Negative experience: If your property has been listed for a long time with this broker, it's maybe because your realtor isn't picking up the phone or replying to messages of people interested in your property. Manager also fails to do what she says to do; which is to call back the customer.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I finished closing on our home today. Our agent, Adrian Varela, was phenomenal throughout his representation of us. We began our home search with Adrian showing us over 30 different homes, both new and existing. Over numerous visits to homes all over El Paso County, Adrian was always patient, flexible, showed up with a smile on his face, and was ready to answer any questions we had. Negative experience: Real estate agent Humberto Valle pissed me off pretty bad in the nicest terms I can put it he scheduled a viewing of my home and got in contact with my agent the time came for the viewing and I noticed no one came this was 30 minutes after they were supposed to come so I contacted my agent and he told me he hasn’t reached out to him I stopped everything I was doing that day to go back home from the other side of town to make sure everything was good and they’d be able to get into the house he let my agent know after he contacted him when he didn’t show that he was running late because of the client but didn’t let us know anything and never said if he was coming back or if they would reschedule terribly unprofessional I understand that things come up but you need to communicate these things and not wait last minute especially in this type of profession

Negative experience: I am writing this review specifically about my experience with Edgar Ramirez of A Clear View Realty, and not the brokerage as a whole. Mr. Ramirez requested a showing of my occupied property (which he was fully aware was not vacant) with just two hours' notice. Despite this tight schedule, I was professional and accommodating, leaving work early to ensure the home was ready for his requested 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM viewing window. The showing did not happen. After the scheduled time had passed, my realtor made multiple inquiries on our behalf. It wasn't until two and a half hours after the scheduled start time (around 5:30 PM) that Mr. Ramirez finally indicated he would not be coming. The most disappointing part of this experience was the complete lack of professional courtesy. Mr. Ramirez made no effort to notify either my realtor or myself that he was canceling or running late. This blatant disregard for my time resulted in a significant disruption to my workday and several hours of wasted effort. In a professional real estate transaction, timely and clear communication is essential. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend working with Edgar Ramirez.

Negative experience: It’s unfortunate that you have to leave one star to leave a review. I spoke to Susie on behalf of my parents who are looking to buy. When she first spoke with my parents she sounded awesome told them she had several elderly clients and she would be able to help them. That was the last time they spoke she never again reached out to them. So if you’re 55+ do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Negative experience: I trusted her and she left my family displaced. Lied about the location of the home and response times from her were days of waiting. Moved my family from Tucson, AZ to El Paso thinking I would be buying my dream home. She told me (June 14th) to be in El Paso (June 17th) early morning to close. Last second planning to get my life moved over in time including my 1 year old daughter. I had previously asked if the location of the home was next to the area that stinks, only to park my uhaul in front of a nightmare. She lied about it not being that area. Imagine packing up your whole life Sunday night and arriving to a disaster. Didn't want to help with any of my cost and ignored all my problems I was having. It wasn't until I informed her that I didn't want to close that she tried to throw a bunch of money at me. Coincidence how all of a sudden I got her full attention and all of sudden there was help thrown at me but for almost 2 weeks before there was nothing but silence. The whole process was bad. Was told I would be closing the first week of June, to her failing to update the builder on my lender change months after it happened. Causing the appraisal to be ordered halfway through the month after the homes gas lines were installed. I checked in daily almost for months and still she dropped the ball. I have the emails and text to backup all my claims. Jacqueline Rodriguez is not a good person and thought she could take advantage of this out of Towner. You made my family suffer because you were worried about your profit only. I am a good person and even mentioned how I hope this wouldn't ever happen to her daughter. She had no problem doing it to mine though. Disgusting.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Mr. Johnny Rodriguez for guidance regarding my home and rental properties in El Paso, Texas. After speaking with Mr. Rodriguez, I received information on the options I had and also provided me with a market analysis of my home. Staff at EPCAD complimented on the market analysis as "very well done". Long story short both my Home and rental values were brought down to a reasonable median evaluation. Not only did Mr. Rodriguez saved me money on taxable value but gave me peace of mind I can reach out again if need be for this or any other home realty questions I may have.

Fantastic experience: We were assigned to Jacalyn Perez and her assistant Pam, and I cannot say enough good things about them! My husband is in the military and we knew being 20 hours away from El Paso, we weren't going to get to see any homes in person. Jacalyn took great care of us and always had our needs in mind! We got great videos of houses that contained any and every tiny bit of info about the house! She would even describe the smell of each room, the feel of the carpet, and the area outside the home. When we found the home we wanted to buy, Jacalyn made sure that we got it!

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Diana Perez enough to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. She sold our home in no time 12 years ago when we left the country. 12 years later, we decided to buy a home in EP while still living abroad. To say that Diana provided good service is an understatement. She made herself available to us at any time, despite the time zone difference; she was quick to inquire on any home we found interesting online, and she even went and videotaped properties that we wanted to view. Once we decided on a home, she once again took the initiative to take care of everything, including the walk through and taking care of getting things ready for utilities to be transferred. I don't think we would have felt comfortable buying a home sight unseen and being so far away, but we had every confidence in Diana and are so glad she was working for us. Fantastic experience: Ricardo Ballesteros has be so amazing to work with. He told us on day one that he’d ensure our best interest and will be committed to ensure we find a home that we love. He has done that and so much more! He’s gone above and beyond, showed us several houses from different builders (both resale and new builds), and provided his experience with the different builders from his previous clients and was very knowledgeable when it came to how the builders vary between what they offer (everything from their floor plans to amenities to their incentives!). Fantastic experience: Our friend referred us to Isela Carrillo because she had a great experience with her. Well, we also had a great experience with Isela.
