Positive experience: I hired them because since the beginning, they were very clear and direct in how they handled their property management. When we started the process to post the house on market we fallow the recommendations that they gave us for make the property attractive to new tenants and it worked, after 2 weeks they secured a good tenant, just in time to PCS with my family and cross out this from my pending list. I could give them a 5-star review, but I have to be fair and wait to see how things going.

Negative experience: Finding a home: 5 Stars Rental Property Management: Look elsewhere As a fellow alumni, I genuinely wanted to support this company. But the way this property management company operates has been incredibly disappointing. I originally wrote a 5-star review for this organization back in 2022; however, after three years of property management, I need to adjust that stance. Maintenance was generally fine, but I was double-charged for the same type of issue on two separate occasions. Neither instance would have been caught or corrected if I hadn’t identified it myself. That level of oversight is unacceptable. Communication was also incredibly one-sided: they reached out promptly when they needed something from me, but routinely failed to respond when I needed assistance or clarification. There was never any ownership of the poor service, only excuses. Rather than address the underlying issues or take responsibility, they seemed far more focused on ensuring they’d collect the full year’s termination fee. That said everything I needed to know about their priorities. I’ve also spoken with another property owner I trust who has nearly identical issues with this company: unreliable communication and no accountability. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was poor enough that I felt it necessary. I’ve since moved to a new management company, and the difference has been night and day. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're in need of property management.

Fantastic experience: Starting the process of searching and purchasing a house can be a very overwhelming and stressful process especially as first time home buyers. Fantastic experience: We met Arshia about 2 years ago, and he is phenomenal. Over the years, we have met and talked or toured over 30 homes, and he was always easy to work with and super transparent. Despite being a realtor and paid through commission, he was always candid. There were countless times when we had thought something was a great deal, and he would inform us otherwise. He always did a great job of explaining the pros and cons of every deal, even if those cons would probably dissuade us as buyers. When we finally closed on a house, we did so knowing that we had exhausted every possible avenue to ensure it was a good deal and the right home for our family. Because of our circumstances (military), we ended up buying the house sight unseen while stationed on the other side of the country. He’s kind, super knowledgeable, knows the El Paso market, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about finding you the right home. If something doesn’t smell, sound, or look right…he’ll tell you because he’s not just looking to close a deal and move on to another client. Even after helping us find our home two years ago he occasionally checks in and has provided info/contacts for anything home related that we’ve needed help with. This year he reached out as a reminder for tax filing protest deadlines (I was already going to reach out to him since our appraised value went up 40k) and he provided us a letter and market analysis to help us protest the increases. Thanks to the letter and the market analysis he provided the county reduced our 2025 appraised value by 54k, literally saving us over $100 monthly on our mortgage. That just goes to show you how awesome he truly is. When we decide to sell, Arshia will be the first person we contact!

Fantastic experience: BLUF: Michael Hughes was invaluable; it was the best home buying experience I've ever had. I contacted PCS Home Realty after numerous recommendations from friends who had previously worked with their team. My family and I were under a tight time constraint and had a hard date by which we needed to close and move in. We also were not in El Paso for 95% of the buying experience. Michael continuously refined our "wishlist" of houses throughout the process, as we continued to provide feedback and we were able to maximize the time on ground in El Paso. Michael made himself available for the better part of the two days we were in town, and we could see EVERY SINGLE house we wanted to. We closed on the exact day we wanted to, with the house we wanted, and with the knowledge that their team would always be there if we needed anything. My family's only complaint is that one day, when we need to buy a house in another state, we'll have to find a team that can live up to the bar Michael and his team have set.

Fantastic experience: After asking about good and honest realtors in the area on the fort Bliss spouses page, I was directed to PCS realty. We were buying/ searching for our first home from out of town and Arshia went above and beyond for us. We didn’t exactly have an easy time finding a house that met our wants/ needs, but that never deterred or hindered his perseverance to help us find the right home! He did video tours of every home we liked for us (and there was more than a few… like 10-12), and was very thorough and looked through the homes as if he was looking for a home for himself. He communicated with us every step of the way, keeping us well informed, and also diligently working to find people to help get tasks done prior to closing (exterminator, contractor, etc.). We ended up having semi difficult / resistant sellers, but again, Arshia did not let that hinder us from getting the home we wanted, and he worked diligently to help us seal the deal. This is our first time buying a home, and he was so informative and communicative! He also was willing to meet with us on a Sunday morning to do a walk through of the house 2 days prior to closing so that we weren’t buying sight unseen (besides his video tours). We absolute 10/10 recommend, and will be reaching out to him when it comes time to sell this home in a few years!!

Negative experience: If I could leave this company 0 stars I would. I have called, emailed, and texted Amberly for a home that is for rent. Not one reply, I have had another agent reach out to her and her husband regarding this home. This isn't even his property and he has been responsive and has gone above and beyond. I applied for this property because my boys and I loved it and even after the fact that I paid the application fee, emailed my proof of income, not one call. Extremely unprofessional. All of these great reviews.. I'm not sure how. This process has left me feeling singled out. I dont think the owners would appreciate them knowing that their non-responsiveness is losing them money and gaining a bad rep by how they handle their clientele. Update to review. Agents could not respond to calls emails or texts, but denied an application as soon as this review was posted. Another thing to mention, what is on their “denial” letter does not match my credit reports which I also emailed to Amberley, I rather have been denied than to have moved into a home w these agents as my landlords. If I struggled to receive an actual call or response I can just imagine what the turn around time would be for a simple work order. I wish you all the best of luck. She helped us buy our home while we were in Korea and then 3 years later, she helped us sell our home! Our home was listed for sale on 1 August 2024, was under contract in less than a week, pending 16 August 2024 and closed on 12 September 2024 (6 weeks total). There were several homes in my neighborhood that have been for sale for months and I was afraid that our home was going to sit for months also.
