Negative experience: Because of this company I have been homeless since October of 2024, After having my baby & being stuck out of town due to an emergency c section. My bills were paid & my landlord (Jill) knew I was delivering my baby in another city & spending my first months with them to get extra help as I am a first time mom. When I returned to Springfield I returned to an empty home. I signed a lease in June & I was gone from July & returned to the townhome in October. All of my belongings were gone. This company sold parkway townhouses to another company. I had no knowledge of this & continued paying my rent to them. They did not give my rent money to the new leasing company. This resulted in my belongings being taken by vantage property management. I tried to get my things back & they refused. I tried getting my money back & never received a penny because I wouldn’t sign a NDA! I am a business owner & all of my equipment was taken. This has left me financially crippled. I have not been able to get my business back started & my son & I are still homeless. I am now about to loose my fur baby because I have no home for her. My grandpa has kept her this entire time & no longer is able to do so. I have filed a police report & still seeking a lawyer as I do not have the funds to obtain one yet. PLEASE Do not do business with this company. My name is Stephanie Holt look at casenet an eviction was never filed. This illegal & heartbreaking!

Fantastic experience: After two months with another realtor and less than five showings, we knew we had to find a better realtor. We reached out to a couple of highly rated realty companies in the Springfield area, conducted our interviews and chose Charity to replace our then current realtor. We listed our home on a Thursday, had a showing on a Friday and were under contract on Saturday! This is testament to how experienced and sophisticated Charity is in all things realty, especially in SW Missouri. Charity was with us every step of the way.
