After a short meeting I realized Kim was the better option based on location. She definitely proved me right with going with her. She works really hard but quite efficient, she read my mind the whole way. She helped tremendously throughout the whole process from showing to closing of escrow to even setting up utilities. As first-time home buyers, we were extremely new and unsure of how things worked, and they were always so supportive and made us feel like the questions we asked were normal and deserving of full answers. When we showed up on site to take possession of the property he was there to hand us the keys and make sure everything went well. Good stuff that we really appreciate.
