Fantastic experience: I could not have had a better experience. I’m a first time renter, and me and my friends are looking for an apartment right now. I was SO anxious before meeting Norah, but the second we started chatting I felt SO relaxed. The apartments we were shown were exactly what we were looking at, and it felt very relaxed and friendly. I didn’t feel like I was trying to be sold to, but instead, actually helped. Norah did such an amazing job helping us, showing us around, and answering our questions. I am so happy that I picked up that phone call from her.

Negative experience: Nice people but their Zillow listings are scams. They list apartments at incorrect addresses and, more importantly, for hundreds of dollars less than the actual monthly rent. They’ve wasted my time twice and it’s frustrating that they continue to get away with it. Go directly to the Copley Group if you’re looking to rent in Fenway.

The price was raised on the one we initially wanted, but she provided us with great (if not better) alternatives. Norah was extremely responsive and made the process quick and stress-free. It was a span of three days from the time we looked at apartments to the time we got approved for the best option!

She FaceTimed and gave us a tour and explained the apartments with an eye to detail.
