Just as importantly, she also kept me in the loop when waiting to hear back from landlords or leasing agents. When we toured places, she always reminded me that I could take a day and think it over; that advice made it all the easier to say yes to a place I loved. I cannot recommend Daphne enough. She made the process of apartment hunting -- a typically stressful process-- inviting and, dare I say, an absolute pleasure. I will absolutely work with her again and send any friends to her.

With extensive knowledge of the market and ins and outs of each neighborhood, he is more than equipped to help you get exactly where you want to be, within your budget. Tre is realistic without being harsh, down-to-earth, extremely professional, kind, not-pushy, and extraordinarily helpful. When the rest of our day with another realtor fell through, Tre was available on a moments notice to see many ideal properties. Really, this is the guy you want to contact to find exactly what you want!

Fantastic experience: Leovanni is amazing! After trying to navigate the rental market on our own, my daughter and I connected with Leovannin by chance. From the very beginning, he provided resources for our hunt. I was only in town from out of state, for a short time and wanted to get my daughter situated before I left. Leovanni worked tirelessly to find a new rental in the right area to fit her requirements. Our experience once we found a place was not typical for the Boston market, but he took care of things at every turn. Within the span of 3 weeks, my daughter secured and moved in to the perfect place, thanks to him. Fantastic experience: Finding an apartment in the greater Boston area is... a pain. But Ben made the process much less painful with his professionalism and diligence. I wanted to have my lease ready before I moved to start my new position, and Ben was very responsive via email and text (even on weekends, which I think he should take off to relax). He took me on direct tours of all the properties I was interested in via video call, and kept me updated on available options that fit within my desired criteria. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to rent in the area. (Note: will update the review with pics of the unit once I move in)

Fantastic experience: I just went through the craziest week of losing an apartment I had due to the tenant not leaving, and having to find a new apartment on September 1st. Despite Stephen already finding that apartment for us, he was there at a moment’s notice with me, looking at apartments together on September 1st, and he found me an amazing new place and got me moved in the next day. Cannot recommend him enough, if you want an amazing experience with a person who actually cares, Stephen Bowers is your guy.

Fantastic experience: Working with Ben Carroll has been great! I had a very last minute need for an apartment starting Sep. 1st. Even in the midst of Boston's student rush, Ben managed to find an excellent apartment. Despite the fact that we only had a week and a half, he arranged multiple viewings and, once I had decided, got the lease signed, a discount on move - in costs from the landlord, and an early move in waiver agreed to, all within a few days. Overall, he was super responsive and seemed genuinely interested in helping out with the process.

Negative experience: My fiancée and I just got approved for an apartment through Benjamin Apartments. Chris was incredibly helpful, prompt, and got our paperwork submitted in record time. Thanks Chris! EDIT: Having lived in this apartment for two weeks now I am changing my review. The place is in far worse shape than the (9 year old) photos in the listing showed. The broker who did the video tour for us mislead us about the condition of the apartment, knowing that we were moving from far away and not able to confirm on our own. I am disappointed about the level of professionalism and integrity shown here. Certainly not worth the broker's fee.
