Negative experience: Terrible company. Linda let us live in a house for 15 years thinking we were buying it. We payed taxes and insurance for literally 15 years. When it came time to sell and buy another house she told us she couldn't afford the property gains. These fees would have fell to us. We got an Appraisal and got everything ready. We were in the process of fixing up the house and painting not yet finished she told us to stop. We borrowed the money for our next house and moved. Then she literally sent us a 2500 dollar check and said we would get nothing else due to the damage left at the house. We were fixing the house up and told to stop. We referred many high end buyers to her including family but now I wouldn't refer her for anything. She is a dishonest person a cheat. We were looking at over 100,000$ in profit and she literally robbed us. Capital gains would fall on me not her. Many other real estate agents have told me negative things about her also. Be very careful trusting her with your money. Yea the house was a mess and we were in the process of fixing it up. But it was supposed to be our house to sell. I only hope Jesus Christ will forgive her .We Have. I have all the contracts and text from her not one word is a lie.She is not trustable I will never look at her last name wit trust .

Positive experience: We had an overall good experience. I will say, the main thing that very much irritated me about this experience was that we were urged to list our house at about $18k less than we wanted to. We went against what our realtor wanted to list at and listed for the amount that we had in mind. We ended up accepting an offer 11 days after we listed for $1k less than what we were asking (which was $18k higher than what we were recommended to list at).

Fantastic experience: After reviewing around 50 homes and losing four or five offers, because I had to get a home inspection to protect myself, especially since I was single, on a tight budget, and my loan required it. Six months later, we finally found the right one. Becky never gave up on me. She was always available and pointed out potential issues with the homes I liked that could have turned into money pits. There were times when I met her in tears, feeling desperate to settle for a house that didn’t make me happy. She wouldn’t let that happen. Becky encouraged me through the lost offers, assuring me that we would eventually find the right home. Some of the other houses had received nine or more offers, including cash offers with no inspections. We looked at a property that had dropped in price because it needed work, and I loved it. My offer was accepted. Becky is helping me find everyone I need to handle the necessary repairs and is supporting me as closing approaches. Becky told me we had found “the unicorn.” I want to emphasize how caring and dedicated she is. If you stick with her, she will work tirelessly to help you find the perfect home! The housing market is strange, especially in my price range. With lots of prayers, God’s timely help, and Becky’s guidance, she helped me find the gift I can finally call home.

Fantastic experience: Being so new to the area when we decided to buy, we were so nervous because we hadn’t known anyone, nor too much about the area. Roger came highly recommended by someone who knew of him. First impressions are everything to us and man we were so impressed from day -1! Fantastic experience: I bought a house!! Started in the familiar way, surfing Zillow and looking at various properties that caught my interest. Found one with the Revoir/EXP reality name attached and so I gave them a call and met Becky! We set up a tour of the house and after looking it over decided to keep looking. Becky got some information for a criteria on what we wanted in a home and was able to provide recommendations that we then went and toured. Fantastic experience: I’ll yell it from the rooftops we could NOT have done this without Tiffany at Revoir Real Estate. Tiffany was a huge help even before we began looking at houses - she laid out a path for us to follow to make the shopping process as easy as possible. Once we started looking at homes she was quick to coordinate viewing times and met us with a moments notice in some cases. She was not pushy or “salesy” in any way, shape, or form which we really appreciated. She set realistic expectations and checked in with us often (becoming a real estate therapist on multiple occasions) and had such a positive attitude the whole time we worked with her. Negative experience: I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review due to how stressful everything was at the time of moving and to gain some perspective. Looking back two years later, I feel the exact same way. I was first referred to them by my real estate agent (who’s a good friend of mine from graduate school) in California because they were considered the sister business. I was looking to sell my house in Missouri and to move back to California, and I was excited to start the process. At first, Kelley seemed fine. I had told her what I thought the house was worth, but I also told her I trusted her judgment in regard to the listing price because she obviously does this for a living. So we picked a price and listed the house. Not too far into the process and after a few open houses, I noticed that we weren’t getting a lot of interest, and I told her to do whatever she thought was best. We finally got a buyer, but one or two months after we had accepted an offer, the buyer’s loans didn’t go through and we were back to square one. This definitely wasn’t her fault and I know the ups and downs of selling properties and some things that might go wrong. After lowering the price, we finally had another offer on the table- a young couple. This is when I started having the most horrific experience with Kelley. The couple were pushing the boundaries like no other and Kelley let them walk all over me saying that I was the one who needed to sell the house quickly. I asked her what she thought I should do and she just said it’s up to me. I ended up making all the decisions in the negotiation (they wanted a bonus, a new roof, windows replaced…) I mean, it was ridiculous. Finally, instead of bottling it up I decided to call Kelley one night and I was crying over the phone telling her that I felt like she wasn’t protecting me in the negotiation, and she snapped at me over the phone. I have never worked with a woman who’s as passive aggressive as Kelley. I’ve never had any problems with any past agents in my life, and I have bought and sold many properties and still keep in touch with my agents as friends. At that time, I had found a really good agent in California who managed to get a contingency offer accepted despite the crazy times of COVID so I was extremely lucky and grateful to him and his wife. Absolutely amazing people who protect their clients - this is what agents should be like. Kelley even had the nerve to tell me that I was the one who wanted to list it at the price we did in the beginning and she told me she thought the price was too high…well, then tell me that and don’t list it at that price. I specifically told her I trust her judgement. One thing I’ve learned from living in that area of Missouri is that almost every single person I’ve met, just like Kelley, is very passive aggressive and fake. They try to be nice to your face but behave in outrageous ways behind your back. It’s truly a southern state. I’m so lucky to have finally moved and never have to go back. The amount of gaslighting I experienced with Kelley is beyond belief and even looking back, I still recognize it. No one deserves to have an agent like that. I really wish I had better things to say, but I can only share my experience with them.
