Fantastic experience: This place is actually pretty cool and unique as well. It has a bunch of different rooms that are all their own businesses. My hair lady is Kelsey Cummings. She is amazing!!!!!! I've been getting my hair done by her for years now, and I have always been happy with everything. She's done. She is super funny down-to-earth. She is not your normal hairstylist. In my opinion, I feel very comfortable and just kind of at home every time I go get my hair done. We watch TikTok and talk and listen to music. It's always a good time.

Negative experience: I do not enjoy leaving poor reviews but incredibly disappointed in commercial agent Keaton Snow. He provided poor customer service, was poor at follow up and wouldn't respond to emails or calls for weeks on end. Drug out our search for months then just decided not to help us anymore. He quit and didn't tell us. Just not at all professional. Their are much better agents to work with.

Fantastic experience: Jackie Baker has been SUCH a big help in our home buying process. She was kind, patient, and very informative. She took the time to answer all of our questions as first time home buyers, even going as far to wait until we were both off of work, after 8pm at night or on weekends to give us a call or meet up with us. She was always quick to respond and get things done. And she always made us feel like we were being taken good care of and not left out if anything in the whole process. Everyone she recommended for other parts of the process have also been extremely helpful and wonderful. I will for sure be recommending her and her associates to anyone and everyone, and if we need to move again and she is available; she is the one we will call. Fantastic experience: Our agent ,Ted Simerson is AMAZING!! Not only is he one of the kindest people I have ever met, but his knowledge and expertise of the market are unparalleled. He gave our listing a huge head-start using the "coming soon" teaser. This created interest in our home for two weeks before it went "live." Using a state-of-the-art drone, he took gorgeous aerial photos of the exterior and hired a professional photographer for the interior, making our home look like a million-dollar home!! As a result, we got several offers over asking and got top dollar for our home. No real estate transaction goes perfectly smooth, but having the RIGHT person to walk us through some of those bumps, made all the difference in the world. His experience guided us to "Zig" when we wanted to "Zag" and helped us make the best decisions for our situation. His patience, wisdom, and confidence gave us peace throughout the entire selling process. Ted understood how important this transaction was to us and was ALWAYS available when we called or texted, making us feel like we were his only clients. I can't review Ted without using the word Trust. This is a man whose word is his bond. He is 100% ethical in all ways. He made sure we did what was right in every way, for us and for the buyer. Fantastic experience: Everything was wonderful from start to finish! Very personable, professional, and there for any questions we had!

Negative experience: I would not trust who they hire for home inspections. We had our first home inspected and they have said everything was in working order or had been fixed. That was not the case we are currently eight months into owning this home and are still doing home repairs. Also have had to go through the summer without air conditioning that their inspector said worked and does not. Might have been able to repair or replace the air conditioning unit had our money not been tied up in remodeling a bathroom that’s valves leaked and would not hold water in a tub. Also I guess you would have thought maybe they would have checked the entire property but the back side of the garage was covered in ten year old gang graffiti that we had no clue was even there when we initially looked at the property. Fantastic experience: I worked with Kellie Revoir on the ReeceNichols team and I only have positive things to say. Before officially "hiring" Kellie, I was talking with a few realtors and wanted the best possible candidate listing my home. I had already "interviewed" another realtor and felt confident in their ability to sell my home; however, I wanted to speak with Kellie first. Within minutes, I knew Kellie was the agent for me!! She came into my home completely prepared, with a laminated packet showing comparables. She also came in with a higher listing price than the other realtor, but gave me 100 reasons why she was confident it would sell for that price. She was overly prepared, and it showed! She also made me feel confident in the process and spent a lot of time answering questions I had. Fast forward to listing my home; we had three offers within 24-48 hours, all at asking price or better! The marketing she did to make sure my home was out there was amazing, and obviously, with that many offers right away, she knew what she was doing. Keep in mind, the other agents I spoke with wanted to list my home at $5,000 or more less than what Kellie and I determined to be a good price. Kellie remained in contact with me even after I accepted the offer, and continued to be available for any questions I had.
