finish at the very beginning so we knew exactly what to expect each time something happened.
