From the gecko, their knowledge and calm guidance made the process feel far less overwhelming. Ross always took the time to answer every question we had, even those asked (and answered right away!) so late in the night. When we first met them, their introductory letter package of the house-buying journey helped us understand what we were getting into far better than any video on the internet. Through all the home tours they were incredibly accommodating with our schedules. Some early in the morning, late at night, and even new years day, which truly speaks to how flexible they were to work with us, and even better: their patience, since we visited SO many houses. What speaks volumes about both Ross & Rachel is that we never felt pressured into any house, and both of them quickly learned what we wanted & didn’t want in a house so it helped us understand each home more clearly. We truly felt like the house we picked was the right one for us and have no regret. When it was time to submit an offer and negotiate, Ross provided thoughtful comparison prices, feedback, and handled everything professionally with the listing agent. It made us feel at ease knowing we can trust him, and the final price felt like a win as a buyer! Even at the day of closing Ross even went above and beyond to remove (by himself) a few crazy unexpected items from that house so that we could move in without stress, something he absolutely didn’t have to do but did for us. Overall, this experience couldn’t have been any better. The resources that his group provides are truly like no other and I can't wait to sell a future house with them to explore that path, knowing that they would take care of me.

Positive experience: Would rate it higher, like, 4.8, but that's not an option here. The team did a great job overall, but a couple of tings could have been better for my personal experience. When we first met with the team, the time spent going over "how a home sale works, and the steps" was too much - about 40 minutes, that could have been done in 10. The other thing that somewhat bothered me was that the Nickley group recommended contractors to do the roofing replacement that had to be done for $14,000 which likely would have been around $10,000 if I had hired my own contractor. Same with their recommendation of a contractor to re-pipe the house. While I'm not insinuating there's any kickback going on, it leaves the door open for such suspicions. If they're going to recommend someone for needed repairs, they should at least offer several to choose from. Outside of that, while sometimes frustrating, I do believe they did the best they could under the circumstances. I would still endorse the Nickley Group for your real estate needs.

He will not pressure you into buying a house that isn't 100% meeting your needs, but he will give you a sanity check when a good option is on the table with small sacrifices; I respect that about him. He suited our aggressive offer strategy to put pressure on sellers and get a good deal on the perfect home. Bottom line, they help me find an amazing house, they were patient with me especially with my dyslexia and sometimes getting things mixed up, they’ve been able to help me maintain the house after the purchase, and they’ve been a big part of me looking at potential investment properties. I won’t ever use a different company, and my realtor Tiss it’s probably the best I’ve ever worked with, and I have had experience buying and selling houses in the past and dealing with not so good realtors. This company is excellent and I recommend that to anybody.

Negative experience: Was not impressed to say the least during our initial meeting when showing our home to the realtor to see if they would be a fit. The woman didnt do much homework and it clearly showed. To begin she was “showing” me homes in my neighborhood that were for sale and they weren’t even in my neighborhood lol. Secondly, all she really cared to tell us that we wouldn’t be able to sell for more than $400-$385 when comps don’t even support that.. her data made no sense. Needless we went with someone else and we are getting much more then$385 lol.

Fantastic experience: I came from another state and had to buy a house while still living in that other state. I flew down here with a lists of houses to look at and I had very strict criteria.
