Fantastic experience: I worked with Anthony to find my home, Anthony is really on the spot and great to work with, he does help a lot by sending you lists of homes on his own time and to try and fit your criteria and in my case I found a few homes on zillow and anthony had schedules a walk through as quick as the next day he's truly trying to get you a place to live that you will like, attitude and communication with him was great.

Fantastic experience: Word of Mouth – Joe has helped my sister and brother-in-law buy and sell multiple properties. He came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. I have been looking for a home for almost a year and kept getting outbid was almost losing hope. These guys know how the current market is and will do their best to make you happy. It was truly 2 stressful weeks during the escrow process, but they were calling me everyday on it making sure I signed and turned in anything I needed on time. Truly he cared deeply for my parents and went way above and beyond his call to help personally take my Mom to the bank not for his sale of their home but to help for the purchase of a mobile home near me. Imagine that. He took personal responsibility even for their trash pick up and cable box, assisting with packing and offering to help with the loading of the moving van. He was very respectful of my Father, who was on hospice and tried to make everything happen as rapidly as possible to avoid extra stress on my Dad. Fantastic experience: Joe define the image of real state agents at every turn of the process.I’m extremely proud to refer him to anyone in the California area looking to sell their home. In terms of looking for someone for a business transaction , Im very meticulous, some will say I’m a bit to much because Im high maintenance and I question everything. I interviewed 3 different real state agents to find the right agent to sell my House. In this case, as soonest I shook Joe’s hand, I instantly knew I had found the agent I was looking for. He was the first interviewed agent. He is highly professional, business aggressive, communicates effectively, flexible, patient and truthful. It was urgent so I specifically asked Joe for my home to be sell in 21 days. Joe told me not to worry that we will make that happen. He immediately , in the same day we agreed to terms, he posted my home as coming soon, he did 4 open houses over the same weekend. His advertising is amazing, My home was listed in every corner of the real state , google, pop-ups ,Zillow, Realtor.com,Redfin even in YouTube.
