Fantastic experience: Mindy was referred to me by my lender, and she was amazing to work with. I wasn’t very involved in the purchase of my last home, so I didn’t really know what to expect this time around. Mindy treated the process like I was a first time homebuyer and walked me through every step. I had a lot of questions and sometimes needed things explained more than once, but she always responded with patience and grace and made me feel very comfortable. She was extremely responsive and even made some very last minute showings happen. The whole process felt smooth and much less stressful than I expected. Brittany also did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process. I really appreciated the knowledge, guidance, and resources both she and Mindy shared. Sandy and her crew helped us to prioritize what we needed to do on the house, and explained the plan. And answered our questions and concerns. Fantastic experience: Home-buying can be an extremely stressful and nerve-wracking experience, but working with Nichole and her team took all those feelings away. She was extremely helpful, caring, respectful and went out of her way to make our home buying process as easy as possible. When we first met, she had asked us what some of our expectations of her for us were. Our first response was the expectation of communication and truthfulness. "Tell us as it is, no sugar coating" we said. She did exactly that! She promptly responded to every email, call and text that was sent and never made us feel as though we were a bother. Gary is a true professional—knowledgeable, committed, a great communicator and a personable and pleasant person to work with. He was an informative advisor throughout the process, which took several months given the current housing shortage. When we found our home—he worked through a challenging process involving ‘foot-dragging’ and delays on the seller side. Fantastic experience: Sandy and Brittany are total rockstars! Stood with us with utmost professionalism and supported us all through. I had quite a complicated case. Put a house for sale late last year. They managed pretty much everything from listing it, finding help to fix things and conducting showings etc. It was especially hard to put it up for sale in fall where sales decline. Added to that, the high inflation high interest rate economy made it even harder. But they finally found a buyer who wanted to get into a rent to buy arrangement. Fantastic experience: In order to adequately give thanks and praise to Sandy and her team, I feel it is important to start at the beginning. I was tasked with selling my mother's home in Minnesota, while she had moved to Indiana, and just to complicate it further, I live in Tennessee! I did not know any realtors in the area to ask so I turned to the Dave Ramsey group. They supplied several agents that had been vetted and recommended. Sandy was one of 6 that my wife and I narrowed the search down to. After speaking with her on the phone and her communication on email and text, I knew God had sent me the perfect realtor. She is professional, prompt, and had the experience that this listing desperately needed. Sandy and her office manager Brittany took the time to guide and educate me thru this difficult process. I found Sandy and her team to be very forthcoming on advice and suggestions but ultimately left the decisions to me. The home needed some TLC as it had been neglected for several years. Sandy suggested what items to focus on and what areas could be left for the new buyer. I found it difficult to put money into a house before you sell it, but Sandy's advice was spot on. I may have gotten the required work done cheaper, but definitely not faster! Sandy recommended a refresh contractor (ROC HOME PROS) to complete the work. They got in, got the job done and passed Sandy's final inspection with final colors. This is the point where I feel Sandy and her teams attention to detail really showcased. During the final home cleaning, the job was not up to her standards and Sandy jumped in and cleaned after the workers had left just to make everything right. When the time came to list, Sandy did a complete research project and gave me complete discretion on the listing price, she recommended a plan with a lower price than what I personally wanted but ultimately I trusted Sandy and her team. We listed and Sandy's advice paid off huge! In under a week we had 3 offers including 2 above the asking price. She knows her business and I would highly recommend her. She is extremely personable and actually returns phone calls and messages, which is rare these days. I would be remiss if I did not say how much her office manager, Brittany meant to us. She kept the process and tasks on point and did not miss a beat. They are both fantastic. Lastly from experience, I would wholeheartedly say Sandy is honest, trustworthy, and knows her business. Talk and listen to her, she makes the choice of a realtor easy.
