Fantastic experience: Jenny and the WITS Team are the absolute, no debate, cats’ pajamas, best! They listened to us, took time to understand our story. Negative experience: My agent’s lack of communication was a significant challenge throughout the process of selling my condo. I had to ask their cadence of communication after not hearing from them for almost two months once we listed my place. This last issue became particularly problematic when a potential buyer visited the property twice and provided feedback that was not relayed to me. I had to proactively reach out to get this information. Due to this persistent communication issue, I requested an early termination of our contract. The agent's delayed response to this request further highlights the difficulties I experienced.

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin. I met Tyler at our local dog park and quickly connected and became friends. I asked him for advise and he come to our home and met my wife and we signed with him for our sale. What a great and caring guy he is. We had 6 offers before we had and open house which we canceled. When we wanted to put in an offer he helped us to structure it in a competitive way, while respecting our budget parameters. He had a lot of contacts for specialists that we needed to speak to about home inspection. Tim also connected us with a helpful mortgage broker for financing on the house. In addition, he was very encouraging during the home search.

She was incredibly detail oriented, thorough, patient, a solid sounding board, and just a great person to see every single weekend for several months. :) We are so grateful for her guidance as first time homebuyers, from the initial meeting that was so informative, to jumping right in with us when we were ready, to looking at nearly 30 houses this past fall until we found a house to call ours. Fantastic experience: Feb last year, I bought a house with Wits Reality. I worked with Allyson Strycharske, and she was amazingly helpful. She was friendly and willing to try a lot of houses. I was real picky, and we haggled a bunch with the seller. But Ally didn't push me into anything. She just encouraged and coached me along the way, and I ended up getting a great deal. Thanks Ally! Without Ally's expertise, I might not have gotten the sewer inspection, which ended up needing replacing, and was very expensive.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Josh Brook at Wits Realty during the Fall of 2021 through the Summer of 2022. As a first time homebuyer looking to purchase my first investment property in a competitive market, my search took much longer than expected and was overwhelming at times. Josh was a great resource throughout the process as he also has extensive property management experience. He provided great insight regarding rental comps, property analysis, and strategies when making an offer. He was very available during my extended search and never rushed me into making an offer on a property that did not fit my circumstances. As I begin to manage my property now, Josh has continued to support me and offer his advice. I would definitely consider using Wits Realty again and will contact Josh when looking for a property manager when the time comes. The rest of the Wits team was great during the closing process as well.
