I was skeptical when we first met - talking about numbers and essentially “selling” us, left me waiting to see it to believe it. As days turned to weeks Misael and Steven started to chip away at my hardened shell. As the journey of selling my mother’s home progressed, they always made sure to keep us informed and keep themselves available. Being out of state, situations arose that we could not facilitate nor resolve in person. Steven and Misael went well above and beyond what should be expected. In our absence, they spent a lot of time helping us resolve tenancy issues and ensuring everything with the house was in order. Misael graciously made many unexpected trips to my mother’s residence to professionally handle unforeseen events.
