Fantastic experience: I contacted my realtor, Karen Haigler through the website, "A Place for Mom", and what an angel. She was an exceptional agent who walked beside me throughout the complete process of selling my mother's home. When we met, my brother and I were overwhelmed with the task of emptying the 40+ years of contents in Mom's home, but Karen went above and beyond my expectations. She actively participated in our estate sale, provided some awesome contractor referrals, addressed our many concerns, and continually checked in with me via calls, texts and visits. Her confidence, engagement and advice assured us that we'd get a buyer to reach the end goal, and we did! I highly recommend Karen as a representative real estate agent, so seek her out for YOUR home buying/seller needs.

Highly Recommend. Pete and Brenda, my realtors were eager to help me sell my home and sold it for $20000 more than what I expected to sell it for. Definitely wasn’t just the market, those two were on their feet and ready to help me sell my home. Sold in 32 days about and would’ve been a week less but the appraiser held us up.

Negative experience: This is the reality company my landlord chose. They are okay with putting people on the streets in order to sale a home. One of their representatives Jake OBryan told me the market is hot and it’s my fault that I need help finding a place for me and 7 year old son to live. Because he wants to sale the home while it’s hot. Wow that was sooo professional coming from who is to be a professional salesperson. Before he rudely hung up in my face. These people are not humans. We are still in a pandemic and they will do anything to sale a home! I would not recommend doing any business with anyone who just wants a sale they could care less about you personally. Alll numbers and sales for this company. Making a profit off and don’t care how they do it

Was very responsive, even far after hours and seemed genuinely interested in helping our family find a home that fit our needs. Ultimately the whole process happened quickly and easily, paperwork wise.

Negative experience: Would not recommend, had a poor experience with realtor Anne Doop who was super unprofessional and lied to me repeatedly.

Fantastic experience: We had been a client of Abbitt Management (they managed 5 properties for us) for over 20 years, so when it became time to sell we asked Shirley Smith, Executive Vice President of Property Management Services for a recommendation of a sales agent. Within 5 days Tommy Wiggins of Abbitt Realty contacted us and in less than 30 days after that, three of the properties were under contract. In a couple of months another had been sold. The last property took a little longer because we wanted the tenant (who had been in the home for over 20 years) to have a chance to get financing. Tommy worked patiently with us and in a short time that property too was also sold (is now owned owned by the previous tenant). I can not say enough good things about my experiences with both Abbitt Management (over 20 years of great service managing our properties) and Abbitt Realty (in particular Tommy Wiggins). If you have properties to lease or sell, we would recommend the Abbitt team.
