The living environment along with the wonderful view has provided us with the best possible comfort, peace of mind, and support during an important time in our lives. ARP along with the Landlord in El Paso has been especially helpful, offering understanding and assistance with my wife’s pregnancy and her medical needs. Their care and responsiveness made a difficult situation much easier, and we are truly grateful for the support that has made our living experience outstanding

Negative experience: If I could give zero I would. This property management company is the least responsive I have ever worked with. ARP is extremely slow to contact us for maintenance issues, or follow up on if the issue was repaired. They emailed us about raising rent for the property to keep up with cost of living and we responded yes. They failed to respond and never raised the rent. Months later they said they missed our email and at this point we informed them we wanted to sell and they still did not respond. At first we were going to use them as the realtor, but again there was little to no response. This forced us to go with another realtor who is also unable to get a response. We are still fighting to receive any information except one email stating they finally informed the renters of the 30 day notice. Stay away from ARP unless you want to be ignored and roll the dice whether or not your property is actually being managed.

They were extremely pleasant to work with, and very understanding to our needs. We viewed two properties managed by ARP today. From the initial phone call and all the way through checking out keys, and returning them, the entire process was simple, hassle free, and straight forward. Just a simple ID check and 20 dollars deposit. And I was given keys to both properties. I personally prefer looking at a property without a realtor present. So this was perfect for me. When I returned the keys, my deposit was returned with no hassle. I asked several questions and all of them were answered. Both homes we looked at were clean, and maintained. If you are experienced in dealing with property managers you know that some of them can be less than welcoming, almost as if you are an inconvenience to them. I am happy to say this company is not one of those. So if you are considering a property managed by them, rest assured you will be taken care of diligently and respectfully.

Negative experience: I will never rent from this place again. I was shown a property via video and once I got to the property to view it . The property was nasty the walls were not painted and the place smelled horrible. It takes them forever to come fix things. The realtor Gamze is very rude. She knew the place looked the way it looked prior to me arriving. I do not recommended if you are military to ever rent from this company. I had go to keep nagging them in order to get them to come fix some of the issues within the home . I would not recommend to rent from this company.

I’m in the army so most of the time I’m in a training for long periods of time. Negative experience: I listed with them and they never send me my rental money, despite them telling me it was rented and the deposit paid. I almost lost my home to this company. Belinda the owner is two faced. She feeds off the people who put there complete trust in her. When I found another company she wanted to charge me a astronomical amount to break the contract with her after she stole form me. I had numerous nervous break downs when I was with them including vomit. I live out of town. I write this in hopes to save others heartache brought on by ARP Rental Homes.

Fantastic experience: Ms. Mena was the wealth of knowledge my family and I needed when we relocated from out of state. There was so much to consider when looking for the perfect residence. With 3 school aged kiddos we wanted to be close to a good school. We also wanted to be settled before the school year began. And we had a budget. She went right to work and had quite a few great options for us. One was just perfect.

Fantastic experience: There was a bidding war going on for the sale of our house. Linda priced the home for more than we thought we could get in the first place. We were amazed at how much over the bidders were willing to go. We were very satisfied.

Negative experience: ARP Rental Homes is a TERRIBLE property management company to work with!! All they (Belinda- manager) cares about is selling your property instead of taking care of it like a property manager should. We gave them 9 years of business since we were located out of the EP area and over the years, we dealt with numerous conversations asking to be updated on our property. The home was left in terrible condition. And to top it off.. Belinda's only concern when we wanted to withdraw our listing was to sell our property. After numerous conversations explaining to her that we wanted to renovate, she was insistent on being our realtor. All this while my son was going thru cancer treatment! Her only concern was money in the midst of everything we had going on. I would NEVER recommend this property management company to anyone! If you want a company that is reliable, consistent and will take care of your property.. STAY AWAY from ARP!

Fantastic experience: With the economic situation we are in these days I thought it would take months to sell our house. We were pleasantly surprised when our home sold within weeks of putting it on the market, thanks to Belinda Mena at ARP.

Negative experience: Rented from them for 2 years. Had a great experience until it was time to move out. They will make sure to suck every cent of your security deposit away. I got a final walk through done of my house and was told that I should get most of my security deposit back and the few things that needed fixed/replaced were considered wear and tear. Once I left the house, they started pouring charges on my bill that will be coming from my security deposit. Most of the high rated reviews are from people renting out their homes through ARP, not renters. Do not rent from these people. Especially if you’re military. Stuff to add, they were very rude to my wife and I on the phone. I honestly could not believe they talk to their customers the way do. The woman I was talking to seemed very surprised when I started talking back to her the same way. Companies like this are what make renting homes hell for normal hard working people. After this experience I will never rent again.

Negative experience: Rented with them for two years and it was great, moving out was hell. Literally had someone yelling at me on the phone; rude customer service; they’re leeching every bit of money they can from our security deposit even though at final walk through we were told the house is move in ready. I paid someone to clean the house and yard and are now being double charged for that. Worst experience ever, I'm never renting again thanks to them. If I could rate this lower I would.

Negative experience: I am highly disappointed in the services of ARP. I wish I read the reviews before going with ARP. We moved into our house in August. The house was supposed to be move in ready by August 10th. We were desperate because we needed to get our children in school. My husband and I are dual military so we needed a place fast. We agreed to sign the house as is. I regret agreeing to doing so. The house was in poor condition, face value was okay but digging deeper it is HORRIBLE. We're paying out of pocket to get it deep cleaned, because the property manager said the owner would only pay for a light clean. The reason for my poor rating is not because it wasn't clean. It's because we weren't told there was no AC unit. We were just informed that the house has an evaporated cooler and set on 78. That would have been a deal breaker for us. It's way too hot outside to come home to a hot house. Now we're paying rent to live in a hot muggy house and deal with HORRIBLE property managers from the rental agency. I barely even want to give them a 1 star rating.

Negative experience: They started off wonderful for the first year that I decided to rent my house out due to me being stationed back in Georgia. The problems seemed to come once I decided to sale my house. Belinda (the broker in charge) wouldn't communicate with me when I had issues with her employees. They will hire anyone to work on your property, not knowing if they are licensed or not. I would not recommend this company to anyone and if I could get them on the blocked list for military members I would!
