Fantastic experience: Very green and very clean! They have pet clean up bags and trash cans available and I saw maybe 1 bottle cap in the whole park. There were some chalk drawings on the gazebo which is a little unsightly, but I’m glad kids are able to have fun here.

Fantastic experience: It's FREE, bring your wine, food, lawn chairs, umbrellas, tent, blankets etc. listen to the Band, Socialize and have FUN...FOODS TRUCKS...RESTAURANTS AT YOUR SERVICE...I LOVE IT....EVERY WEDNESDAY...6 to 9PM until AUG 31st.

Fantastic experience: The doctor's and nurses here are fantastic! I was there to get a second set of mammograms for diagnosis and later a biopsy and then a breast cancer diagnosis, they were caring and supportive through out the entire process. I highly recommend this facility. They are caring, professional and provide excellent care for their patients from the moment you walk through the door until you exit.

Positive experience: Went to an arts festival, it exceeded expectations

Fantastic experience: Was here for an event.. the Walk to End Alzheimer's event by the Alzheimer's Association. They couldn't have found a better place to hold their event. Beautiful courtyard and with shops conveniently surrounding it, made my time enjoyable!

Negative experience: It's a nice area but the amount of homeless people is getting out of control. There is trash everywhere.

Negative experience: I have lived here for 3 months and it is horrible. The maintenance is horrible. I have had no hot water and they don’t seem very concerned i have mold growing in areas the windows leak I have a grandchild visiting who is 5 years old but it’s okay to give him a bath with no hot water according to the staff basically told they are working on it. No one seems to care about your issue but god knows miss the water bill by a day and everyone reaches out. The apartment is infested with spiders. They schedule someone to come out without letting you know and in 20 minutes I’m supposed to find somewhere for the child and my two small pets to go because we can’t be in the apartment for 2 hours this place is a dump don’t move here

Fantastic experience: Wonderful area to live and play. The neighborhood is clean, safe and has many dining and entertainment options. Styron Square is the centerpiece of the development - surrounded by condos and apartments, restaurants, shops and other businesses. The development extends further with single family homes and smaller communal squares. The (free) summer concert series (Wednesdays) and Jazz on Sundays (in September) are fantastic. There are also other special events. Port Warwick is livable, walkable and quite beautiful.

Fantastic experience: Just saw Bobby Blackhat! This is a great way to spend your Wednesday evenings! We usually grab our chairs with some takeout dinners, sit, eat and enjoy! There are food trucks if you want to grab dinner there. Line dancing during intermissions.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience. Ask for Robert, he is a first class waiter. His recommendations were outstanding. The food was superior. Service spectacular environment was cozy which fit nicely for a first date. Expect to pay for a first class experience. We felt a 20% tip was far short of what was deserved so I stepped up. Will definately return and highly recommend.
