Fantastic experience: Great experience selling my home with Judy Boone Realty, Inc! My real estate agent, Lisa Martin, sold my house quickly and made the process very easy. I sold my house from across the country and it was a very smooth process. Couldn't recommend the real estate team here enough!

Negative experience: This lady is a joke! We cleaned our apt top to bottom and were charged $400 for DRIP PANS they refused to show a receipt or photos and took over 3months for deposit back what was left atleast Apt was roach infested due to other tenants and they did nothing about it but one “bomb” they didn’t care about the upkeep of apts nor tenants residing in apt so beware of ur neighbors be mindful of her apt locations and the type of ppl residing there. Also to comment t dose review yes they don’t care for maintenance requests nor fix them properly we had our ceiling collapse and someone came months later n put up vent n left mess for us to clean and you could see straight thru vent so everything in attic could just come in our apt and air would be terrible to regulate as it was an open vent to attic space. we also had a leak and the apt below us had ceiling collapse bc they wait until last minute or something major to happen. The owner was on top property bc Judy Boone office was useless UPDATE To REPLY: My apologies it was $140 for drip pans NO RECEIPT PROVIDED when we requested multiple times The address was updated and a copy of the UPDATED address was even highlighted. We had legal involved when we FINALLY got a reply. No need to worry about the apt it’s in the past just WARNING OTHERS TO BEWARE AS THESE PROPERTIES ARE A DISGUSTING AND MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT UPKEEP OR TENANTS THEY RENT TO ANYONE AND DONT UPKEEP PROPERTY

Fantastic experience: The Queen of Hampton Roads Real Estate! What can I say but Thanks! I previously lived in the area and remembered Judy's name and gave her a call. I was happily surprised that she took on my listing herself. We had mentally moved on from being a landlord and the value of the real estate had achieved the mark we set. Judy meticulously went over the details and got into the weeds to sell my (2) rental 4 plexes to another Owner so they can profit from them for hopefully another 22 years. I highly recommend her for her business savvy and network of great people / contractors (except 1 Beneath Your home , horrible attitude) who got in there fast to address the needs in order for the deal to be executed. Great deals take patience from all. This one took 3 months from signing to close and we all did our part to move it forward. If you have the opportunity to work with Judy, Take it! Thanks again

Negative experience: Horrible company to use for rental management. My home was destroyed by numerous tenants because they failed to do an inspection when each tenant moved out. We ended up with squatters in our rental home. Do not use them if you value your property at all.

Negative experience: Trash do not move in they won’t fix anything mold in the apartments cracks in the ceiling the apartments are falling apart the property manager has a disgusting attitude took my whole deposit when I moved because the mold was making me sick and a neighbor had bed bugs that they would not treat mice also which they didn’t care about I would never recommend to anyone

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would !! They rent property and never fix anything they are supposed to. They lie and try to charge you for things you aren’t even responsible for. Changed dates on documents which is ILLEGAL and som how still gets away with it . Never evicted, never late , cleaned up the property when I moved in from the previous tenants that Judy Boone didn’t clean (but most likely charged them a fee saying they did clean it)!! Save yourself a lot of hassle and never deal with these people !!!

Negative experience: Don't rent from them. Rented with them and they blamed/charged me for the basement flooding and creating mold and said it was tenant negligence. Poor communication and flexibility. Don't expect your deposit back if you go through them.

Fantastic experience: This is more than a review. This is a testimony. Judy is God sent! I am a realtor and mortgage broker in Texas and naturally I wanted only the best to sell my house in Virginia. The problem is I didn’t know anyone in Virginia. So I did what everyone does, I looked on google. Well Judy Boone Realty popped up and I saw she was a highly respected and successful broker in the area. So I decided to call her. I figured she would hand me off to one of her realtors for my listing but…this is when the real story begin. JUDY WAS PHENOMENAL! From start to finish, her sincerity, care, service and exceptional knowledge was more than I could ever imagine. She is more than a broker or a realtor, she is now part of my family. She treated my property like it was hers listing. With me not being in the state, she went above and beyond. She went to Lowes, Home Depot, and other hardware stores looking and purchasing upgrades for improvements; from choosing color pallets for the walls to picking out sinks and granite for upgrades, her tenacity is exceptional and her negotiating skills are second to none. Long story short, Judy was God sent. I wish she was a broker in Texas, I learned so much from her. She is who you want for any real estate transaction in Virginia.

Negative experience: Went to apply for a rental property and it seem they have higher standard then the workingman's ability 570 credit score which is more then I had so no room to negotiate
